I have a Stihl 023 that was having trouble oiling the bar so i took it apart to troubleshoot the problem. Tim waited on me when I went in for parts, and he didn't have an oil pump in stock, but he said most of the time it is a plugged oil line. He gave me a parts diagram to help with the other parts I bought and I returned home to replace parts and troubleshoot more. Sure enough I had a fine particle plug were the oil line transitions into the pump. You just don't think there are businesses with great customer service anymore, and Green Acres goes above and beyond to make sure I did the job right. I can't thank you enough. You have a lifetime customer here.

We re traveling through and needed a bit of advice on where to find motorcycle support. We had some questions, but the two at the counter were less than helpful. Vague answers and unwilling to engage with us, even though we were the only one's in the store. They're only interested if they can sell you something.

Bought a stihl blower that was defective. They tried to make up reasons it was my fault. It bothers me when a person that knows nothing tries to splain me. Like nonexistent water in the gas. It's either there or not, you can't make it so. I've spent my last dollar in this place.

Green acres stocks more parts for their brands then any other local dealer. Consistantly has yuasa batteries at good price, polaris parts, stihl parts and wheel horse parts for my 40 year lold tractor!! In stock
