We needed some repairs to the front of our car due to hitting a deer. The local body shop we chose first was dragging their feet for months and not wanting to work with our insurance. We called Jackson's and they were very helpful from the start. They were able to fit our car into their already busy schedule within a reasonable time and had the repairs done in 2 days. They did an amazing job with the body work as well.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Sheriffd office had my son's truck towed there after a MVA I went and cleaned it out as per my insurance �ompany well when the truck ck was towed the other company took photos before removing it from their storage facility now when I cleaned the bed of the truck out I folded the tonneau cover back to the cab and got everything out of it well when we finally got the truck back from the insurance company to the chosen repair shop I went to sign papers and look at the truck my son told me that his tonneau cover was missing so I called Jackson's and ask about it they said that it was on the truck when the insurance chosen company picked it up so I call that company and they tolde that they had pictures proving that it wasn't on it so I had the insurance company email the photos that they received and in fact the tonneau cover was not on the vehicle soy son stopped and talked to the owner and informed him that we obtained photos from when the truck was picked up by the other towing company then all of a sudden the tonneau cover was in their storage facility and was insulted by saying it was just a cheap tonneau cover when in fact it would have cast $700 to replace with the exact same tonneau so maybe to them it was just a cheap tonneau cover but for the working class 700 is not easy to come by so why lie and say it wasn't there and when you found out it was then why not call me back and say hey we found your cover until we show up with pictures showing exactly the opposite of what you told us so if you use them know what is in your vehicle and what's missing

The worst customer service have ever experienced. It was as if providing a tow was really putting them out. Like they were incensed that we would dare mess up their evening to tow our disabled vehicle. We find out later that the way they towed us caused damage. Our mechanic showed us exactly how/what they did. Have no idea if that area has any other roadside assistance/towing companies, but please do your self a favor and use anybody but these incompetent people.

They do modifieds some places can go over the top and not much to choose from. very knowledgeable and friendly did more work for 30 bucks than I would've. made sure everything was right did good work. right off train tracks don't pass up

This is the worse towing company and auto repair places ever I didn't even call them to tow my car and the6 charged me 300$ to go only 2 minutes up the road and when I called to ask about why it so much they towing dude had such much attitude and just plain rude over a question would definitely not recommend at all

He towed a car of mine.. reasonable prices. He towed it 30 miles, an had to pull it up from over the hill.Update: I called him at 7pm because I broke down. I had to leave my vehicle on the side of the road. I Needed the vehicle towed 30 miles to my mechanic. He did everything, an when I went to my mechanics at 9pm to check if the vehicle made it there, it was.

Have used Jackson on two different occasions to unlocks trucks with keys in them. Very friendly folks fast service.

Price gouged. Completely took advantage of me. Got stuck in a mud hole in a bad ice storm. Took 2 minutes to pull me out, charged 150. Paid less for tows of 10+ miles. Only reason i paid this price is they didn't tell me the cost till after they took me out. Would have rather dug myself out than pay that amount.

Great service provider. Met the owner because they towed a vehicle of mine that was stolen, got lost on the way there, guy still met me almost two hours after they closed to let me reclaim my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone for a tow, or auto service.

A family member's husband passed away from a heart attack in his car and the window was broken to get to him. Jackson towing towed her car less than 5 miles. To fix the window and tow her car was over $450 and needless to say they were very rude to a woman that just lost her husband. So sad that she was taken advantage of. Please refrain from using this business.

Charged my sister $600 to tow a car maybe 10-15 miles. Was extremely rude to my sister who was already upset Bc her son was in a car accident and told her he charged by the half hour. I d let a vehicle rust to the ground before I had these people tow a vehicle of mine. Call elsewhere if at all possible!!

When I was thereI got the pleasure of meeting the owner he was respectful and the gentleman who does the detailing is well educated about cars both answered any and all questions that I hadthank you guys and keep up the good work sincerely the grand am lady
