Had a great experience getting my oil changed was quick and easy. They were also able to replace my battery and wipers with ease. Total time spent there was about 40 mins with no wait. They also gave $10 off as I was a first time customer. Will go again for oil changes.

this place is the best. for awhile now I have been going here and since Ive moved to a different area of Appleton, I go out of my way to go here! the staff is friendly and helpful. personally, I get nervous going to any car related maintenance because I don t know much but I always feel comfortable here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We just put 5500 miles on our Dodge ram traveling out east and then Florida and then to Texas and then back to Appleton Wisconsin. The Dodge definitely needed an oil change. These guys did a fantastic job today. Oil change and air filter and out the door.

I ve been going to this location for oil changes and general maintenance on my vehicle for years. I am much happier with the new management and the way the staff conducts business.Chris, Adam and all of the team members I ve had the opportunity to work with have been extraordinarily polite, personable and an overall pleasure with whom to do business. They re extremely knowledgeable, but are also resourceful when they need to be.Great deals, no hi-balling, plain English about mechanics that the layperson can understand, and best of all: an honest, hard-working crew who have every customer s best interest in mind.I can t thank you guys enough for the years of your service. You ll always have me as a customer, and I ll always recommend you to anyone I know! Keep being awesome!

I got a high mileage oil change, the technicians were fast and efficient, and I went back to get my car battery changed. All around awesome service!

I heard a manager speaking about their business ethic when he didn't know anyone was listening and not only was i impressed at the way he treated his customers but also his employees. He said he gave them all the tips to keep morale up. I was impressed and they will get my business.

The team was very helpful and polite. They give discounts for vets and teachers. We had a tough problem with my son's car and they took their time to figure it out. I highly recommend the team at Pioneer!

Josh the manager, is the best I ve dealt with. So personable, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to assure both my vehiclesare up to par!!! I took my car in for an oil change, and the substitute mechanic from another Quick Lube location noticed that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. The computer system was down, so he was unable to tell if they had one in stock. He asked me to all on the following business day, but the system was still down. They indicated they would call me when the system was back up. They never called. In addition, I had an oil leak from the oil change. They did another oil change and put a new gasket on the oil plug, but it still leaks. I will definitely not go to this Quick Lube again. Very incompetent and unresponsive.

Went there the 22nd to get an oil change. Now here I am the 3rd and all of my oil has drained out. Clearly they didnt know what they were doing. Complete waste of $45 cuz now here I am having to redo everything again. Never had any issues with oil leaks before. Thankfully we noticed before causing bad damage to the car.

The staff was really friendly and explained the options well. They also tested every light and sensor pretty thoroughly and quickly. Definitely a good place

One word describes this place. Expensive! 5 qts oil, oil filter and a squirt of windshield fluid = $80
