Everyone says it's tough to find a mechanic that you are able to trust, you can finally stop your search! Captain Auto is a top notch business with an owner that has made his business his passion. I cannot recommend a better individual to trust an automobile with in the entire fox valley! He is constantly beating the competitors quotes and his communication is above and beyond. Give him a call the next time you find yourself with car troubles!

Can't brag on Captain enough. I bought my Avalanche from him roughly 2 years ago. At the time he walked me through all his vehicle's, & gave me details on each trying help me find the right fit for what I needed. After purchasing the truck, he put brand new tires on and even worked with me on the price.I've been back since for normal maintenance and his always been honest and helpful. 2 years into having my truck and I haven't had one major issue. I've called him to ask questions when minor things have came up and his always made time to help me with them.When I go to upgrade my truck, I'll definitely be going back to him.

These guys went above an beyond for me today!!!! Thank you Captains!!!!!My truck was having issues so I pulled over at a gas station. The owner Chad approached me asking if I needed help. He looked over my issues and suggested what might be wrong. In the end I took my truck to his shop, they tested my truck and found out what was wrong, sensor. Called and got my part delivered, replaced it, told me about other things with my truck, gave me a coupon and got me going. Definitely will be going back and letting others know!!!!

The best auto shop I've ever worked with hands down. Not only was their work way lower priced than anyone else but they finished my car ahead of schedule so they actually brought it to me so I wouldn't have to get a ride to there shop.

I hit a nail and instantly had a flat tire, they patched the tire for me and had me in and out and back on the road within 45 minutes. Great service!

Chad and his entire crew, are always very helpful, honest, unfriendly. Unfortunately, I m moving out of state, however, if I stayed here, I would continue to go to Captain s Auto Sales for any and all things involving my car.
