I showed up at the garage, to set up an appointment, to get my brakes and rotors changed. They were actually able to take care of them that afternoon! It only took a short time, and my car was ready. Pricing was a pleasant, and welcome surprise. Everyone there is friendly, took very good care of me, and my vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I highly recommend them.

Ameritech Tire & Auto is the place to go for service. Great staff, friendly customer service, and no hard sales or pushing to get unnecessary work done. Donna in the front office is so pleasant and works hard to get you scheduled based on your needs and availability. Ameritech is full service and can handle any automotive need.

Ameritech has become the only shop I use for my auto repair needs. The staff is very friendly and they keep you informed as to what they are doing and what is needed. The work is professionally done and their prices are fair. Of course everything is expensive now, but after comparing prices elsewhere, Ameritech's prices have been right in line if not a bit better. I will be using them for all my auto repair needs.

I had my car towed there. This was my first time using this facility and I am happy to report that I received excellent service! These guys Trans went in my Jeep Wrangler. Jimmy must have made 20 phone calls to the dealership and the warranty company on my behalf. They finally covered it. Once Ameritec got the go-ahead, I got the call 12 hours later that Ande had finished up and the Jeep was ready for pickup.I will never not recommend Jimmy, Ande, and the entire Ameritec staff for their professional, timely, honest, and accurate work ..And as a former professional mechanic, I m a pretty tough one to please.6 out of 5 stars.

Ameritech is a company that has a heart for people, especially their customers. They provided me with exceptional service, going above and beyond to fit me in when there was a scheduling issue on my part. They were more than accommodating, they were very empathetic and friendly throughout my appointment. It was quick, honest and more than reasonably priced. The most honest, no nonsense shop I ve used. Thanks for all you guys do!Got a quote from a dealer that should have been under warranty. Jimmy gave me the insight to go back to the dealer and explain and he was right. Now the dealer is fixing my car under warranty (which they wouldn t have done unless I was able to force their hand on it). Thanks!

I called to get an appointment for new tires and a state inspection. I was given a quote in the quote was spot on. They did an excellent job on my car. Drives amazing they were fast and efficient. The staff was nice, but had my car all day long and did not call me till the end of the day and did nothing to make repairs. They charged me a quite a bit of money for diagnostics and their estimates for repairs on my car was very pricey.

I have found my new go-to mechanic in the Eastern Panhandle. I've now had three family cars in the shop at Ameritwch, one diesel truck, and two family cars. The advice we receive each time is upfront and honest. For example, I thought I might need brakes on my F450, and I didn't. Lesser, simple mechanics would do it for the money. I also thought we had a front-end issue on a 2014 Ford, and we don't; a recommended future repair was found.I trust the team at Ameritech. Thanks for being honest and mindful of everyone s money in this economy.

Took a truck in to get inspected. I was told that both tag lights were out (only one was, which has now been replaced) and that the upper ball joints needed to be replaced. Was quoted about $1100 for a 5-6 hour job that requires about $100 in parts. That was the first red flag. I ordered the parts myself, took the vehicle home, pulled the front tires off, and the ball joints were fine. Took the vehicle with the 1 replaced tag light to another shop in the area and it passed with flying colors. Even asked if the ball joints should be replaced as I already bought the parts myself. The tech confirmed that it was not necessary for probably several more YEARS.Hard to believe that it's 2023 and a woman still can't take a vehicle to a shop without them trying to rip her off.

Ameritech is the go to place in the Charles Town/Ranson area! I have taken my vehicle here for years and never had a bad experience! Donna is a wonderful smiling face when ya walk in. She's professional and knowledgeable. Mike the service writer is a pleasant man who is beyond knowledgeable on many cars. The prices are good. The mechanics are good kind men with wonderful manners. Their work area are clean. I always go to Ameritech.

We use Ameritech for all our personal vehicle oil changes and inspections. Top notch business. JIMMY is the BEST!!! Always takes care of us. We now take our business truck there for service. I have been to Ameritech numerous times for work on my car. I have gotten new tires, oil changes and brake work done and every time the staff has been kind, courteous and very knowledgeable! I have also found that their rates are very good and the work they've done was excellent. I would highly recommend someone take their car to Ameritech for any work they need done!

Took my van in a few months back to check the balancing on my front tires. Jimmy and the mechanics were very helpful. They test drove my van and found that my front right tire was bad causing the shaking and vibration in the steering wheel. They asked if I would like to replace the tire and I responded with that I would like to think on it. They didn't charge me anything for the inspection of the tire and test drive. I took it back and had the tire replaced for a reasonable price. Good shop and good people.

Not sure what to think of this shop. My car had an oil light flashing and also needed an alignment but still ran at full capacity with no problems. After getting an oil change and alignment i not only have a knocking sound but i have my car for less than a full day before the motor blows. Im now buying a new car
