This is the second time using Femals for body work on my Volkswagon. They worked well with my insurance saving me hundreds of dollars and the work was done promptly. Would reccomend to anyone.

10/10 highly recommended. I ve been to Femals for body work a couple times. Both times they were able to promptly get the part, get me in, give me a loaner car and within two days, I get a call to pick it up. This last time, however, was the best experience. My vehicle was detailed, without me asking! From the tires, to the interior. It wasn t a full detail. But it smelled brand new inside and it was vacuumed and wiped down. VERY much appreciated and will always recommend. Thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Femal s has been excellent because they were so professional and helpful. They explained everything to me and didn't hide anything from me, plus they re super fast! I was pleased with the repair, it looked very professional and well done. Femal s was my first choice and now my only choice; from now on, I ll be going back to them with all the body and paint repair I need for my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. Femal's Auto Body was great to work with to fix the fender on my truck. They gave me a quick estimate on the spot. They got the parts in on time and finished my truck in the exact timeframe they said they would. Which is unheard of these days. I would highly recommend using them for any body work? Brought our SUV there after an accident for body work. Great people and great service. They keep you updated, give you tips on how to handle the process and stand by their work. I could not be any happier with my experience at Femal s! Seriously the nicest bunch of guys who were so friendly and did excellent work. They quoted me 4 days and that is exactly how long it took to get the job done. If I ever need work done in the future, they will definitely get my business again!

I was warned off by a friend to stay away from Femal's because of his experience, but still decided to give them a shot purely out of convenience. I now understand why he warned me about them. I took my car in to obtain an estimate for the repair of a deer strike.Upon arriving at Femal's I was very clear about the need of a loaner car because I travel for work and was assured I would have access to a loaner. About a week later they call and request that I come in to sign an insurance form. Once there I signed the form and once again verified my need for a loaner but this time was told the loaner I get would be for local use only. I informed them that my needs my not be "local" and one guy behind the counter said "well thats not going to fly". I asked him why he didn't tell me this when I asked about the loaner initially and he just lied to me about how he was positive he told me that. Then, some other guy who knew nothing of the situation comes out and basically just starts on a tirade about how if one of his loaners breaks down out of town how he "is not going to go get it". Annoyed, but not rude...I leave.Based upon what I hear from Femal's I re-arrange my work schedule to be able to accommodate a local loaner for the days needed. I then get a call from my insurance company informing me that Femal's contacted them and told my insurance company to tell me that they didn't order the hood and would not be able to keep the appointment I made with them. You read that correctly, they didn't call me....they called my insurance company and wanted my insurance company to tell me that they didn't order the part and couldn't keep the appointment that I changed my schedule around for.I don't know about the quality of their work, but their customer service and communication is flat out bad.

I went to Femals because I hit a deer and really smashed up the front of my car. My Caddi is 11 yrs old and when I went to pick it up it looked brand new. I think I ll keep it another 11 yrs!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Scott made sure we were satisfied with repairs, even after insurance jerked us both around. He is a good person that runs a good company. We will be taking our vehicles here from now on. Scott is an honest man and has a honest company.

Femal's did a fantastic job fixing our front end damage from an accident. They ended up having to write two estimates because American Family is terrible insurance, so despite the other driver being 100% responsible we still had to go through our insurance West Bend. They wrote the estimates quickly and then turned the extensive work around in a few weeks. Thanks Femal's!!

We have used Femal s proudly for years, but sadly we won t be back. They took 2 months to repair my car, with repeated delays. They did not keep us informed or return our calls and gave such attitude that it was quite disappointing. The car was finally repaired but the relationship was ruined.

So a couple months ago I brought my car down for an estimate on two doors, everything went fine! This same place towed my car previous to this one when it was in a terrible accident & both times the people I spoke with were so nice & caring. This morning I called to set up an apt for TWO things, (a tire issue & two door panels) to start when the guy answered the phone all he said was hello so I didn t know if I had the right number, seems unprofessional to answer a business phone that way. Anyways, I said well would you guys have anytime to look at two things on my car and the guy said like what starting to get passive aggressive, and I said the first one which they don t do repairs for & before I even finished saying that he cut me off and gets very hostile telling me to go somewhere else they don t do that. Okay but y all do collision repairs, glad I had this experience so I know not to be giving them almost $5,000 plus labor for two doors. Also reading through comments it seems they try to say they don t know who you are so I ll put this out there right away, my google name isn t my real name but this call just took place about 15 minutes ago so I m sure that d be hard to slip someone s mind.
