I just wanted to take a moment and appreciate all the hard work and dedication that my sales professional Mr Dave offered me in purchasing a vehicle. I purchased it long distance and he was kind enough to assist me in the entire matter. If you're looking for a car I would definitely recommend working with Mr Dave he's extremely professional, polite and courteous. Also a special shout out to General Manager Mr Michael. He was absolutely amazing and was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to speak to me so I want to thank these two individuals for all their hard work and dedication there's a reason this dealership has very good reviews and I recommend it to anyone.

We bought a used car from them online and when we arrived to pick it up, there was a large scratch that wasn't there when we viewed it online. They didn't give us any trouble, the immediately said they would pay to have it fixed and apologized. Even though it could have been a rough situation, they were very courteous, professional, and stood behind what they were selling. it was very appreciated.

We bought a '21 Golf GTI from Dave P. He took a deposit to hold it for 10 days until we could make the 180-mile round trip. He was excellent to deal with professionally and is a nice guy personally. I'm glad to have gotten to know him.

Michael and the Summit Staff were absolutely fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure everything I did need to know about the vehicle was presented. Excellent pricing on the vehicle being purchased and was very satisfied with the trade offer.Also, Danah presented the warrantee options available and customized a plan that would best fit out needs.Great experience, very happy with the vehicle, and highly recommend Summit Auto to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Expected more from a small town dealership.Bought a very beautiful van with the help of salesman named Brennon. Very prompt communication and eager to help us with a sale. We had some hiccups along the way, but ultimately were able to make a deal. Unfortunately, after driving the van home, we laid back seats down and found that the carpeting and vent covers underneath the third row of seats were completely broken/ripped/disconnected. The carpeting was not attached to vehicle floor at all and where it was supposed to be attached, the attachment points had ripped through the carpet. We also found the handle to adjust the rear passenger seat sitting in a cup holder... rather than being attached to seat to be able to adjust the seat. As we got home after business hours of the dealership, I emailed photos to dealership and asked for a remedy. Not even 12 hours after the purchase, I was told that it was our responsibility to look over the vehicle completely to identify if there was any concerns and that these issues "could have been discussed prior to purchase of vehicle." Unfortunately, the dealership was unwilling to provide any additional help or remedy. A phone call to sales manager, Jeff, was respectful, but disheartening that they were unwilling to remedy any issue.Bought this van from a small town dealership to avoid the hassles of larger dealerships. I purchased from a dealership as I wanted to be able to trust the vehicle I was purchasing was sound, complete, safe, and no shoddy aspects. I expected quality was focused on more than quantity, but apparently at this dealership, when the deal is done, the dealership is done.Lessons learned:1) Don't rely on the dealership's inspection-- complete your own, unrelenting evaluation and inspection of every aspect of the vehicle.2) Don't trust that Google reviews are the sole reason to trust a dealership.

We are a landscaping business in Kansas and the team at Summit made us a deal that we simply couldn't pass up. Top notch communication throughout the entire deal and never felt pressured. Not only did the truck come in the condition as expected, they even delivered it and made sure it had a full tank of gas. Overall I am satisfied with my experience. I got a great deal on a great vehicle and my rep, Brian Lowe catered to a positive experience. The actual sale of the vehicle got pretty rocky. Between this truck being a customer order, and the raising market value of this particular truck. The sale was nearly declined. The team at Summit Ford decided to honor the sale despite the opportunity to turn a larger profit. The choice to honor a sale made under these circumstances is an example of a respectable business model. Thank you Brian and the rest of the Summit Ford team.

This may sound dramatic, but I m actually convinced everyone at this dealership are angels on earth. Last week I got a flat tire after hitting something in the road. I was stranded in beaver damn with a toddler and baby. After being denied help from Walmart, fleet farm, and two auto body shops leaving all 3 of us in tears, my husband called this place, and even though they were completely full they happily helped us. There response was if this was my wife and kids, I would want someone to help them .Not only did they help us, but the nicest girl behind the desk helped me unload the kids from the car along with our bags with belongings and some food to feed them lunch. She also offered my toddler all the snacks. About 15 minutes goes by, and a man brings a box of brand new hot wheel cars for our boys. Another 15 minutes goes by, and a nice lady brought coloring stuff and offered more snacks. Another 15 min, and we were checked in on again to make sure we were doing okay. I literally cannot believe the kindness of the people at this dealership, especially running into so many people that wouldn t help us. I honestly will probably rave about them for years to come!!

Being as busy as I am , I went into the dealership looking for a reliable new car to trade in my truck and this place is by far the best place to go to. Brennon was my salesperson and he found exactly what I was looking for and did not pressure me like most places. I have spotted a lot of sleazy dealerships who lie to sell but this dealership stays 100% honest. Thank you all so much for helping and not trying to give the runaround. Had a recall on my new Maverick. The paperwork from Ford said to expect 1/2 day or more to fix. Called to make an appointment and the Service Department said it could be the next day, and they would come to my house and do the updates. Technician showed up on time and did the recall update in around 30 minutes.

The paperwork process was easy, they helped us a lot! We are very please for how they manage the whole transaction.Just buyer be aware, I asked my sales man about any recalls and he stated that all recalls were taken care of. 5 days later when I got the truck in California I got a call from the dealer saying my truck had a recall that they didn t take care but I can send the truck back so they can fix it. .like if shipping cars out of state were cheap.They deserve a 5 star but just because of that I have to take 2.

The experience started off ok. The truck I purchased seemed great on the test drive. Got to the dealer at about 2:30 didn t end up leaving until around 6pm. They didn t start the detail till after I was done with paperwork. Low and behold they messed up on the paperwork for my trade in pay off amount. Even though I gave them a higher number for them to come back and tell me it was a lower number. After giving them 7k down they bullied me for another 1000 even though it was there mess up. On top of that, was promised a full tank of fuel, didn t get. The truck needed brakes, so great inspections they do. They salesmen told me up and down all recalls were taken care of even after I questioned the carfax saying open recall , but guess what, it does have an open recall. Would never do business with them again.

Was told that Ford makes inadequate parts, and some are just junk and you got one. I asked because my transmission went out at 90000 miles. He then said it's like if I go to a Dr. one week die the next of pancreatic cancer is it his fault? They not only charged to clean their shop rags but quoted a price of over $7700.00 we went to a different dealer and it was $ 4500.00. I even had an employee witness check to be sure what I wrote was correct, she read it and said yes it is. I have asked for the manager to call 15 times, he is not even a good enough manager to call back. Would not recommend this over priced, rude, ford dealership to anyone!!!!!

Do not buy a used car from Summit. We purchased a used Jeep from Summit Beaver Dam. It broke down less than 3 weeks later due to an issue that should have been obvious if it had been inspected with any level of care prior to putting it on the lot. (Large air leak into the turbo). 10 days after that, it broke down for good. This time the engine needs to be replaced (for $8k). It also appears that we paid about $3k over blue book value. We will have invested more than double the amount that the vehicle is worth once it s fixed. And foolishly, we did not purchase the additional warranty. Shame on us. They take no responsibility for their negligent inspection or the problems that their oversight has caused. Learn from our mistakes and shop for used cars elsewhere.

10/10 Sales man Daniel He was eager to help as soon as I walked through the door looking clueless. After inspecting and test driving the car I fell in love and knew I wanted to take my car (Avanti) home. It s a waiting game after long hours of finances and waiting the dealership was nearing its closing hours. Another couple had come in and asked about a car on the lot and Daniel stepped out. Lots of talking and laughing between my friends n the dealer. A few moments later when the salesman was back, he had told me that he thought he had some good news and, well let s just say I don t think Daniel will ever had to hear another customer trauma dump and get called out for selling feet pics in one day ever again, he sure did make the time go faster!

I came into Summit Auto after an exhausting day of numerous other dealer visits in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and decided to give them a shot. Sales person Brennon was Very helpful in getting a different vehicle. Dahna was Extreme finance person and helpful. Cost of used vehicles is so increased its difficult to decide if I paid the lowest price. Would say it was median. Free carfax for a year was nice gesture.

Zac Graston, our salesman, did a great job of getting a call into me after I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in but also following through. He went to work for me and got me the deal I needed to make it all work. Danah Rosenmeier from their finance department did a great job explaining all the options we had and custom fitting our deal. Summits process seems well thought out and simple as far as getting you in and getting you out, I d buy here again.

After searching far and wide for a vehicle, I found more than I was looking for over the border in Wisconsin at Summit Ford. I can't recommend our salesperson, Jaime Hansen enough. She was timely, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had contacted a number of dealerships in my search. She was the type of salesperson that I appreciate. Knowledgeable, quick to answer questions, find information, hear out concerns/desires. I would travel again to buy my next Ford to work with her.
