I won t take my cars any place else! The work they do is second to none!! The staff are helpful and friendly! Such a blessing have an auto body shop so trust worthy!

Through no fault of my own, unfortunately my truck needed body repair.. I was ready to play hard ball because I wanted my truck back the way it was originally. I was humbled & impressed with my entire experience and will definitely be going back for other work. Fast turnaround, quality service & quality work! Thank you very much!

It makes me very sad to change my 5 star review. After having 3 great services done here, I sent my son. He was treated extremely rudely and was sent away unwilling to set up a time for a quote to be done. A competitor down the street helped him and gave him a quote a few hours later and they ended up with the job and did a great job.

From the moment we walked into the door, we knew this was going to be an AMAZING experience! Carly treated us like we were her family. She reassured us everything would be taken care of with the utmost diligence. Boy! She was not kidding! Johnny, Bryan, and Cameron truly, truly took great care and extreme detail in fixing our fender. No one can even tell!! That is what makes Scott's a professional business to do business with. But, the courteous, kind, and professional service that makes you feel like family, well, that is what makes Scott's stand above the rest!!

I was rear ended a few weeks ago at the 5th ave circle and I took my car to Scott s for repair. They re professional and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on my Honda! Couldn t be happier with the service and the work performed! Thank you for getting my Honda repaired so quickly and washing my car!

First of all, I walked into an automotive establishment that smelled like a tropical breeze...not motor oil. The staff was wonderfully friendly, and the owner took several minutes out of his busy day to speak to me. I did NOT have an appointment, yet was treated like they were expecting me. THAT'S Good Business people.

Promised an estimate knowing my vehicle was sitting at an auto repair facility waiting for me to have the body work done. The day the estimate was supposed to be received no phone call and phones went straight to voicemail all day. Had to call this morning and was told they will get to it. When I asked why no one called me the day the estimate was promised I was told they were too busy and that Comcast was down nation wide. I explained I too use Comcast and that just simply wasn t true and asked why someone didn t call on a cell phone. I explained that considering I was about to pay over $4,000 for a repair I really expect better communication and customer service going forward. The estimator replied with I m not giving you an estimate then. Don t waste your time or money on this place.

I was referred to this shop by a friend and the person who schedules the appointments is clueless. I was told to have my local insurance company contact Scott's and send over the assignment, which is what I did. I called to confirm the next day and was told everything is good to go and all had to do was drop off my van there. I left my van directly in front of the shop on Tuesday evening and followed the instructions to drop the keys in the lock box. So the following Friday, I had yet to hear from anyone so I called for a status update and I was asked, what van? You know, the one that's been sitting in front of your shop for the last three days. I was then told that they didn't have my van. Long story short, the van was picked up and taking to another local shop. I was told they do good work and I'm sure they do, but the vehicle has to make it into the shop first.

Twice I ve received body work on my Honda, and twice Scott s Auto Body in Ranson, WV has gone above and beyond my expectations. Great people to work with and always a fabulous job done. Wouldn t use anyone else ever.

Horrible place. Stay away. Took my wifes car there due to front end damage from a deer. Pick up date was last week,still waiting on parts,they damaged my wifes car by scratching both front doors,dented the hood and the new bumper they installed has paint all over it. Wouldn't recommend them ever for any reason

They fixed the SUV after it got hit from behind. It looks brand new like it never happened. Carly was very nice and kept me informed of everything.
