We have used their storage services and the lot is always safe and we can always access our camper. When we first bought the camper they helped teach us best practices and change up the hitch so it fit our truck. Really above any other storage place we ve used before!

These folks have done my last two seasonal needs. This time they gave me good advice on tires and replaced the back duals and sealed up the outside joints and trim to prevent leaks. I cannot say enough positive things about Mark and Michelle. We were on the road with horses and dogs and we had issues with one of the slides in our RV. They stayed late, they spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer of the parts, they went above and beyond to try and get us fixed. Although they were not successful, it is not for lack of trying. Our next step will be to park our motor home at the dealership for an extended period of time for all of the wiring to be evaluated. But we sure did appreciate the incredible service we received from these folks. They even sent us away with fresh zucchini from the garden! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had AC unit go out on our Class A motorhome while traveling through the area. Called a number of service places trying to find someone who could fit us in on short notice. Of those I called, Michelle was the most helpful and understanding. It took a bit to find a replacement AC unit due to limited availability, but once we did Michelle and Mark were willing to work us into their schedule on short notice and replace our AC unit. Michelle was also more than helpful in providing us recommendations on where to eat and things to do while we waited. The work was done quickly and professionally, and we are back on the road with minimal disruption to our travel plans. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.Service: Air conditioning

Beware of hidden fees for writing an estimate. They are NOT authorized as a mobile repair with Forest River, she could have mentioned I would pay in full then wait for reimbursement before I drove it over an hour for it to be looked at. Then I had to pay for the estimate they wrote as I didn t have repairs done there because I would have to pay for my warranty work. Now working with a lawyer. Beware!!!

Mark and Michelle are awesome to work with. They do quality work at fair price! Last year needed repairs on our trailer done and he did them for a fiat price. This year got in a little accident with it and Mark made it look brand hew! I will never go anywhere else and we live in Janesville. They worth the distance!

Mark and Michelle are amazing! I had no water pressure and couldn't even shower. This was problem when I picked up my trailer and the Serv. Tech. told me they fixed it. They didn't. Mark found the problem right away and truly fixed it. I have called with questions or thinking I needed a repair and Michelle will problem solve with me and voila the problem is solved. They both have so much knowledge and passion for what they do. I highly highly recommend them! I will only go to them as I only trust them.

This place has always helped me help myself. With tips, knowledge, resourcefulness, and just plain ol' helpfulness. This is the kind of place that you walk away from saying"wow, that actually wasn't painful". Being a mechanical shop, customers generally don't plan on breaking down. Michelle went above and beyond and I couldn't be more impressed with the Customer Service at Complete RV Repair. I live in NH and am buying an RV in WI. Prior to it being picked up to bring home, and while still in possession by the (now) prior owner, Michelle and her team got the rig dewinterized, put on 6 new tires, replaced the house batteries, and patched some sealant cracks. She helped me troubleshoot and problem solve logistics challenges, and was kind, prompt, and thorough throughout. I won't be able to see any of the work until the rig is delivered to me in a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to quality just yet, but as of now I can say I've loved working with Michelle, and I would not hesitate to reach out again if I needed anything done in the area again. This place is awesome. We have taken our 2011 Jayco Jay flight there now for three years. The service had nothing short of spectacular. They have done what we've asked and informed us of needed repairs or suggested upgrades. Some of the services have included winterizing and reverse, installed power awning, changed stairs, replaced tires, installed upgraded hitch and equalizer bars and rechaulked all seams, windows, doors and vents. They are very reasonable with their prices and always check their previous work when camper is in.I would highly recommend them.

We had a need for an emergency repair while traveling. These guys treated us well. Very competent, fair cost, and genuine nice people. Highly recommend.

June 30, 2020 NEW....Once again I am very satisfied with this repair facility. Hooked up our very large RV/horse trailer first time this year and brakes failed on the highway. Was told to bring it in right away. They found a broken hydraulic line on the trailer. Was fixed and on my way in an hour. Amazing!!! I know I wouldn't have found another repair place to fit me in and get me done so quickly on such short notice. Repair bill was fair. I'm happy. Great folks!!!Summer of 2019:Couldn't find a RV place to do repairs and maintenance on my very large living quarters horse trailer. Although the living quarters part is just like any other RV, I kept being told "we don't do horse trailers". So my choices had been to go back to the dealer or the factory, both a 5 hour drive one way. Then another horse person recommended Complete RV Repair. Mark had no problem working on my rig. He is meticulous about his work, it has to be done right and to the customer's satisfaction. He thoroughly explains what he did, why, offers sound recommendations if needed, completes the work in reasonable time and at a fair price. I've been back to him a couple of times this year for maintenance. I'm pretty particular about who works on my trailer and how the work is performed. No one else will be touching my trailer from now on.

Diamond in the rough. We lost a couple of roof vent in that crazy wind last week heading to Madison from Fond du Lac on 151. As we pulled up, there were RVs everywhere which told me they were very busy with winterizing and storage prep. We pulled in a bit before 9am and we were treated with the same level of importance as everything else. Not sure who owns the place, but what a great staff. Mark told me my options and helped round up the parts. He even brought out a ladder to make sure they were correct. Then let me use it for the repair and checked in to lend a hand. Thanks a bunch and we wish many blessing upon you all. The diamond is Complete RV; the rough is 151 for probably 50 mile from Fond du Lac to just past Beaver Dam. Like riding a bull in some places. Wowwsy!

Had a broken water line overnight we brought him the part to fix it and he broke into his schedule and fixed it in 35 minutes in the parking lot. Professional efficient. I would recommend to anyone.

Well, I can't get in at all until September. I did have the privilege to listen to the receptionist complain about lack of workers, nobody wants to work, govt handouts etc etc etc. Another business not taking responsibility for customer service. No thanks!

Owner knows what he is talking about. Would highly recommend having a RV inspected before buying. He will tell you if it's worth it.
