I like Mathew's because the person on the phone is knowledgeable and listens to what my vehicle needs. They give me an estimate right over the phone when I know what the problem or symptom is, without them having to look at it first and charge more money like some shops do. I also appreciate the quick turnaround of my vehicles. Who can wait a week or two to have their vehicle repaired? The prices are a little high, but I know it will get fixed right.

Always a pleasure to visit Matthews! They were friendly and quick. They were able to give me an appointment when I needed it when I called a week ahead of time. I arrived right on time and they took care of my needs within 45 min! (Oil change and tire rotation)

They got me in right away to fix my suspension that was hanging on by a prayer. They identified a structural safety concern and rectified that.The Jeep rides like new and actually stays pointed down the road true because of the work they did.

Amazing customer service. Extremely fast.Called at 1045 to see if they could look at a flat. Dropped the tire off at 11, it was done 15 minutes later! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.

I had a very good experience getting a new set of tires for my truck. Patrick Smith was very knowledgeable recommending tires that met my wants and presented options allowing me to choose. He even cleared off the snow on the windshield of my loaner car during the only blizzard we had this winter season.Very happy with the tires, along with the service received!

The thing that impressed me was the speed of their responses. I emailed them like at 2;00 on a Wednesday and got a response back within like an hour. I answered their response with the answers and for a quote again within an hour. I called them at 5:00 and asked when we can get these new tires on. Now, this is about an hour before they closed. She said the next day!! I jumped on that! Since it's near the gym I go to, I left it there at 8:00 and a gym friend picked up while it was being worked on. Told them I'd pick it up at noon...no problem . For a text at about 10:45 saying it was done. Super fast and the tires are great

Oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my car in the morning, took their loner car so I could get to work, and then picked my car up on the way home. Great experience and nice people, so I enjoy coming back

I bring my Subaru here because they are honest, priced right and always check everything over for me because I no longer have a husband who was a mechanic and always advised me in the past as to what work I needed done on my vehicles. I'm glad I can trust Matthew's to help take care of my car's needs.Also, I brought my car in last year for a 2nd opinion and was informed I did not need the work done I was told it needed saving me over $3,000. They thoroughly checked over everything I needed and advised what work I really should have done when it comes to 70k. What a blessing they are for me! The manager and staff are exceptional!

Matthew's Tire is not only the cheapest option for my vehicle's oil changes, they are also people I trust to tell me when there's a real issue and they help me follow the recommendations of my car's manufacturer.For example, last time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they let me know that my tires aren't a concern yet, but they're getting close and got me some prices to look at and start to prepare for. They also let me know it was time for my coolant flush and asked if I wanted to handle that right now or wait.(Melissa is my favorite person there, but the other employees are people I trust as well)

My battery was dead. I had no appointment but they were able to replace it quickly and I even made it to work on time. Matthews Tires is an excellent place for service. The people are super friendly and very helpful.

Recently bought new tires from Matthews Tires. Process was quick and easy, I dropped my car off for my appointment which took no more than a couple of minutes if that, then when it was ready received a call, and I picked up my car, did some paperwork and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. This particular matthews does a very good job at repairs. Although the reason why I gave it a four star is because they don't tend to get back to you about parts that you've ordered.

I had a bolt in my tire and this was very close. From the time I pulled in until I left was about one hour. The staff was very courteous and was able to keep things moving at a good pace. The price for the repair was fair. I know they have several locations and have never had a problem at any of them.

Matthews Tire East provided excellent and fast service when my SUV Car Battery died at the movie theater. I conveniently walked over to Matthews Tire and Elise helped me by trying to jump my battery. The car was not cooperative and they had to get a more powerful jump battery to get it going. After 6 years with my battery, it was time for a new battery at which Matthews Tire quickly got me up and running again. Thank You Matthews Tire!

I brought a vehicle in for terrible grinding coming from the front brakes that was to the point I was nervous to drive it. I was told the technician took it out for a drive and couldn t hear anything. I told them I was going to pick up the vehicle and I didn t want them to do anything else with it. They wanted to charge me for checking for this grinding sounds when the technician definitely did not drive it. There is no missing this grinding sound. When I picked up the vehicle I was told not to come back and they didn t need my business because I complained. I was Matthews tire customer for over a decade for everything for my vehicles. I complained once when the technician obviously didn t do the job they wanted to charge me for and was treated like I was the problem.

My 2016 ford Work Van had a noise so I climbed under it to look and noticed my front passenger tire was bald and choppy on the inside. They did new tires and alignment the same day. I m back on the road for a safe work day tomorrow. I am so glad I caught it when I did.Thanks Patrick

Matthews Tire is close to me an I wanted to give them a try. I scheduled an oil change an tire rotation, my usual routine. I feel they did a wonderful job an very reasonable.
