I'm writing this at 3 in the morning in my first floor room. The heater is loud as hell. Probably needs to be serviced. I can hear everything outside the room. The walls are paper thin, and the snoring from the guy in the next room sounds like he needs to participate in a sleep study for a medical condition. The doors slam so hard in this place, if it happens near your room, it sounds like someone is breaking in. That happened about 15 minutes ago. Remember the 3 in the morning part? I guess someone on the overnight staff is making food in the dining area, because a plate dropped, and the sound of a plastic container being forced open is the best alarm clock I've ever had. That was 10 minutes ago. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I haven't gotten there yet. Yes, the room is quite clean, and the beds are comfortable, but what's the point if there's no sleep to be had? I honestly think I'd have been better off sleeping in my car.

We booked a standard room with one queen bed but when we reached there they said they don t have any booking under our name then the lady started calling Expedia and we had to wait over 30 minutes then she said yes and gave us key but when we entered the room it smelled nasty, the mattress seemed too old and there was hair. The toilet seat wasn t cleaned. We went to the front desk and complained then she gave us a new room which was much better than the ground floor nasty room.

Not bad for a one nighter... Have a decent breakfast bar. The one I stayed in, the elevator door kept getting stuck when closing, causing the alarm to go off.Rooms: Small rooms for my liking....bathroom very small as well. But ok ..

I'm a thin guy. The bed and pillows were pretty hard. I woke up to turn over from the stiffness of my bed often. If that's your thing, then you will probably sleep perfectly. Also, the walls are pretty thin. So after about 7am, you hear loud sounds the rest of the day, or somebody's TV. I'm night shift, so these rooms weren't made for me.However, the accommodations and room layout are exceptional. Guest laundry is free.

This place was amazing. It all started when we walked in the door around 9pm on a Thursday, we were worn out from a 9 hour trip, and was greeted with the warmest smile and friendly voice. I wish I knew her name. She was an cute older lady with short light brown/blonde hair. She said she lives in Ohio. All smiles. We explained our situation about how we came to town for my father-in-laws funeral but had went to a motel down the street and how we walked in, checked in, saw our room, made some complaints, and checked out. Thats the short version. We shared some laughs and some pictures of the place. She made us feel right at home. We booked our stay for 1 night, only to falling in love with the room and ended up staying another night. The day we booked the 2nd night there was a girl with long dark hair and she was super friendly as well. The room smelt so good, it was so clean and the bed, pillows, comforters and towels were so soft and fluffy! It had a couch, tv, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, long wrap around desk with a fancy rolling chair where you can sit to eat, a divider between the bed and couch, mountain view from the windows, mounted tv, small sink to wash dishes if you have any, ironing board and iron. I never sleep well anywhere other than home but this time I slept like a baby. We were on the 4th floor and it was quiet. The last day when we were leaving I grabbed a to go plate of breakfast and it was delicious. They even had decaf coffee and flavored creamers. I love that it's so updated and close to everything in town. Oh when we were leaving the same lady that checked us in was there plus another gentlemen and they were so happy and friendly. Not a fake friendly. Actually nice people. We really enjoyed our stay and will be telling everyone about this place. We will be returning. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff that seems to love what they do and such a clean, comfy, safe place for people to stay. Please tell the staff we thank them very much and you are lucky to have them.

Clean, updated decor. Courteous staff. Decent parking situation for larger vehicles/trucks. All the extra amenities and the proximity to gas/groceries/eats make it worth it. On an aside, if you stay here, understand there are gas/oil employees that stay here as well with different sleep schedules. That coupled with its proximity to the main drag and possibly train tracks behind the building? not sure, but the floor and bed would vibrate like crazy during passing.

8/5/23Bring your own pillows bc you won't get much sleep on the hotels. They have one style pillow and it's a brick.3 years agoAgain very disappointed with the pillows, I've spoke with the staff and got different pillows that were just as hard as the last ones. I've talk to many people who say the same thing, overall it's a great hotel but after a long day at work I would like to get some actual sleep.Thank you

The rooms were nice (and clean) - little crowded. We were on first floor - room 102 - and literally did not get ANY sleep. Our room had one room between us and the lobby and ALL NIGHT LONG (might have been a 1 hour period of quiet) all we heard was loud talking - with front desk person and someone else. Was horrible - no peace - no quiet - no sleep :(

Location is fairly close to stores and restaurants. There is a decent amount of parking, but a little more would be nice. It can be difficult to pull out on to the road during busy times. The hotel is pretty new and rooms are nice but a little small. Plenty of room for sleeping and moving around, but not much extra. Microwave and refrigerator were provided in the room. Nice breakfast area and lobby.

Great front desk staff on the first stay. New front desk girl is to busy with her needle point to go look for a charger I left in the room the day before. It's there they just refuse to go look for it in the housekeeping area. Still..... clean rooms no bugs.

I stay in hotels all the time. This is the nicest microtel I have stayed in. It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was actually decent size, not the tiny rooms you find in a lot of microtels.

This place is a joke if you are a long stay customer. Our rooms are never cleaned and when they are its because we have had to change OUR schedule to meet their lack of staff. When confronted about this we were informed that they only had 2 housekeeper that could pass a drug test. Like that's my problem the customer..... so if your planning on having a friendly staff that will work with your needs GOOD LUCK ON THAT.

Great room service and friendly staff. I'm staying here for work so not much time to get out and do much. So I highly recommend updating wi-fi to an Ethernet service, the wi-fi is horrible here. Also the fitness room needs dumbbells or some other type of real workout equipment besides treadmills. Other than that I really like staying here

This place is literally a life saver. I just left the budget inn and paid 2 times as much.. but it's well worth it. Smells great, managment was quick to get me in. She was even horrified by the photos I had showed.. 4 minutes away! Well over thrilled.

Customer service was terrible for everyone except those working the oil fields. They were allowed to smoke and cook. They got preferential cleaning and parking. This is definitely not a public hotel it is a company lodge for Halliburton
