Great service, great tires, great price! Zach honestly answered all my questions about different tires and the comparison between tires & price. I m confident I got a great price for great tires. He & the team got my car in at the scheduled time and I picked it up at the promised time with no issues. Still happy with my tires months later.

Excellent experience! I was given honest feedback on the true state of my vehicle...the mechanic even brought me back to the shop, and he gave me a detailed run-through of the problems that exceeded the actual value of the vehicle. I was not pressured to pay for parts/labor, but rather, I was treated like a family member would show concern for their loved one when the car wasn't safe to drive anymore. HIGHLY recommend Pomp's Tire on Wisconsin Ave. in Appleton! Thanks for your superior service!!

The employees here will go above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied with their work. After we had an incident, Zach Miller, Adam, and Joe took great care of me and made sure everything was right. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable shop be sure to stop in to Pomps, you will not regret your choice. Very honest and the customer service is impeccable. Thank you guys again for all you do!

I had the control arms replaced on my older Pontiac G6 about a month ago at the mechanic across the street from the Pomp s on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton Wisconsin. After they were done, they brought my car to this Pomp s and I never got a chance to thank the guys at Pomp s for the awesome work they did doing an alignment on my car.My car now steers and drives like a brand new car and I feel so much safer driving it!Thank you so so much!! Took my car in for a front end alignment, service was prompt, courteous and very professional. The car tech showed me how far out of alignment the front end was and what work he performed. Driving home I took I41 to test the alignment. Car was smooth tires were quieter than before and let go of the steering wheel briefly and went perfectly straight. Bravo done right the first time.

I recommend this place. They were very helpful and quick to see to my tire problem. Luckily I went in when I did or I could have had a much bigger problem. I like that he showed me what the issues were by taking me in the shop to shoe exactly what was happening. Super helpful and nice people.

Great customer service experience with Zach! Had new tires put on my car and was able to have it done the same day we called to inquire about an estimate. Zach was very knowledgeable, had great communication and was very friendly and professional.

Guys did a great job of fixing my tires quickly and at a great price. They even saved me some money by being able to remove a corroded valve cap rather than needing to replace the entire pressure sensor.

My tires weren't in stock so they had to be ordered. Never received a call when they came in. I ended up calling to check on them. On the day they were installed. I left and was told that they would call when ready to be picked up. Never received a call. When I went back to the shop to wait, my vehicle was done and ready when I arrived.

I wanted a fair price. I didn't want to be sold something that I didn't want. I was hoping that the work would be professional and that the interaction with this business would be a respectful one. For those of you looking for the same thing as I was........look no further than to "Pomps" on Wisconsin Avenue Appleton, WI Thank you Pomps! You earned my five stars and were a pleasure to do business with!

Pomp's has taken care of our cars for over 10 years. They can usually get us in for an appointment within the week. Most services take an hour or less to complete.

Promt service with an easy to use online form for setting up an appointment. They accommodated an alignment that wasn't in the service notes the day before. I've gone here for the last 10 years for my tire needs.

I am very happy with all the services I get from Pomps. If they can't do the work then I take elsewhere. But I give them first choice. So happy with the customer service also. Very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service from all the employees. Did have an issue with the rebate through Goodyear and Zach (the manager) assisted with getting it all taken care of. Highly recommend going here!

I requested an appointment to replace the original serpentine belt on my 11 year old vehicle. I was seen within 24 hours. Adam also noted a bit of scraping in the brakes which he corrected for free. Great service and great people! Many thanks.

I woke up to a flat tire. Needed to get new tires sometime this year. Figured I would see if they had anything in stock. Not only did they have my tires in. I got an appointment in less than 2 hrs from when I called. I am very happy with how quick and easy it was for me to get in and out within an hr for 4 new tires. Was so nice I recommend pomp s to anyone in need of honest good service with friendly employees. Thank you so much.

To everyone who has never had service at Pomp s tire servivce in Appleton location at Wisconsin Ave. Please don t bring your car for their service. I had a very bad experience with their service. About 2 years ago I kept having problems with my tire loosen air pressure during winter season. My tires are old but not to the point for a new tires. I didn t want to buy new tires cause I was planning to sell or trade in the summer time. So I decided to bring my SUV for them to resealed. They did a good job resealing the other 3 tires. But a week later a tire on the passenger front side was flat again. I called them and they told me to bring to the shop. So I pump it up, and there no air leaking. Then I drove to the shop. When I got there the tire was not flat yet. A mechanic came and drove my SUV into the shop. I waited in their lobby for the service, but the service guy came and told me that my tire has 2 punchers to the side. It looks like someone slick the tire or the mechanic might of ran into something on the floor. I told them that the tire was good, I pump it up before I drove to the shop. I even requested to talk to the manager. But the manager even deny that they didn t do anything to the tire. I didn t want to buy a new tire, so told the service guy that I have a old tire that I save from the previous. I had to called my wife from work to pick me up and bring me home to grab the old tire to replace the flat tire. The sucking thing is that they still make me pay for the tire swap. The wife and I are piss to the max. I don t recommend anyone to bring your car for their service. Bad customer service and bad management. I ve learned my lesson and never take my car for a small shop like that. I will be report their shop to businesses bureau. Thank you for take your time to read my story .. :(

I work for a local Auto repair facility (our primary focus is not tires, but service and repair) - there was a rebate for Michelin tires when I wanted to purchase - not only did they transfer the tire I wanted in from Green Bay for the next business day, but they were extremely accommodating when I arrived to pay/pickup the tires.I had a very dissimilar experience with two of their competitors.Well done guys!

Zack runs a great place. He is always friendly and the service was fast. I had a lot of questions for him and he gave me great advice. I feel that I can always go to Pomps and I never have to worry about being told other things are wrong even if they aren t. Prices are reasonable and I can usually get an appointment quickly. The only place you ever need!

Excellent service, quality products, went a little over on the time I was told it would take but also with a few unexpected hurdles. So I find it appropriate due to quality of work. Only downfall is calling them over the phone it feels like they can't hear me or something.
