Zach an Bobby was excellent. I got in and out quick. Very polite an great crew any questions i had they gave or found a answer for would definitely recommend everyone in new martinsville to use this shop.

Bobby & Candy @ National Tire & Battery in New Martinsville, WV are great examples of having customer service as a #1 priority! They go out of their way to take care of my personal vehicle, my family's vehicles, and our company vehicles! They work me in "SAME DAY" and go the extra mile to meet my very busy schedule! They meet all of my expectations in an Auto Service Shop! Very much APPRECIATE all they do for us!!!

My cousin and I went to NTB in New Martinsville, WV and Zach and Candy are so amazing at their job. They take care of their customer so well. They are good at communication and beyond I couldn t stop thanking them because they were so nice and helpful. Totally recommend them

Amazing services! Called for a fix a flat and added on oil change and alignment and they got it done so quick! Not only that but gave a discount! There are still nice people in the world!

The guys & Candy helped me get my car back in tip top shape & safe to drive again. & it didnt cost me a arm & a leg just a few fingers. Thank you for your service & for having good communication with me. I definitely had a good laugh in the short wait time. If ur having a bad day from car troubles just stop at mavis Tire they can definitely cheer you up in no time. Will definitely go back for future car needs.

Called for an appointment around 11 that morning, said they could fit me in at 3 which was great. I get there at about 2:45 and the guy at the counter said that it wasn't in the computer but that wasn't a problem, they could get it taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly. The service was great and timely. Their prices are great. Overall a great experience.

Had made an appointment to get rims and tires put on, was in and out of there in 45 min. ! Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable! Defiantly will be heading to THIS NTB for next set of tires!
