Jason is a great service advisor. Easy going. I have a vintage 40 year old BMW. Most places don't like to work on old stuff. I needed the heads rebuilt and Jason came to the house and picked it up and brought it back when it was done. It's like brand new. Do not hesitate to call them up if you need something done.

Big Mike's is an excellent choice for repairing your road bike, or just customizing them. Jason Webber does an excellent job as the manager/counter man. Terrific work done promptly.

This is a great place to get your BMW or Harley serviced or tires. They do excellent work for reasonable rates. Good shop to get any work done and they have a small selection of accessories to sell as well as oils, filters, etc. Highly recommend

Would recommend Big Mike's to any BMW owner. Knowledgeable and we're willing to work on my 2005 K1200LT. Other dealers and shops declined because it was older than 15 yrs . Very friendly, professional people. Went there to have a tire I supplied fitted, they had it done sooner than indicated and at a price better than was anticipated.Excellent service all round. I'll go there for small engine repairs and bike repairs again for sure!

Husband loves the place. They remember you and issues with your bike. Seem fair on prices. Only problem is the long wait to get appointment which happens when its a good place. Recent visit update...Wow, worth the wait, $50 to fix something I'm sure others would have charged much more for. Highly recommend!!

Top notch shop. I've had my Bmw serviced there and will continue to in the future as well as my Harley.Jason is a straight shooter and the mechanics are highly skilled.

Friendly and fast motorcycle service. They service all makes but specialize in BMW and Harley. For me, this is worth the drive from Waukesha county. Hard to beat the service.
