This was yet another great experience at DC Auto. I asked them to replace all brakes; they informed me that only the rear brakes needed to be replaced. This is not the first time that they could have gotten more money from me. It is also not the last time that they will get business from me. I cannot think of a better, more honest, more responsive, and more affordable auto repair business in the area.

D C Auto always has excellent service with friendly front end management. Today was only an oil change, but I have entrusted them with bigger projects and they have come in under the promised budget and in a timely manner with my vehicle repairs. Those repairs, also, have proven to be effective over years now and so all of my servicing is done through D C Auto

My first time driver daughter spun off the road into a ditch not far from DC Auto. I stopped in there to talk to Chad Katalinik(?) . He was very understanding and compassionate for a worried mom whose daughter ended up in a ditch. He looked the car over. Gave us good advice on future bad weather and fixed the cars heater. He and his whole team were very helpful and understanding. I can't thank them enough for their care and compassion. Definitely a place to go to get your car taken care of.

Having to take your car in for event routine servicing is never fun, but DC Auto took great care of me and my vehicle. They explained things very well before they did anything to my car and were honest. This is the only auto repair shop my husband and I trust to bring our vehicles to.

Very friendly. Called with other issues they saw and did not pressure me into a purchase to repair any of the additions they saw. Very reasonable pricing and is the only place I will use in the future.

Always good experience with DC Auto. Alan pays close attention to my vehicle's history to avoid unnecessary charges.Costs a bit more at DC, but you can count on quality results. My experience with other repair shops along KK not as good.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We were trying to find a lift/wheel/tire set up for our Jeep Wrangler. Most places just wanted to sell us products but wouldn t take the time to explain different set ups and the pros/cons. Chad at DC Auto took time to sit down with my wife and me to make sure we were informed and comfortable with our decisions. He walked us through different set ups, the pros and cons of each set up and what would be most beneficial for our situation. The service Chad and his crew offer is 2nd to none. They are up front with pricing and offer 1st class customer service. My wife and I are super happy with how the Jeep turned out and will continue to take our vehicles there for service. Did amazing job on my truck. Dropped it off the night before my appointment cuz I had to be at work during the appointment time so I wouldn't be around to take it. They pulled the truck in way before the scheduled appointment. Got it done in amazingly fast time and the price was fantastic. They did a Wonderful job on the truck. Called me and told me what they were gonna do and updated the price so nothing was hidden. I would definitely recommend and come back again.Service: Transmission

This family business went beyond all expectations. They had the specialized equipment needed to safely deliver our disabled motorcycle to a dealership 225 miles away. Also drove two hours out of their way to take us to pick up a rental car. Thanks again Kens for all your help.

Chad and the team at DC are awesome! They bent over backyards to get my car repaired in a timely fashion and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Dealership had check wheel bearings. Had a humming noise I believed to be wheel bearings. Told me it was my steering rail and not the wheel bearings and said wheel bearings were not loose. Steering rails don't hum with speed. Brought truck to DC Auto and verified that indeed 1 front wheel bearing was loose and the other was just loud. Mechanics at dealerships just trained to plug into the computer to troubleshoot. Mechanics at DC Auto actually do mechanic work and look at the mechanics of the vehicle.

I've been to DC several times and what keeps me coming back is the no pressure honest assessment of concerns about my vehicles upon inspection. When finances allow for repair to be done, it gets done at DC. Today was quick service while I waited. I'll be back to have brakes replaced. My first time here and they did a great job, had an oil change and rotation do. In and out in a timely manner with recommendations on some minor things to keep an eye on as my car is getting up there in age . Great friendly staff. This is the second time I have called DC Auto due to alternator issues. Both times I have had my cars towed to them from less than a mile away. They get the car in and looked at that day, order parts and I have gotten it back within two days. This week, they were booked out until after the New Year, but still managed to get me in. Not only that, but they needed to fix my radiator that had cracked. Quick, friendly service, that is reasonably priced. All members are great to work with. I will continue to go back to DC for my car needs, hopefully with more warning in the future! First time at DC Auto & Repair mainly because it was next door to my place of employment. I was very impressed by the respect they showed on the phone, emails and in person. I was able to drop off in the morning and was finished before lunch break. Best part was first time ever I was able to walk out with A+ maintenance check (not finding anything wrong to come back to fix or repair). Good Honest Mechanic is hard to come buy and DC Auto Repair won't let you or your vehicle down.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto windshield replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Pleasant to work with, accommodating schedule wise, quality of work in my experience leaves some to be desired. Had a brake line replaced and it seemed cobbled loosely up along a frame rail. Also took a vehicle in for AC not working, they came back and told me after $1200 and a new AC compressor it would work. Troubleshot myself had it fixed for $50 in new parts, not to mention plugging harness plugs back together they had apart for their troubleshooting . Good shop but expected them to be more thorough.

Some of my coworkers recommended DC auto to me and said they were good..... but I say no, they are GREAT!! They were great in a lot of ways. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, informative....the whole experience was awesome and they were done with my truck much sooner than I expected.
