We highly recommend this Napleton dealership. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our 2024 GMC Terrain Denali. It was by far the best vehicle buying experience we had had due to the ease of communication and document completion. It took no time at all for the staff to complete this transaction and get us on the road with our new vehicle. We also appreciated the thoughtful follow up care to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

I found a pickup I was interested in on Autotrader. I drove to the lot. Juan Estrada helped me through the test drive, trade in evaluation, credit application and sale. It was a much better experience than the last two vehicles I purchased. I would highly recommend Juan and Napleton GMC to anyone interested in a vehicle.

Juan is the best! He worked hard for us and gave us the best experience in car shopping. We researched the vehicle online, went to the dealership and had an approved lender within hours. I can't say enough good things about our experience purchasing a vehicle from Napleton in Beaver Dam!AMAZING customer service from everyone we dealt with. A HUGE thank you to our sales rep Jeff, the manager Tony, and financing with Stefani!! Every step of the experience was positive!! It's refreshing to see a team that cares about the customer, taking the time to help with all the questions and helping find the perfect vehicle for your needs (and wants). Everyone was honest and upfront about everything along the process. Seriously, if you want a good buying experience, go and see them!

Toni was amazing from the get go! My husband called ahead on a truck we were interested in, and she pulled it right away for us. When we arrived she was very welcoming and helped us through the whole process! She answered all our questions with a smile and it was a great experience all around! We appreciate her help today!!

Kyle was amazing. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what car on the lot was perfect. He made the whole process of car buying great! He checked on financing himself & got me the best. He knew all the possible rebates or promotions I was eligible for and gave me the best deal! My son bought his truck from Kyle so I knew Kyle would be great to work with.

I just purchased a Buick Enclave from Napleton Chevrolet Buick GMC.My husband and I had the pleasure of working a young gal named Toni. Right away I knew Toni was a real genuine person who loved working with people! Her spunk and attitude for her job was refreshing! We love our beautiful new Enclave and loved working with Toni "The Tiger"! I Hope to see her next time we're looking for a new car!

We called and verified a specific truck was available to purchase and was reassured that it was!We informed Toni that we were coming up from Superior, WI so with facing 5 plus hour trip we wanted to get our trade info to her and make sure that the vehicle was ready to go when we arrived. We scheduled for noon the following day and headed out on our journey. 15 minutes from the dealership a store manger called and rudely let us know that the truck was no longer available to us? That a name had been placed as first dibs 3-4 months prior and then put on the sales lot? I am still confused. I explained lost work and has driving and he was very unapologetic and disconnected the call. Just beware that they are fraudulent offering vehicles that do not have? I have filed a complaint with BBB in order for this to never happen to another unsuspecting person. Do better..

Customer Service that goes above and beyond! I was driving home to Fitchburg after a long week on the road and my run flat tire just completely explodes as I am about to the first Beaver Dam exit. It s 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. With no spare in the vehicle, Austin & Brad in the service department said come over and we will take a look. I limped over to their service lane and Austin immediately went to calling around for the unique tire size. Initial search results were futile and I thanked them for their effort to help. I pulled out onto their lot and parked to figure out my next steps. With amazing luck, Austin & Brad both came walking out to the lot to find me and let me know that one of the local vendors had just called and had found a used tire in their supply. They had me pull around, they went and got the tire, replaced it, and had me headed down the road in under an hour and a half! Simply amazing. Anyone could have blown me off as they were trying to wrap up a busy Friday afternoon, but not Napleton Chevrolet. I will never forget that service! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience. Brought my truck here for a power folding mirror repair under warranty. Another GM dealer refused to fix the mirror under warranty a week prior due to a small cosmetic scrape in a decorative bezel. They pre-ordered the part to get everything done in one visit! While there I pointed out another small convenience feature that had occasional problems. They fixed both items and handed me back a freshly washed truck. Couldn t be happier, I will be sure to shop here in the future (even being a hour drive away, it s worth it)!

After stopping at another dealership with a very unpleasant experience, my husband and I ended up at Napleton to look at a truck. Toni on point, and on top of everything. She was so accommodating to our toddler and helped keep her entertained the 4 hours we were there. Everyone else was also so lovely to work with, they all seemed genuinely happy to help us.

I do not use my car very much (only have 2900 miles in my 1st year). Napleton called me to let me know my free oil change would be expiring very soon & I should come in & get it changed. I would have waited until I reached around 5,000 miles as the mechanic had told me had she not called me. (& I would have lost out of the free oil change.) I also needed the chip for the heated seats and another recall that I recently got a letter about. They scheduled me in right away to get all of this done. They even came & picked up my car & brought it back when they were finished. The gentleman who did this was very nice & professional. I was very pleased with the whole process! THANK YOU NAPLETON!!

My lovely wife bought a new Buick today and had a wonderful experience with sales consultant Toni Kreutzer. I was so impressed with her knowledge of their vehicles & her wonderful demeanor of making buying a car an easy experience. I would definitely recommend her to buy a car from over anyone else in our community. She has a great office, delicious candy & great stories during the process.

Work was done quick. The only issue was quoted about 250 for everything and was charged 399. This is the 3rd vehicle from the same salesman. Only place I will buy from. But don t think I will be using the service department much.

I gave this place many chances after several things have happens that shouldn t happen like an oil filter coming loose the day after and oil change and my husband loosing all his oil and my radiator hose blowing off when I m driving after having my car fixed after an accident. I m pretty good at keeping my car up to date on maintenance. After my last experience there I decided to go else where due to them saying they new what was wrong with my car without running the codes from the lights being on and the problem not being fixed and them telling me I would have to pay the diagnostic fee again. Doing so I was able to find out what was wrong along with 4 other major safety issues that would have cost me over $3,000 if I didn t have the extended warranty. This stuff isn t stuff that happens over night. I will never go back. Also when both incidents happened it was after hours so I had to speak with Tony the sales manager who was extremely rude telling me that I called them demanding they fix something on my husbands truck 5 years ago when we bought it, which wasn t true and proceeded to say rude things until I told him I was pregnant than everything was fine.

I dont know if we have enough words to express how happy and satisfied we are with our experience at the Beaver Dam Napelton dealership!Our sales consultant Jeff Zimmerman was very good.. listened to our wants, needs, and concerns. He was very helpful with us every step of the way. He made us feel welcomed and cared about. Tony Switzler was also amazing to work with! He really cared about our experience and he was great. The two of them made us very confident in our choice and purchase!The financing with Stefanie Ponce was a smooth transaction. She found the best rates/payments for us. She was friendly and pleasant through out the paperwork process.We will be returning customers and would recommend this dealership and team to anyone in the market for a car!Thank you!
