I wanted to thank Rob's Import Repair for the excellent service on my Lexus LS 460. They got me in the next day to inspect my coolant leak. For starters, they listened very well and documented my diagnosis and didn't just disregard my opinion as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The initial inspection and reporting was second to none. They got to know my vehicle within hours and shared the complete inspection results through detailed reporting and pictures. They gave me sound advice and ultimately repaired the problem explaining things to me every step of the way. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like is the case with the dealership in the Valley that will remain nameless. This is an older vehicle but very well maintained and I love the car. They never once made me feel like I was second class for having an older Lexus and certainly didn't try to sell me a new one. This is a first rate operation. Both Jason and Jesse are the front end guys and represent the quality of this organization very well. I am a fan and loyal customer moving forward!

Let me tell you, the people and service at Rob s Import Repair are fantastic. I wish I had started bringing my Prius to them from the get go of my residence in the area.I do not usually take the time to write reviews, but they are worth it. Incredibly thorough in their inspection of the car with photos & descriptions of all aspects of the vehicle. If you re questioning whether to check them out for maintenance, repairs or both, look no further.

The Team at Rob's did an outstanding job at servicing my Audi. Led by Jason, the communication was clear and concise. Their digital tool enabled clear understanding of the issues and corrective actions. In addition, their shop is very well organized and clean. Great job by the entire Team!

There are many good service locations in the Appleton area but Rob's Import Repair takes quality to a whole new level. After driving through a recent snow storm, my car was not running as well as normal. I called Rob's and spoke with Jason. Here are some highlights from my experience:-They were able to schedule my car for service on the same day I called.-They were concerned and offered a tow. Not needed, but appreciated!-Offered loaner cars or transportation. Very convenient.-They provided a complete diagnostic and repair service. They do a full safety inspection, document pictures, then fully explain everything that they found.-My car is now running like new.-The value for the price was exceptional. And the price was very reasonable in the first place.This was the best car service experience I have ever had so I will come back here for all my service needs in the future.

Great customer service, detailed digital vehicle inspection report where they specify the needs and parts that need an intervention and I really got a 5 stars service and the attention received was excellent. They solved our transmission problem and other details with a high level of responsibility. Very grateful to Jessi, Ian and the rest of the team that make up. Rob s Import Repair from now on it will be my trusted auto repair workshop.

Been hard finding a good shop since moving to Wisconsin, until I found Rob s imports. They fixed my Rover up real nice. She s back to guzzling tea. I 100% recommend Rob s imports.

Really impressed! I own a Mercedes Benz ML350. These guys are honest and a pleasure to work with. Not to mention less expensive than a dealer. These guys are "car guys" and love what they do, it is evident. Keep up the great work! I will refer others your way.

Jesse and the tech I had are awesome. Glad I was referred and found a reputable shop that s honest. It sure makes spending the money much more tolerable. My Audi is so smooth it s sick. I will be back. I don t know for what, we ll see.

I am so very thankful that our son sent me to Robs for help with my Mini Cooper Countryman. I ve always been a take it to the dealer but when it became obvious that the dealer wasn t quite living up to the service provided in the past it was time for a change. Robs has now fixed my Mini twice for under estimate and ahead of schedule. Their attentiveness and responsiveness to me and my concerns is impressive. It s rare now days to find a business that over delivers and these fine people do. They have earned my business as I know they care just about as much as I do for my Mini. Thank you Rob s for a job well done.

I received a card in the mail from Rob's Import Repair and that's how I found out about them. Did some research and saw that the reviews were good, and I felt like I was ripped off by the last place I let work on my Audi. Gave them a shot to do a transmission flush + oil change, and they did it cheaper and faster than the alternative would have. Not only that, but I received an incredibly in-depth inspection that the technician reviewed with me on the phone outlining any possible issues that were noticed. Kudos to Jesse and the rest of the team for their excellent service, and I will definitely be coming here for any future repairs that I need.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Always detailed and make sure you know what is happening with your vehicle. The digital inspection with pics of any concerning issues is a nice touch to visualize what is happening.

Jason is very detail oriented and passionate about what he does! I couldn t be happier that I was referred to this incredible and one of a kind mechanic shop. Rob's Import Repair is the best auto repair shop in the fox cities for import repair. I have tried a few other shops in the area and have had many issues. Save yourself the trouble and have Rob's work on your car.

This is the best place to take your Honda. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they found alot more things wrong that what I known. It was a little costly, but no more than any other shop. Bring it to a place that specializes in imports, you get a better job.Got my car back, ran a whole lot better and getting better gas mileage.

Perfection as usual! As a mechanic, I appreciate the incredible detail they provide with their inspections. While I perform many of my repairs, when it comes to an aging Swedish wagon, there are some things better left to Robs! They focus on safety, reliability and overall health. No, my car is not worth nearly what I have into her. But, it s a labor of love, if you know, you know! Don't take your car anywhere but Rob's Repair! My BMW hasn't run this well since I bought it 12 years ago! I had a horrible experience elsewhere, and Rob & team found the problem with total transparency and reasonable costs. My first problem with my car in 7 years and Rob s was definitely the place to go! Impeccable service and above and beyond care! The issue was very small but their inspections have put my mind at ease for my vehicles safety and more importantly performance. Rob's was suggested to me as I was facing a rather major repair. I gave them a call and from the very get go I felt they were great. They provided me with up front pricing on the initial investigation... Once they had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, their service advisor was spectacular with getting me a compressive report of issues and a service recommendation.They were also great at letting me know if they found other issues and providing me with relevant information on anything found.Their service advisor was very good at "breaking the news" as I doubt anyone is happy about hearing how much a car repair is going to be. Overall unless I have a dealer warranty Rob's is now my place of service.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Air conditioning

The short story of my experience was that I called with a coolant leak, and they got me in within 2 days. I received a loaner vehicle because the work was going to be a longer period of time. I asked them do some additional maintenance while they had my water pump out, like changing the timing belt. I had to drive out to Detroit the next day, and they had my car ready at the perfect time that I had to leave town.Seeing photos of the repair and possible future issues was very helpful with future preventative maintenance. Communication was fantastic, and the price was a couple hundred less than what I thought it was going to be.Quickest turnaround I've ever had with a mechanic with the amount of work that was involved (1 day). Great for import repairs on my VW, and a previously owned Audi.If you have an import, take it here for maintenance and fixes. They are professional, and knowledgeable. They aren't the cheapest, but you don't want the cheapest mechanic in town.Service: General repairs & maintenance
