Worst customer service. Ordered LP last week and still can t tell me when it will be delivered, told me to call back tomorrow. I just called to cancel and they didn t know how to do that. Had to wait on hold to make sure it was cancelled. Gave me to a voicemail a couple times with no return call. If you value service. This is not the place to deal with. Go elsewhere. I made one call to another company I use on a different property and they got me LP the same day.

Folks who dispatch and answer phones: GreatDrivers I've dealt with: GreatAdministration/"Ray": AwfulFound my tank nearly empty because Ray took it upon himself to cancel automatic delivery on my behalf. Although he makes claims of trying to call, and send a certified letter (Which was mysteriously returned to them, though no notification ever reached my address?) to figure out why I had a late statement, contact was NEVER made with me to inform me that Allied had made the executive decision to cease automatic fills. I was read notes explicitly stating that they had not contacted me, yet they still chose to put me in a position in which I could run out of gas in the midst of Wisconsin winter.Although the Allied newsletters preach community and kindness to your neighbor, Ray is glad to let you freeze because he doesn't understand why a check or two showed up late. He offered zero compassion or flexibility for the situation, and refused taking any responsibility for the impact his actions had on the customer. I was offered no assistance or solutions beyond paying $225+ in service charges to get a truck in my driveway.The fact that they would willingly put their customer in this situation and offer zero assistance or understanding really makes the trouble of changing providers before my next fill seem worth it.If you have a choice, steer clear of Allied.

Always easy to work with, Delivery guys are always on time, they were super nice, when my payment was a little late, People in the office are always friendly and considerate, I've done business with them for 10 years, and now I know why my Dad did business with them for decades.....

My 70 year old grandmother ran out of gas the other day and her house is currently at 32 degrees INSIDE. I made them aware of this and filled out and application with them and they called us 3 hours later telling us that they don't want to work with us, when asked why their response was "because by law we don't have too" this place is terrible and they don't care about anyone. Allied uncooperative.

The mower deck belt that I wanted was quoted to me for $90, from the Husqvarna dealer it was $45. The dog food I wanted was quoted to me for $36.90, at other feedmils it was between $29.10-$31.90. I shop at this store because it is on my way home from work. I no longer shop at this store as of 3 days ago. Please check the prices at other stores before buying anything from Allied Cooperative in Mauston.

I would like to thank Allied Cooperative for allowing us to park in their parking lot when the steam Train came in today. My husband is Disabled and it was easier for him to be near the tracks. Thank you so much Again...

The area for feed/grain would be a 3star because of the help its that high. Prices are about twice market value but maybe because they had to touch it twice they charge for twice. As for the agronomy office they showed me the door b4 i could finish my questions... even after waiting for the second guy to come to ask them about their product lines like basic fertilizers. I didnt even get to other soil supplies i needed.Its hard to be in business when ur not selling to a Customer much the less a NEW customer. It screams money Laundering for a place of its size. That dont want new cash flow from a new prospect.New farmers bewear.

I am always greeted with a smiling face and great prices!!!! The items are loaded in my car and have a nice day and a smile are the last things I see. Definitely recommend!!!!
