Zentner s helped us this week with a tow and battery change.Both the tow, and repair were handled perfectly, and at a fair price.All interactions with employees were friendly, courteous, and highly competent.We were very pleased with their service, and will definitely use them in the future.Thank you!

I completely trust that my vehicle repairs are in great hands. They are so friendly and explain everything very clearly. Rates are reasonable. As a single female, this is definitely the place to take your business too! You can TRUST them!

Absolutely take your vehicle here. Very nice people to work with. Said what they did-did what they said! From the beginning, I felt my car was going to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price! Check them out!

I had a flat tire and needed a new tire put on my wheel. I called Tire s Plus and they told me they wouldn t be able to get me in until Sunday (5 days) because they were too busy. When I called Zentner s they were able to get me in right away and got it done ASAP for me! The customer service was awesome and they are very friendly! Will definitely be backService: Tires

Needed my car looked at, came in right away when they opened, they were pretty full but still managed to get me in and was able to fix my car. Very nice and professional. Will definitely be going back when I need work done.

Top notch and friendly Mechanics and owner. They save you money and explain your options available. Best customer service and satisfaction in the Valley I feel. Wrecker service, key drop boxes and secure parking inside and out if it's a long term fix.

Our family is so appreciative for Dave Zentner at Zentner s Auto Service! My family and I were traveling to a campgrounds for the weekend. When we got to Appleton our truck started making a horrible squeaking and rattling noise. Luckily for us we happened to be right next to Zentner s Auto! Dave is the owner and he immediately looked at it and found the U joint was out. We disconnected our travel trailer and Dave fixed our truck in under an hour! I will never forget his kindness and generosity to do this! Having 3 children and a dog with us on top of that. He also found the spare tire was flat under the truck so he inflated that too. Just updating my comment to say that after all these years, Dave and his shop continues to be ethical and reliable. I recommend them anytime someone asks about a car service.Always treated well by Dave and his shop. I have found them to be honest and easy to do business with. Highly reccomended!

My parents needed my drivers side seat repaired or replaced. I did a search for a reputable repair shop and Zentner's came up as a possibility! So I Game them the information and they were SO PLEASED with the service and customer care they received. Here is what they said!They an appointment that included loaner car. That's awesome right there! They met with owner before picking up the loaner car and the owner said that he had a few minutes to quick take a look. 10 minutes later he said the problem was the seat motor was not plugged in . Problem solved! They saved a bunch of money. The first place they were considering (a Ford dealership) wanted $120 just to look at the car. The final bill at Zentner's was less than half of that with the problem solved!My parents said, "I thought that I was back in the 50s . Thank you for the MOM & POP service repair shops! Have I stepped back in time ???? I will be back for repairs."

Very excited to have found an awesome mechanic for our cars in the Fox Valley. My wife has a 2009 Toyota Camry that just wasn't running right and Zentners was able to diagnose the problem and made the proper repair! We are thrilled that we can drive it for awhile again, since we just paid it off! Their Awesome and Friendly staff just gained 2 cars to keep happy!

I feel fortunate to have found a shop that is honest in regards to the need for a repair on my vehicles. Ever gone to a shop and they say, "You should get this $500 service done, because we want your money."? Zenter's hasn't ever suggested unnecessary work on any of the vehicles I've taken in there. Additionally, the pricing for the work required is much more appropriate and they recommend logical fixes/repairs taking into account the age of the vehicle/other issues with the vehicle. They use their knowledge and experience to help you make a decision.After finding Zentner's, it's the only shop I use, and will continue using, for all my vehicles. This shop has helped me over the past 4 years on a RAV4, Buick LaCross, and Jeep Grand Cherokee.I highly recommend you give Zenter's a call for your next car problem.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

The very best, honest car repair shop I have ever been to. I take my '09 Town & Country here for everything. My husband has them work on his Ram truck and his classic CJ, They are always honest and upfront about repairs. Our son was buying his first car and we had Zentner's check it out before he bought it. They gave us a great outlook at what his car needed now and what we would need to repair down the road. Thank you Dave Z. and the team.

All my family has been going there for many, many years. They are upfront and honest. Yes, honest. They fix what you would like done. They let you know what needs attention and what could wait to be fixed. Zentner's does NOT give you the run around about anything.It's extremely hard and very rare to find a shop that's not about the money they can make. Dave and his crew are the best!

Great people doing great service in a timely fashion! Been bringing my fleet of 4 Toyota s to have Dave snd his team keep them running for about 15 yrs. Small town family business, big time quality and service!! Highly recommend them!!

We have been using Zentner's for years. Always appreciate the friendliness and timely service on our vehicles. Most recently we were able to drop our car off because of a noise it was making. When we questioned the part that needed replacing, found out that it was under warranty. Saved us some money and now we can enjoy a quiet ride. Thank you Zentner's.s

We've been using Zentner's for our towing service for many years and really appreciate their customer service. Whenever we call they are there within a reasonable time no matter what the weather or circumstance. I would highly recommend them for any service because they are very trustworthy and reasonably priced.

This place was wonderful! My tires are terrible and need to get them replaced so yesterday I turned the corner and my car spun and ended up slightly on the median in the road and I couldn t get off so I called Zetners and they were there in less than 10 minutes to tow me off the curb and we re super nice about it. They also ended up giving me a great deal and the lady working inside (I think her name was Julie sorry bad remembering names) was AMAZING!!! There are still people who care in this world and want to help others. She helped me out more than she will ever know! I highly recommend this place and in the future if I ever need work done or a tow I will definitely be calling Zetners!!! Great people and customer service!! I went to Zentner's Auto Service LLC for the very first time yesterday. Julie at the service desk was very professional and friendly. The work they do there is meticulous and honest. The price they charged me for both their labor and parts were more than half of what my car dealership wanted to charge and they performed the work expediently. This is my new go to shop whenever my car needs servicing. They even let me borrow a loaner car so that I could go about my daily business while they worked on my vehicle. Oh, did I mention they have a couple of awesome shop dogs on the premises too. So basically I'm saying that if you want good honest service and want to save yourself some money, Zentner's is the place to go!

Love Zentners!! Had a late night mishap, hitting a deer... they went above and beyond expectations, helping me fix my car late, they were so kind and welcoming, and bottom line I trust that they treat their customers (even new ones) like family! Very honest and legit!

After a few questioning phone calls I brought my vehicle in for their opinion. We scheduled to work but then needed to re schedule. They were so helpful and accommodating! The work was done quickly. They even took the time to squeeze in a last min. oil change request. Will definitely be going back.

Had a tire break off my axle and was recommended Zenters by a couple passing by on the road after saying they had worked with them for years and how great they were. I can now attest to that as well. The staff was very understanding and helpful, Nick especially as he had to tow us to multiple locations. Would definitely recommend!

Made this momma s day! Our son moved to Appleton for a new job a year a ago and has been having problems with his Jeep, with being 4 hours away dad couldn t jump in car and get there fast. Found Zentner s online and set appointment, they were fast and straight forward with getting him fixed up and on his way! Very happy to know he has a reliable repair shop close by if needed...THANK YOU!
