This is the only shop I will ever take my vehicles in for body work! I brought in my 2012 Subaru and they replaced the rocker part along the bottom of the door. Picked up the car clean and immaculate. Owner and staff are so nice and professional. I highly recommend them for all body work! I am truly impressed!

Some of the best customer service I've dealt with. Andrew and Mark worked with us on what we wanted to do and the outcome was better than we expected. I added before (with chrome and all) to the after (all blacked out). The pictures don't do the work justice.

Ken's has been amazing. They area state farm recommended shop. Even though they are scheduled out to August they were willing to take my car and do an estimate. I have never worked with a more personable and professional shop in my life. They have been amazing 10 out of 5 stars, will never go anywhere else!!!!

From the moment I stepped inside for an estimate, to the moment I road off with my car repaired, I was treated by the golden rule! It s so refreshing getting not just good service but GREAT service. Please let Andrew and the repair team work on your repairs, you will not be disappointed. While there are delays due to supply chain availability, they were always friendly when I called to check up. My car looks amazing and they have been thorough, courteous, kind, and delivered better than I expected! Thank you Ken s Auto and thank you Ken s Auto team! Mark stated this looks normal for a 5 year old vehicle - I disagree.His shop worked on my vehicle after a gentleman rear ended me November, 2017. After my vehicle was supposedly repaired, I noticed the rear bumper appeared to be a different color and the trunk was misaligned. I brought the vehicle back to be corrected as I also found a plastic trim piece that was broken. (Anyone out there ever see a plastic piece glued together with grease? They attempted this on a plastic cover. Egregious.)I give Mark credit for attempting to make it right, however, my vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction the second time.His estimate was 2k less than the other guys...I now understand why. See pictures attached: missing plastic clips, chipped paint, misaligned trunk lid, etc..Edited 06/01/18 with pictures and full explanation.

The folks at Ken's did a great job repairing a dent and chipping paint on my Jeep. All of the staff I communicated with was very kind and professional. I would absolutely come back to Ken's for further service, if needed. (But hopefully I won't hit anything else and need to come back... ha!) overall, pretty pleasant experience. Did take some more time than it was scheduled too. But the work my vehicle was perfection.. I would highly recommend. Andrew is a straight up guy and tells you exactly what needs to be done. I would send all bodywork in the fox valley area to this location. Thank you guys. Not only was the office staff fun to work with but they were very professional and great at explaining the stuff going on with my car. I was hit and first time dealing with an accident . The free loaner they gave me was insanely nice- heated seats and remote start was great and I told them I didn t wanna give them their loaner back lol! Time frame was exactly the days they said they d need. They even vacuumed out my car and washed it. The repair work was 10/10. Highly recommended Kens!

While we ultimately decided to scrap the vehicle, Andrew and the team at Ken's were amazing to deal with. They took the time to understand our goals and provided creative options for having the vehicle repaired within our budget. They were extremely fast at providing a detailed estimate and went above and beyond to win our business. If we had decided to keep the vehicle I was really looking forward to working with Ken's.I will not hesitate to bring our next repair job here, and only wish I had taken the car to Ken's first versus one of the larger, corporate chain repair shops in town.

These guys are great I talked with Andrew after my wife hit a deer. They work directly in my insurance, Ordered parts ahead of time and most importantly completed the vehicle on time and returned the car to new condition.Big reason I went with them they were the only body shop willing to give me an estimate while I was deciding on the repairs.Will use them here on out!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Gave them a call because they are recommended by Allstate. Immediately was offered an estimate and we got the repair scheduled within two weeks. They made all the contact with the insurance company, making it extremely easy and worry free for us. We were able to drop off my truck three days early so I didn't have to miss work Monday morning. They offered us a free loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, plus the three days before! Extremely pleased with the repair, it looks brand new! They even cleaned the interior of my truck! Employees were very friendly and helpful through the entire process. Thank you!

Was referred by Mike at Baumgart, had a scratch on my car. Andrew and the wonderful staff took care of me immediately. Would highly recommend them. Thanks Ken's for giving me a little piece of mind and knowing there are still good people out there!

I needed my back seats removed and called these guys to see if they would loosen the bolts for me so I could move them into my basement. Not only did they have me come right in, they did it in no time for minimal pay. Very nice people! Most painless trip to have work done, I've ever made. Highly recommend.

I took my 2012 hybrid in to have the door replaced after someone backed into it in an icy driveway. The staff were very professional and made it very easy to schedule everything. They gave me the best quote out of the three places I got estimates at. Then they ordered the parts and scheduled for me to bring the car back when the parts would be in. They got it done in the 3 days they said they would and it looks and works great. Like new. Billing was easy and the service was great. I would (and do) recommend this place to friends.

Recently had my Lexus repaired at Ken's. The staff communicated the process to me in great detail, offered me a loaner, and met all of my expectations. Small delay, not their fault, but they reacted accordingly to solve the issue. How a company reacts to issues truly shows their competence and capabilities. Scott took great care of my car and even did a little extra. I will definitely use them in the future if someone hits me again!

Super helpful and amazing after my accident. Worked with me to get me a loaner and had a great sense of humor when we worked to get an upgrade for a part I wanted. This was the second time they fixed a vehicle for me. Last time was around 2015 for a '99 Camry, this time in 2019 for a '17 Elantra. Both times were due to an accident caused by someone else. My insurance company recommended them and they took care of everything in terms of payment, all I had to do was drop off and pick up. They were polite and easy to work with and my car looks brand new. Bonus, they have a cute shop dog.

Wish I had before and after pictures. They did a wonderful job with the repairs to my Elantra, after I hit a deer. It looks brand new! Finished the job earlier than expected. Gave me a loaner to use while they were working on my car. Customer service was fantastic! Easy in and out. Would definitely recommend!

I hit an animal with my car and Ken's Auto Body was suggested by my insurance agent due to their customer service, quality of work, and free loaner car. Working with Andrew was absolutely awesome. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work were exactly as my insurance agent described. If you have any vehicle repair needs I would definitely suggest taking it to Ken's Auto Body. We crushed our entire drivers side front corner, so much had to be replaced. They had the car for 2 weeks, we just got her back today and she looks brand new... we are so happy with the service we received from beginning to end. Plus having a free rental really helped out so we didn't feel stranded... thank you Ken's so much for giving me my baby back... estimate was almost dead on and within reason and no huge overages...

Horrible! Run! Do not even get an estimate from them! I made the mistake of recommending them and paid the price dearly, literally! They gave me an estimate to repair body work on a vehicle that got damaged. After the work was done they informed me that the price almost double!!! It went from a rough estimate of $1500 to almost $3000. Now I totally understand that things can change but there was ZERO communication. Seams like a total bait and switch company. I used to hear great things about them but now all I hear is horrible complaints. RUN RUN RUN.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly staff. Always ready to answer questions, unfortunately I can not say how the work was since my van ended up being totalled by the insurance company. If I needed work on another vehicle, which I hope I don't, I would definitely return.
