I LOVE this place!!! Great Deals! I've never been in their outlet but I love the auction. Especially online!! I'll have to check out the outlet soon!

BUYERS BEWARE- purchased bottles of liquor from online auction which were sold as bottles with contents. I could not tell from photos that they were almost empty and would have never thought they would sell opened bottles as it is not safe as contents cannot be guaranteed. There was also an item missing from my order. Ball does not answer phone or respond to messages. I have bought from them for years and understand that items may be scratched or missing parts but to sell opened bottles is unprofessional. Spent 20 on empty, gross bottle- I learned my lesson- Do Not Buy From Ball Unless you are willing to take the loss!

Very poor ran business. I bought a fireplace for 400.00 that was so damaged. I know you have the opportunity to look at the items if you go up another day. Even if I had done that I wouldn't have been able to see all the damage. They wouldn't have let me take it out of the box to do so. Also the description did not state it was in a box. Usually the description will say so or not. If not in a box they will tell you of the missing pieces, damage and etc. They knew what they were doing this time with the misleading description. If they would have showed a picture of the damaged box/ item they wouldn't have sold it I'm sure. All they had was a stock photo with no indication of its true condition. They should feel ashamed.

Really like the online auctions. Easy pick up and great staff . Before you leave make sure to check out the outlet store.

Love coming here but be careful. If you hesitate or put your hand down its sold! There is no going once going twice. They sale so much you have no time to think during sale. Do some pre sale looking know what you want what it's worth and what you will spend. Most of this stuff comes from Costco. Its returns, out of season or damaged. Be very careful of electronics. Most of these were returned for a reasonThis is buyer beware!. I have got huge deals and I have bought junk. The old you eat bear sometimes bear eats you analogy applies here. Don't get caught up In a bidding war. I've seen items go for way more than retail. All said if you like auctions and fast pace its a blast. I would give it 5 stars but there is no customer service at all. Unless you are one of the store owners that come weekly and spend thousands. I had a mini freezer on my bill once that I did not bid on. Their response was oh well! They did ask a store owner if she wanted it and she did. They do mix in estate items, especially furniture. They have auctions every Saturday. Sometime 3 in a day including a car auction, and a estate or other specific auction. The weekly everything auction usually starts at 5. There is a 10% buyers fee so if you get it for 10$ you will pay 11. Be careful and ready and have a blast!

Everyone should go once in there life, its like the fastest moving place in west Virginia. If u stand still u have been sold. They do a great job.

Bought two living room chairs, still in the box. Opened one box and found the leg on the front was completely broke off. Could not be replaced. Paid a pretty high price for these chairs, only have one useable. Even if you inspect theses items on Thursday, when you unpack them after buying, don't be surprised if they are badly damaged. Once bit, twice shy!

Bought stuff from the auction it was something small I messaged to see if I was able to pick it up the following week when I got some more stuff no one message me back. I tried to call on the phone number on the website it was a busy signal my husband goes up today two and a half hours away to pick up our stuff that we won the past 2 weeks they was very rude not polite whatsoever the female was really really short with all of her responses and explain to him he could not pick up the stuff from the week prior it was already posted on another site. Just very poor business ran. Her response was we get too many messages we don't have time to message people back. So I guess they do not have time for business we will definitely not go back or bid on anything through ball auction again definitely lost our service.

I have always had a great experience at ball auction online except the recent purchase of dishes that were packed for me and I assumed that everything was there as purchased but when I unpacked I found some items purchased were missing. About 100 dollars worth. I have called and no one answered so I faxed several times with the exact missing list but to date no response. I believe that this auction should be accountable since it is not in person and picked and packed in person, or at lest a response. Thank you

The new facility is beautiful. But prices have been raised, clothing is sparse, inventory rarely changes and the consignment country items in the back are not selling. They are taking up space that could be used for clothing. I used to love the Ball Outlet, but it is disappointing since the new building opened. Please bring back items similar to the way it was down around back! Thanks.

My husband and I purchased about $9k worth of products from an auction. We bought a robot mop and realized when we got home it didn t have the battery or the solution. I ordered a $90 battery online and tried to get the mop to work only to find out it didn t work at all. I ve been trying to get ahold of these people for over a week to see what they would do and of course they won t respond. Not only that but a couple of the things we got like tool boxes were completely damaged. Next step is to have my attorney draft a letter. Not worth buying anything here. Not good business people.

I always love to go there. We used to go all the time before Covid and they stopped it. But they started them back up and I love it

This place is great for entertainment and good deals. The family owned atmosphere is low pressure and warm. The organization of what's happening and what will be sold when is poor. I suggest to go there as opposed to looking on the computer. It was well worth the time.

Did the online auction. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate. Pick up was easy.

Long story, but make sure if you buy a large item, go get it right away before someone else walks off with it. Has happened twice now. Ridiculous. And no cares that your missing stuff. Ask me for my receipt before putting stuff in my car, yet others walk right out the door with items and don't show any receipts at all.

Liked going to their auctions but online is a hassle. After bidding on 5 items with a few seconds left on each the time remaining increased with each bid I made. It makes it appear that someone is running up prices. With 5 seconds remaining until I won an item the time changed to over 2 mins and I lost. This happened on multiple items. When time is up it should be over.

Love this auction place. Good auctioneer and friendly helpers. You never know what you will find. There is often new furniture, bulk foods and packaged food from Cosco as well as estate furniture. There is also a store above the auction with many new and old items.

They sold me a flood car but didn t disclose it; in violation of the state code. A discussion with other buyers revealed that this wasn t a one-time thing. Off to court we go!

I have always loved going to their auctions. But it all stopped when covid hit. They just recently started having the live auctions again. They also have the online auctions that are very nice. But I like the live auctions over the online much better.

Bought a 4 wheeler. Asked before bidding and Mr. Ball assured me the title was I his office. I would the auction. I then tried for 5 weeks to get the title. He eventually just kept hanging up on me. That tell me the bike was stolenOn the same day my wife bought a "new" front load washer. Asked if it worked before auction. Got it home and leaked badly. Mr. Ball said bring it back and we wi fix it. I took it up to them and they RE SOLD IT !!! And wouldn't answer my calls. Totally shady!!!!.

I always enjoy the Outlet Store. Great clothes a t great prices and they have a mix of other items. The sales and selection is always changing so be sure to stop in often.

If you're just looking for a fun evening or if you need to furnish your apartment, you've found the right place. The auctioneer has a unique style and they auction a very eclectic selection of goods. Check the website before going for photos of items for auction. Gets crowded, so go early.

All I can say if for whatever the office be closed , Do not hand any cash money to their employee ,they call him Cowboy - because his boss most likely will never see it and you will look like a theif. It will end up cost you double like it did my husband and I.Then I found out from a friend who bought a car at their auction , found out it was a stolen vehicle. Buyer Beware.

Food is decent for its price, coming early (before 5 PM on Saturdays for the main auctions) is advised to find good seats, especially when coming as a large group.

Ended up getting two vehicles in the auction and got burned on them both. All it is is junk being rigged to run across the auction block and the place is in on it all. If you want a good vehicle DO NOT GO THERE.

Went to about five or six auctions there in 2014 and 2015. Lots of selection. Well administered. Well attended. Very worthwhile. Bought lots of stuff at good prices.

Go and inspect the items you want plug electronics in it's an auction not a store. Service is awesome love buying and looking for goods
