I was so disappointed with the service at this place, or lack there of. Last week I was traveling with a toddler and a baby. We got a flat tire from hitting something in the road. I was able to make it to Walmart and walked in with a crying baby and toddler asking if they would be able to put a tire on for me. I explained that I was stranded in beaver damn , 2 hours away from home. The answer was flat out no, we don t have time today . I honestly couldn t believe it. I instantly broke down in tears realizing no one was willing to help us. My husband who I was on the phone with me told me to at least buy a tire in case we found a place to help us. So I ended up even buying a tire from them and still no one would help me. I wasn t asking for an engine to be fixed. I was asking for a 20 min task. After 3 hours we finally found a place to help us, and come to find the tire only needed to be patched up. So it honestly would have taken 10 minutes. The lack of willingness to help a neighbor out in the world today is so sad to me. I get they were busy. I also have family in this industry and there s certain situations where u take someone in last minute. It honestly was a safety issue for me and the kids at this point as I couldn t even drive to a hotel . How sad. So so sad

Walmart Auto Centers are always a hit and miss, but the Beaver Dam location is excellent. Brandon, the department manager, along with his staff are skilled and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I ve been trying to get some tires that I purchased from them onto a set of rims for a few days now. I ve called trying to make an appointment and was told that they re booked and that any chance of getting the job done would be to come in while it s not busy. I ve came in 3 times in the last 3 days and every time there was no cars in any of the bays and nobody was doing anything and every time I ve been told that they re fully booked. Doesn t make any sense to me. All I saw was 2 or 3 guys sitting around doing nothing telling me that they re to busy to toss some tires on some rims quick. It s not complicated operation at all if it was allowed I d go in there myself and do it with no training on the machine and be done in 30 minutes tops

Got me in and out fast for my scheduled oil change. And priced very reasonable.

I called and made an appointment, about a week out was the wait. When I got to my appointment it took about 45-50 mins to get 4 brand new tires installed. A lot of people were coming in trying to get service like at grease monkeys and getting upset and walking out when told there was a three hour wait and they would have to wait there. If it's not busy, sure you could get in and out as a walk in, but I definitely recommend just setting up an appointment.

Called to make an appointment to get a couple of tires put on my vehicle. Trevor says it's first come first served but if I was I front of him it would be about 30 Mims. So I drive 10 minutes on a bad tire to beaver dam. When I get there I'm informed it will be over 2 hours before they can look at it because of other appointments in front of me. No other cars in the lot and 1 finished car in the bay. So I ask if I can make an appointment at 3 and just come back. Not without leaving my car there? So I ask where are all the cars that have appointments before me then? Oh they didn't have to leave their cars but I do? Absolutely terrible customer service. No wonder you have 3* on Google.

They were outstanding! I took my car to be serviced at the Beaver Dam location. They kept me in the loop, made sure everything was up to par since I am about to take a long trip. Loved the team work! Trevor, the coach, eas amazing!

We blew a tire 2 hours from home, at 5pm. Called the service center, they had 1 tire in our size left. We rolled in at 5:30pm and they were still able to accommodate us. They were done by 6pm! ~$155. So thankful they were still open and able to help. We made it home with no issues.

Took an hour and a half longer than estimated and then the technician working on my vehicle locked my keys inside it.Service: TiresService: Tires

I will never take my car here ever again, we waited nearly four hours just to get tires on our car. My husband left as early as he could this morning to be there since we had blown a tire right in the Walmart parking lot. I understand stuff takes time but there was and absolutely is NO reason a tire change should take four hours.

I got a flat tire on my way to visit a friend in the area and this walmart was the only thing open on a Sunday for tires in the area. Well I should have gone home on my donut tire instead of here. After a week of the new tire being on my steering wheel was shaking while driving. Went to a Midas near me and Walmart had but 2POUNDS OF WEIGHTS ON MY TIRE TO BALANCE IT AND IT ONLY NEEDED 2 OUNCES OF WEIGHTS. AD NOW I NEED TO RELLACE MY TIE-ROD BECAUSE OF THIS. THIS PLACE. Not to mention I had to bed then to even mount my tire on the rim because they said they were booked full but only 1 car even there. Horrible service and if you asked me unquantified workers in a car care centerService: Tires

Just needed a tire plugged, took way too long in my opinion but the job was still done well, I say use your regular mechanic but it was good service in a pinch..

Got 4 brand new tires put on my daughter's car. Had Just bought her a set of all new hubcaps. They couldn't even put them on right she ended up losing one & all the other ones came off! We went back any few of the guys did come out and try to look for her hubcap we only found the hubcap part not the wire piece that holds it on.Service: TiresService: Tires

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I am currently 7 months pregnant and got my tires changed here a few weeks ago. Traveling at highway speeds a tire went flying off my vehicle due to improper installation, causing several hundreds of dollars worth of damage. NONE of which was covered by Walmart after jumping through several hoops and filing several claims. Was told by upper management this has happened before, not worth the risk!! Thank god me and my baby are okay!!

Edit 8-17-22 John was very helpful. Very busy, 2 hour wait. Didn't notice one tire was installed inside out.

Had battery replaced but technician over tighten one of the terminal nuts. Replacement cost 500. Both positive and negative terminals are one piece making it very a costly fix. Which they refused to do. Will never after several years of service done at Walmart can I ever return to another.

Took an hour and 45 min to put TWO tires on. Which is insane. The clerk at the auto counter seemed to be confused and not know very much about automotive maintenance. Wouldn't recommend. I would take it somewhere else if possible.

Service people are not nice. It was "how can I help? I said need oil changed, was told that is not happening the guy said I am leaving there is only one tech and he is booked all night." The guy was quiet rude...

I don't know how this place can show a profit. Been waiting since they opened for tires. It literally took them one hour just to change oil. The service is slower than frozen pond water, going up a hill.Service: TiresService: Tires

Made several attempts to contact the auto department, after a half hour of ringing I'm greeted with a "I'm sorry but I can't transfer you" with 15 more minutes of ringing. I eventually hung up.

Had a bad leak in my tire took care of problem in short time saved slot of time very professional sold me a set 4 new tires great deal customer for life

Every time I go to the beaver dam location they are understaffed severely having 1 or 2 techs working that supposably always need to take their lunches poor planning poor staffing I have been here 3 times to get a simple oil change Their response is sorry we only have 2 tech on today come back tomorrow I go back the next day O sorry we only have 1 tech on today If u come back tomorrow will be overstaffed tomorrow I go back on day number 3 sorry we're understaffed come back on Sunday where we're overstaffed on that day always but they never have enough people and overbook their scheduling and refused to schedule oil changes this is getting old

A 45 min to an hour wait has turned into a 3 hour wait due terrible scheduling to only have one mechanic there from 8 till 12 is a joke then all day they have to play catch up with the 12 cars waiting by the time the next one comes in terrible job whoever is in charge of the section needs to be replaced
