I was under a lot of stress with being told the car I just bought from Carvana had bad tires. I brought it to Firestone and they told me my tires were bald and had dry rot; my oil was bad and coolant was low and needed to be flushed. I'm sorry I don't remember the girl's name who helped me get Carvana to pay for everything. This was such a huge relief.. If they wouldnt have paid I would have returned the car- which then I'd be without a car. I so greatly appreciate her help! All the people I had contact with were very nice and helpful. I truthfully left there with a huge weight off my shoulders.

I've gone here several times. Everyone is always so nice. They have great prices and are always willing to go the extra mile. They also work hard to see if they can get things covered under my warranty which is super appreciated :) Overall every time I've been here it's a great experience.

8/20/21 Firestone allowed my Son to leave with missing lug nuts on 2 tires at 5:29pm. He had locking lugs & wanted them removed & replaced with regular lugs. They close at 6pm.On return on 8/21 they advised you can go several thousand miles on 5 of 6 lug nuts . Firestone advised my Son to go to Advanced Auto for proper parts for lug nuts. This is a failure of liability. Pomp s on Wisconsin Avenue & R&L Auto in Neenah helped my Son properly secure the issue. Beware as they do not care.

I paid $80 to have my headlight bulb changed, but it was still out after I paid and was ready to leave. They apologized and provided a new bulb, which we changed together in the parking lot. It took only 2 minutes (I had already paid $60+ for labor). No equipment was used to change the bulb. Nothing had to be taken out or anything.Positive: This was my first time changing the headlight bulb, and I learned how to do it on the driver's side.Negative: I paid $60 on labor and had to do it myself. However, I believe the passenger side to be more complicated. I am open to feedback and willing to update my review if necessary. May be $80 was justified. If you believe so, please ignore my review.I wish Discount Tires provided this service too. They are so nice.

Scheduled alignment for 2:30 on Sunday. They cancelled 1 hour before the appointment. Scheduled appointment for next day at 2. Get there at 1:45 and he says my appointment is at 2:30. Showed him the appointment in my calendar, said I could put any time in my calendar (basically calling me a liar). Pulled up the actual confirmation email and he (store manager, Jacob Friend) just stares at me and says he ll get me in when he can. Wasted a half day of work and 60 mile round trip.

Very disappointed. Had my struts replaced here two months ago and they did not work properly. The "new" after market struts were completely shot when I went to my dealership to have an inspection. Ended up having to buy new struts for a second time. Also Firestone told me that my brakes were still good and didn't need replacement. My dealership took an entire video of the car's brakes and rotors, both front end were worn and rusted out. I've been to firestone 3 times about my brakes and being told each time they were fine. This is not okay.

I'm absolutely estatic with my experience here today. Last night I started working with Ernest and he was super nice and I had gotten there late in the evening with a flat tire on my Dually. He said if I could bring it back in the morning they guaranteed it would be done A.S.A.P. I dropped the truck off at 7;00am. We took our other vehicle and ran errands. Greg M. Called me a little later and said your trucks done. $ 21 bucks. WOW. I'm super happy with my visit to Firestone on college avenue in Appleton Wisconsin. THANK you guys.Service: Tires

One of their lifts was down, that was annoying because it took longer. But they all worked hard and tried their best to communicate. They stayed open to make sure all the customers were served to the best of their ability. So even though it took a long time, the customer service and work ethic rates them 5 stars.

My wife and I have used Firestone a lot over the years. It's super wonderful that if you got parts at, and work done at Firestone and you travel and break down or have an issue and you go to a Firestone branch where you are closest to they will fix their error, part, etc for no cost. Customer service are local people at the branches you call, and they've always answered when I've called. Which is lovely. They will talk you through how stuff kinda works for stuff if you ask. No shaming or treating you like you're dumb. Very well educated on their jobs and customer service is very comforting and supportive. Explains the costs broken down and will discuss your options with you before they start working or charging you! I've had places go ahead and fix something I couldn't afford at the time and I've never had that experience at Firestone, thank goodness. If you want peace of mind that they will communicate well, then I can pretty much guarantee that this is the place you'll get it. And as covid has affected us all, parts are getting more expensive... we need our breaks replaced soon. And the cost has almost doubled for the parts Yikes! But they were true to their word. I did some searching online for the parts they listed for me for the repair and price checked them myself. They were honest about it. I loved that. Its a good feeling when someone isn't just trying to get more money out of you by claiming covid is why it's expensive. Sometimes it's not, sometimes it is. Be careful out there. Hopefully this review helps. Also: STAFF IS VERY KIND TO WOMEN, and I have often seen women working in the shops too. Good diversity.

On 11/8/2022, my wife took her car to this Firestone location (College Avenue, Appleton), in order to have a front end alignment done. I told her the car would need some work before an alignment could be done, but that she'd likely be given an estimate of what would need to be repaired/replaced beforehand. I told her, "If it's not too much money, go ahead and have 'em do the repair work first." Well, after leaving Firestone, she called me on the phone with an estimate for more than $2,000, including parts and labor! Said estimate called for new inner and outer tie rod ends (both sides), to the tune of $290, both front struts at a cost of $532, and two new front tires, as well as a TPMS service kit, for a total of $377. That's just short of $1,200 in parts alone, leaving roughly $816 in labor costs! Later that night, between the two of us, we were able to find a set of inner tie rod ends for a total of about $40, a set of outer tie rod ends for about $70, and a pair of complete struts for about $55 (yes, I did buy "off-brand" struts from Amazon, but even a pair of Duralast struts from AutoZone were $200 cheaper than Firestone had quoted my wife). And the TPMS service kit?! Her car doesn't even have TPMS! Firestone flat-out refuses to install customer-supplied parts, so I installed all the parts myself, which took me about 4 hours, and included a trip to the auto parts store for a rental tool, and a trip to the hardware store for some hex nuts and some fender washers.I've done business with the Neenah Firestone several times in the past, and have always left there fairly satisfied, but on this day, this Firestone really missed the mark. I don't know if they were trying to take advantage of my wife because - you know - she's a woman or if they're trying to make up for lost revenue due to the pandemic, but this kind of price gouging is absolutely unacceptable to me! I will NEVER do business with this Firestone again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!EDIT: I've since been told by an outside source, that one of their service writers likes to brag about his 350% markup rate! Absolutely shameful!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Have nothing but good things to say about this particular Firestone. Everybody seems to be top-notch in their professionalism here. From Jacob the Store Manager to Ryan the Service Manager n the rest as well. They don't "high-pressure" you into spending more than you want n really take the time to ensure the customer is treated right. As a "car-guy" I'm not really into the chain stores for vehicle repair but this place is truly the exception. I'll be a customer definitely returning when the need arises!

I was very happy with the customer service Firestone as a corporation and at the college Ave location in Appleton. We bought Firestone tires from the big dealership a few blocks east. The tires had a small wear issue and we went to the dealership to get them covered by the manufacturer warranty (Firestone). The dealership agreed they were in need of replacement but then pretty much told us to go somewhere else...or to buy 4 new tires at full price. We then called Firestone Corp. They set us up at the local Firestone and warrantied the tires without an issue and mentioned to not go back to the dealership since they refused to comply with the manufacturer warranty that they should stand by for selling those tires. Thank you Firestone for taking care of your customers!!

Stopped in today due to a warning light that appeared on my dash. The staff provided me a ride to work so they could check on the problem as the car needed to cool. They checked the problem; the issue is covered under the warranty of the car.I purchased tires from this business as well as taken my car in for oil changes. The staff is polite and professional. They worked quickly and did a great job with all of the requests I ve had for my car. Would highly recommend.

Loyal Firestone customer for 7 years now. From NY, to CA, to WI, the quality of service across the board is unbeatable. They are the only people I trust with my vehicle besides myself and my former military gear head friends. Having a rare car, parts can be hard to come by. They never sugar coat on pricing and always let me know what I should look at so I can determine if I can do it on my own. The tire warranty and the lifetime alignment deal for the entire ownership of your car (on the WI roadways nowadays) is worth every penny and is just a cherry on top. Thanks guys for staying safe during quarantine and helping out those of us still essential too. Cheers!

My brake master cylinder was bad. I knew it was bad. So no need to pay the additional 60$ for them to look at my car. Made appt to change the master cylinder. After it was changed, paperwork confirmed there was a leak from the seal on the master cylinder by person who did work, here. I I paid additional $40.00 to have brakes bled as well. Three weeks later., brakes were going to floor again. I called them to check their work - since they just 'fixed' this issue. Immediately tried to charge me to inspect . I refused to pay them more money to look at their own work to make sure they did it right. When I questioned him on why he would try and and charge me - he began asking my who told me it was a bad master cylinder anyway and where I tool it etc. I told him none of that is relevant since I specifically had them change master cylinder and I am back to have them ONLY check their work on that part. They looked at car- called me a couple hours later and said they bled the brakes again. If they bled the brakes right the first time, there is no reason they should have needed to be bled again. Now they want to say if I bring it in again I will need to pay a diagnostic fee. I will not pay them any more money to look at their work that is guaranteed. Do it right the first time. I will not be coming back here- unless of course the master cylinder goes bad and then they will need to replace it or correct it and fix the work they did

Go see Brian! He did a fantastic job getting me the tires I wanted on short notice, getting my car in on a busy day (I called the same day!) and getting it done in the time frame I had given him due to being from out of town. He recommended extra services for my vehicle and I was impressed by what Firestone has to offer. I did take one of the many options to prolong the life of the tires and provide roadside assistance if needed. Very happy with my experience on 6/10/18. Thank you!!

I'm a recent customer of Firestone and have been there twice in the last couple weeks for two different vehicles. So far, I am thoroughly pleased with the customer service. They workers there are very nice, explanitory and professional. The first time was just a basic oil change which was fine. The second time was for more serious work, but they explained everything along with cost and got the work completely quickly. So as of now, I would highly recommend going to the Firestone on College Ave.

Went in to get new tires mounted to existing rims which they offer cheaper than most anybody else in my area. Located right off college Ave in a convenient area with friendly and VERY helpful staff who explained everything in extreme detail. They told me to fix $2100 worth of other things while I was there but what do they know?? Lol they are very knowledgeable and I would trust them with repair recommendations.
