They did an amazing job. There attention to details was amazing. They Went above and beyond what was ask period their attention to detell what's 2 or perfection , The perfection in which they did the repairs was outstandingly amazing. I would highly highly recommend anybody needing auto body work. To go to Tims auto body They are very people orientated and are willing to work with you Is one of the best experiences? I've had awesome awesome job.

Professional and wonderfully skilled Body Shop ! Welcoming over the phone, in person addressing repair needs, smooth working with our insuranceand their workmanship is amazing !! Hats off to Nicole and Christopher!Quick responses, clarify concerns, they were able to move our repair service up in the calendar. And their repair services were the BEST ! If your vehicle needs body work this is the place to go!Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship. They go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Nicole and Nick are the best. I've had major work done on my SUV there on two separate occasions and wouldn't think twice about going back again if I needed work done again.

Nicole n all the staff are so pleasant and helpful to work with. I've hit 2 deer now with 2 different cars n they have done a fabulous job repairing them.. now it's time for my Semi to go into the shop.. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!!! Love them!!

The best place in the valley to get body work done. Great results, fair prices, quick turnaround and they even borrowed me a car to use while mine was being worked on. 11/10, can't even tell where my clear coat was peeling. Tim's Body Shop is the only place I will take my vehicles for body work from now on! My husband banged up the front right side of his truck, and the first place I took it to said he could get us in in October. This was in July! I called Tim's and worked with Nicole. She was able to fit us in just a couple weeks after the fender bender, she worked directly with our insurance company, and they even gave us a loaner to use for the week! They were all concerned when I came to pick up because they said the new fender came with a tiny dent in it, and when they went to show me, none of us could even see it to point it out, it was that small, but that's how much they paid attention to detail. If you want fair, understanding people to do your body work, I highly recommend Tim, Nicole, and the rest of the staff at Tim's Body Shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the very start, Tim s Body shop was absolutely great. We had a complicated situation with an accident that happened (and was quoted by insurance) out of state and they took care of everything for us. The front desk employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew exactly how everything was going to work and put my mind at ease. When we got our Jeep back we were blown away by how nice it looked. It was like it was brand new again! They really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right. I hope I never have another fender bender again but if I do I won t have to think twice about coming back to this shop. Thanks again Tim s!Service: Body & Trim

Had two estimates to get my front bumper repaired. We were not submitting to insurance and wanted the car to look decent but it didn t have to be prefect. This was a car that our teenagers were going to drive. I felt that Nicole was eager to try and decrease the cost for us. She asked if we were interested in having the front bumper heated up and the dent pulled out or at least try. Which would result in a $400 savings. The results were great. In addition to the $400 saving they found more ways to save me money while still making my car look great.Both my initial estimates were around $1200 in the end I paid $150. Nicole and the guys were very honest and helpful.I also had a second vehicle that needed repair due to the same accident. They were very helpful and did an awesome job with that vehicle too. Very good turn around time.

So my car needed repairs after an accident. The front bumper needed paint, the driver side headlamp and front grill needed to be replaced. They did the job, which took a little longer than quoted, which was normal to me, and i picked the car up just before they closed and it was dark.I get the car home, and I noticed the grill did not line up to the passenger side headlight as it did before. This was my main concern as i was told i was getting a "top rated" front grill from a local junkyard. I was skeptical towards that notion and the guy at the counter assured me he would not allow a lesser than quality front grill go on the car. So upon this discovery on the night i get my car back home, i make sure i call them back the next day. I left a voicemail, and never heard back.It has now been over a month and i do not think they have any intention on returning my call. I am leaving this review now because its costing me almost $1000 to have someone else actually fix the car properly this time around. The reviews for this place is why i went here to begin with Had the called me back and honored what they said originally this review would have been better, but at least this can be an honest account of my experience with them so it does not happen to someone else in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I haven't even gotten my vehicle back and I'm unbelievably happy with Tim's Body Shop.The willingness to work with me and my family, treat me like a person and not a paycheck, and the phenomenal customer service has already made a huge impression. I'm comforted in knowing they truly care about my safety driving the vehicle after it's been fixed, and not just making it look pretty.Thanks to Nicole for answering my many calls throughout the day, and for going above and beyond - I'm positive you deserve a raise!

We brought our van in for some body work- damage to one of the sliding doors. Tim's was the only shop to offer a cost effective repair option. They explained they thought they could match the paint and only work on the door; and that we should try that first. The other garages only quoted to do much more work at 3x the price! We were more than thrilled with the outcome and with the service! AND - the loaner vehicle was nice to have too while they worked on our van :)

100% recommend this place. I got in a bad car accident and had to pay out of pocket to fix my vehicle. The staff here was helpful and quick to find the parts I needed and give me a quote. The day I went to pick it up the car looked beautiful and they were able to drop the price even lower than the estimate. Seriously one of the friendliest and most helpful companies I have ever done business with. If you aren t a customer here you are missing out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a small car accident and took my car to Tim's Body Shop to be repaired. I was most impressed with the service I received. Each time I called or in person they were so polite and friendly. Upon picking up my car, it looked good as new & they really went above and beyond by not only washing/cleaning the outside of my car but also the inside of my car was super clean, the dashboard looked brand new as well. I highly recommend this Body shop!!

Never having had body work done on a vehicle before, I didn't know what to expect. Tim's was fast, efficient, and the car looks like brand new! The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding, despite a bit of difficulty getting a check from the insurance company. I will bring any and all body work here from now on.

Did great work on my leased car for a good price. Friendly people were willing to explain everything to me. Gave me a nice rental to use while they did their work. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our 2002 KIA Sedona Ex had hole rusted on the bottom (from mice making a nest in there and the wet nesting materials rusted it from the inside out) they put it up on the hoist to look at it. Gave a reasonable estimate BUT came in lower than the estimate! VERY Happy w whole outcome ~ and feel safer driving now knowing they welded steel around to strengthen & seal the area. Even stayed a bit late for a winter pick-up.

I was impressed with the quality and fair price of their work. They were helpful and easy to work with in getting all estimate and scheduling the work as well, including adding a last minute addition to the original work needed.

When everyone else said no to fixing my GMC Yukon door, these guys said yes. And figured it out, and now my door handle is better than when it rolled off the line in 2013. They took a pile of manure and Magyvered a proper door handle. Thanks!

had some ugly "cancer" rust on my Malibu and they not only gave me a GREAT price to repair it, but it now looks like a new car again!! VERY happy with the work and service at Tim's!!

I needed a tow and called them because of their location. I was told they no longer do towing. They do have a very good reputation for body work at a reasonable price

Went there to get an estimate on repairing some paint issues on my car. They said they couldn't do the work as it wasn't really body work, more of a paint issue which is true but they did recommend an excellent paint specialist.
