Excellent knowledge of my vehicles. Had the parts needed right away. Drop the vehicle off the night before and they called the next day. Very reasonable priced.

Kayla (front desk) was great! Was patient with my questions, gave me multiple quotes on tires and parts, and was easy to work with! Had several repairs needed to pass inspection and they let me see everything. Said I could bring my own parts and they would install them. Went ahead and ordered the parts needed in case I didn't bring my own.Have used them for years and all has been well.

My car has been a nightmare for me, and all of the hard working and dedicated staff.They would not stop until they knew my car was safe for me and that my troubles and worries were resolved. I have been taking vehicles to them for several years now, company and personal..And I just love them. They are very kind, respectful, have the knowledge to handle anything vehicle related. And they make sure you leave happy. They have never disappointed me. I will continue to use in and out tire in fairmont. They are the best car physicians. Say HI to Kayla and all the staff. You will not be disappointed with them. If you do have an issue they will take care of it in a timely manner. This place Rocks. Can you tell I am Happy? *****

This business actually cares about the customer. Yesterday (7-21-22), my rear sway bar came unattached from vibration. I was driving near In and Out when this happened. I pulled in and they were extremely busy, yet they had time to make sure my car was safe and drivable for a vacation I m headed to right now! Both Kayla and Jordan were very professional about my mishap. This place is top notch for general repairs. Another customer had a flat tire, and even though they were really busy, they still managed to help her as well. I ll always recommend this shop to my friends and family. Great management, and great mechanics!

Very personable and professional staff. I love the way I was greeted and welcomed. "Coffee's fresh and water is free. " I was presented with 3 quotes for tires. All features and benefits of the options were explained to me, which helped me decide on the best choice -- which, surprisingly, was the least expensive option. Can't wait to get my tires!

I never leave reviews but the service was so good that I felt I needed to. On Wednesday I got a flat tire and had to drive on a dummy for the day. I went to two separate tire shops and they both didn t have the right size tire for my cars and that they would have to order them. I called In and Out and they had my tires for a fair price and they were Abel to get me in that same day. When I got there I expected to wait awhile like at most other tire shops. I was wrong, they took my car in shortly after I got there and had it done not long after. I am so happy with my visit and will be coming back in the future!

Incredible service! Kayla and Jordan were very courteous and professional. They made sure I was satisfied before they let me drive off. I had an unknown brake problem that could have seized and would have caused me an accident. The professional mechanics there found the problem immediately, and they explained everything to me in layman s terms! I ll never take my car anywhere else for service. They ve earned my respect and business.

We took our vehicle here a couple months ago to be diagnosed - we were sold unnecessary service on our vehicle and were then told they could not make it drivable. Since the vehicle was undrivable after being examined by a professional mechanic, we sold the car and got a new vehicle. After this we found out the only problem with the vehicle was a fuel filter. In and Out Tire charged us a couple hundred for nothing, then cost about $2000 in sale value on our vehicle because we believed their diagnosis that the engine would need to be removed for service.Before this I would have recommended the shop, but now it's impossible.

Took a tire there flat from hitting a pothole. Was told the tire broke off the seal and I needed a new tire. Wanted to charge me $191 for a new tire. A quick look online, exact same tire they quoted $191 for Only $82. Said no thanks I ll take my tire back thank you. Next place I took the tire and told them In and Out said the seal was broken so the tire had to be replaced. This guy says you don t have to replace the tire for that HOWEVER when this guy finds a 3 slash on the INSIDE of the tire, not blown all the way through the outside of the tire, well yes you need a new tire. Funny, this guy said he has never seen a tire get a 3 slash on the INSIDE of a tire from hitting a pothole. Don t trust In and Out. Big time rip offs.

If I was any of you I would avoid this place at all costs. All they re trying to do is scam you out of your money. I went there to get my state inspection done, ended up with a rejection sticker due to them saying I had a crack in my front left strut. I took it somewhere else and there was nothing wrong with my strut. There was no reason for them to fail my car.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I went to in & out yesterday for my inspection. ( usually I go to my regular place but I needed a sticker and the usual place I go was booked for a few days.) well I sat their for an hour after an hour they told my I had several things wrong with my front end. Apparently I had several things broken. I was so dumbfounded by what they were telling me. My husband and I keep up with our vehicle maintenance andCheck things regularly. So they failed me for my inspection gave me a list of things that needed replaced. So I get home call my usual mechanic tell them what In & out said they TELL ME that this isn t the first problem they ve had with in and out tire & They want me to bring in my car so they can see what s wrong. Well took my car in they inspect it and GUESS WHAT there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with my front end everything is good and they place a NEW inspection sticker on. And I go about my way! my mechanic Also informed me that I m the 7th-8th person whose came to them with in and out telling them they have several things wrong and turns out there s nothing wrong and they are quoting people outrageous quotes to have their cars fixed! STAY AWAY from this place they are cheats & scammers don t waste your money on them!

Had the unfortunate day of getting a flat tire that was not able to just be patched or plugged due to the size of the hole in the tire. After many numbers being ran, and much patience from the staff, I was finally able to decide on a new set of tires while being informed on every possible option and their cost. Huge thank you to Jordan Stonestreet and the crew at In & Out Tire for taking such good care of me today. I will be back in the future as well as recommending them to anyone having car troubles.

10 star service from start to finish, wish I knew everyone's name to give proper props but Kayla was awesome and and as the manager it appears she surrounds herself with awesome employees. Everyone just simply makes customer service their individual priority, will continue to return here for my vehicle needs

Just had all four tires replaced on my SVU approx 1 month ago at in and out tire - hit a nail yesterday. Called this morning and they were able to patch it today! So incredibly thankful for business like this. We have been getting our tires here for years and will continue to do so. Thanks again

Fantastic service from Kayla and team. She lined up an appointment same day before a snowstorm and got my vehicle in and out in less than an hour. Immaculate waiting room, too!

The people are always amazing and very knowledgeable. Prices are a little on the higher side when it comes to mechanic work, but the quality can't be touched! Great tires with gr at prices! These are the guys, and girls, I trust!

After relocating back to the area for work, I was in the position of having to find a new business to assist with car maintenance. After finding In & Out Tire somewhat arbitrarily, I am happy to say that they have helped alleviate some of the nervousness of taking my car to the shop. All of my experiences at this In & Out Tire have been positive. I have called for new tires, oil changes, inspection stickers, and last minute tire patches from menacing nails. I am always treated with respect and have full faith that I am being treated honestly. I will resume business at this location for as long as I am a Fairmont resident. I am very pleased with the service I receive here.

My son goes to Fairmont college. He needed an oil change for his trip home. He called 2 days in advance for an appointment. He showed up on time for a 4pm oil change. He was told they couldn't get to him today . They needed to reschedule.Can't get IN with an appointment, no worries about getting OUT on time, can't get IN. Zero

Charged three hundred dollars to replace a radiator hose, an easy ten minute job. Tried to say that was normal because they had to add an additive to the coolant. They did take eighty dollars off the cost when I complained, but this is something I could have easily done myself. I just let them do it since the vehicle was already there, and never would have imagined the charge would have been so high.

Horrible place to go will never go back went for a alignment and tire rotated balance and told me I had a tie rod going bad 800 dollars they quoted me. To fix it well went some were else there is nothing wrong with my car they were trying to scam another woman watch out.

This is the worst place to go. They tell you to get something fixed & you do. Take it back & they rip off the item that is fixed & then reject your care. They do this to take people for more money because they want to fix it. This place sucks!!!!

i visited this place twice for tire prices and the guy i talked to was very helpful he quoted me a price which was cheaper than other places i checked so i set up appt i went in a second time a lady was working my tires was in also she offered to show them to me first that was cool also the quote was the same i asked if they could clean inside of my rims they did that which was very nice they put my new tires on it was like 40 or 50 min they was done and let me know if anything happens to the tires they will repair for free i will not go anywhere else for tires in and out is the place i say you should at least go here very nice as clean place nice people too thanks for the awsome service very satisfied

Not sure how but Ms. KAYLA seems to always find a way to fit me in when I'm in town and the mechanics are top notch as well
