As a woman going into an automotive shop I am always leary of how I will be treated and listened to. The staff were great! I felt heard and not uncomfortable at all. I love that if I attempt to do a fix myself and get stuck, they pick right up where I left it and complete the job! Definitely recommend them!

Auto Select has been my choice of mechanics for over 7 years. These guys are literally the best. They perform top-notch service and have never tried to sell me anything I didn t need. They are also the friendliest people I ve come across. When my trusty 2007 Honda CR-V with 346,000 miles does need service (which is rarely!), no one but Auto Select handles it.

Excellent communication and service! We just moved in from out of town and needed to find our next trustworthy shop. Looks like Auto Select Appleton East is the one! Their free loaner is a HUGE selling point we didn't have to worry about getting a ride back home or anything. We're definitely going back there again for our next service needs. I am so thankful that I was able to get in right away and fix a warranty issue. This location is always helpful, great communication, and they do great work and back up there parts and warranties. I won't go to a private mechanic because they do a wonderful job here and have always got me in quickly. Thank you for the great work this team and location have always provided for me!!

Awesome service from the guys here they do great work I was able to get in same day for an alignment and a few hours later I picked it up with a flawless alignment they do quality work here definitely recommend.

I'm very familiar with my vehicles, and know, with some knowledge of what needs to be done as they slowly age. I take them to Mike at Auto Select because he is knowledgeable, professional, fair and just plane likeable. I appreciate the shops crew, professionalism, and detailed attention. Auto Select, Mike, and the professional staff is hands down, the best and only place to take care of my vehicles. Note: This is not easy to say about auto repair shops in general. I would not have spent a second on this review if it wasn't well warranted. Thank You, Auto Select.

Service is great. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy and do not try to sell you something you do not need. They are prompt, if you have a 1pm appt., you are in at one and out in a timely manor. I will trust their judgement when a recommendation is made. Thank you for being a reliable, honest business.

Timely service replacing a drivebelt as well rear wheel bearing hubs. Respectful, fair, and honest outfit that takes a "responsible" approach to vehicle maintenance. Will be back. Keep up the excellent work!Update:The Auto Select team expedited the replacement of my daughter's fuel pump. Again, excellent, timely service at a reasonable cost. I really was pleased with all that was done to my car when I had my oil changed. They were very efficient and went above what was expected during an oil change. Great work. I appreciated all that you didI was really amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in. My car died and I called them to help me. I was towed to the Auto Select East and given a car to use while the they fixed mine. They were able to get it fixed the same day and it was the same price the they quoted me. Thank you so much for he quality and helpfulness you gave me

Went in for an oil change and left feeling like I had a new car- phenomenal service is the bare minimum I can congratulate them for! Ted assisted me with scheduling and was very informative with answering my questions. Super kind and super prompt! Very clean lounge area for customers, friendly faces to greet you, and overall an exceptional group here at Auto Select East Appleton! I think one of the guys who fixed my car name was Mike. I have brought my car there before and they have fixed exactly what was needed and now I took it there again (2023) and they did exactly what was expected. This place is really great! They call you right away and let you know the details on what needs fixing on your vehicle and they then start working on it right away. I have never had any issues with this company. They are very kind people, very informational, and help you understand if you don't know a lot about the process... of fixing anything on vehicles. Txue did a great job on the Chassis inspection and found some other issues with my vehicle I was not aware of. Pricing was fair for the work being done and the team did a great job in handling a minor miscommunication that was quickly resolved. Defintiely my go to car place for anything that requires some fixing. Dropped my car off at 930'ish AM and recieved a call stating my car was ready for pick up on the same day. Great place to go to for car services. They are professional and work with what fits your schedule during their normal business hours.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

I was referred to Auto Select by a friend. I wanted them to do a winter check up. Wanted to make sure the car would start this winter. They installed new windshield wipers and and did a check on everything. They suggested 2 new tires. I made the appointment and came early. They got me right in and had it done in less than a hour. Very nice professional people. I would recommend this place to everyone but especially to women as they treated me well and fair. I feel they did not take advantage of me. They can usually get me in the same day I call if I leave my car with them and always have fair pricing. It's the only place I go to have my car worked on.I've been there twice recently. I had them install a new muffler and fix a nail in my tire. Great guys who are honest and easy to work with!

The guys were very friendly each time I had walked into the building. They had my truck done in a very timely manner. They also explain things to me in which I could actually understand on what other issues my vehicle was having and how to fix them. Great guest service! I was given this businesses information by my son to help remedy a major leakage from my power steering pump. The work performed was impeccable, and I've had no problems at all since my service date. They even went out of their way to do a general safety check, finding that I needed a bulb for my brake light replaced. I would recommend this business to anybody looking for an honest and very fair priced auto repair shop. The employees are all in sync and work well together. I absolutely recommend this place. I stopped by and was given an appointment as soon as the next day for a general check up on my car. These people are kind and honest. They also have a very lovable dog who plays while you wait. I had a few concerns about my car that were explained in a way I could understand and options for fixing the issues. They were funny and just as concerned about my safety as I was. I'll be back every time for my repairs. Its hard to find people who are honest with a lady about car repairs but they seemed to be on point. They did a full vehicle inspection but their summer deal of $69.99. They called me the same day saying that my license plates lights were out and asked if I wanted them replaced and they replaced them during the inspection. Also, I appreciated that they outlined what are some issues that may need to get addressed in the near future and that was on the printed off packet I received after the service was completed. This is the best place to get your car done at. Oil change always goes quickly and they can always get you in. For major work they never over charged me or confuse me. It's always straight forward and a fair price. Mike is down to earth and honest. I am an employee here but i gotta say the two other service writers who work here are super honest people. They are half the reason why we have so many repeat customers. The other half is the skilled technicians who work here. Everyone is super knowledgeable and the prices are fair for the quality of work you have done. We back almost everything with a warranty and will work with you to make things happen. If you are reading this, ask for Ted and i will do what i can to make sure you have a 5 star experience.
