I ve probably had 30 or so windshields replaced by Great Lakes Glass and have had good luck with each vehicle done, but it s because the glass repair techs are to notch and care about the windshield install. Mobile glass techs I ve dealt with are fast and have good communication skills. They can handle working on expensive vehicles without damaging them. Customer service is good too. Would highly recommend Great Lakes Glass.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Great Lakes provided excellent service from bid to installation. I used the mobile windshield replacement option and was able to have fast turnaround for my order. Nick was courteous and knowledgeable.

Dan from Great Lakes Glass just left. 1 hour-Boom! New windshield. Dan explained what he did and a few things to watch for. Very professional . Thankx for great service.

Very friendly and efficient. Offered me the internet sale price even though I scheduled over the phone. Have had several instances where companies won't do that, very much appreciated.

I'd imagined replacing my windshield would cost twice what it did, so I drove around with a crack for about a year. I worsened the crack last Sunday, made a call on Monday and by Tuesday at 10:45 AM, I had a new windshield. Very much an over delivery of service. I would do business with them again.
