I had problem today with my recap tire on drive axle . I was lucky that happened close to this shop. I also needed a pm and these guys did it so fast just took me 1 hour to have everything done. Only problem is with Ryder they better stop putting recaps on drive axle if u hauling heavy staff this is quite often stuff which happened twice with me this week.

Hands down the best Ryder shop (period). I've sat for 2 days waiting on a PM. I've had issues that couldn't be resolved without a loaner. This shop, unlike others, attacked the problem, fixed the problem AND got my PM done in one meals time. Thank you!

Ryder in Dunbar, WV is awesome! I used them during my wedding weekend to move wedding props and can't say enough great things about the level of customer service provided! The truck was clean and ready when we arrived to pick it up. Kristin, Joey and Kirk were awesome and easy to work with! I highly recommend this Ryder location!

Mountaineer Food Bank is the company that I work for in West Virginia. Our experience has been nothing short of perfect with the Ryder organization. Their trucks are dependable and serve our purpose of delivery of much needed donated products to the less fortunate in our service area. The employees are tremendously helpful from the rental counter, to leasing, all the way to service including the administration. Our local Dunbar branch even have volunteer events that bring them to our warehouse to assist in our daily efforts to feed our communities and neighborhoods. Tremendous relationship with everyone with the Ryder organization. We are grateful to partner with such a dependable and caring group of people.

For the last couple of years Ryder has been my go to for any of my truck rental needs. I have a moving company, so the commercial trucks with the liftgates come in handy. Joe, Kristin and Kirk always help me out. Even when I have a last minute need, they make it happen! Ryder Dunbar is always my first call!

Ryder Last Mile service in Charleston, WV, stole a piece of our furniture. They told us at delivery that it was damaged yet wouldn t let us see it. They then told the furniture company we ordered from that everything was delivered. If they don t fix our issue they will be sued into the ground. Fortunately, our home cameras record with video/audio.

Ryder Dunbar has yet to let me down! The customer service is amazing, they were prompt organized, efficient, and great with time! I would recommend them to friends and family! I would definitely use them again!!

I was very impressed with the tech that fixed my truck. he was very observant, this is a new truck that had a wiring problem, they don't have a program for the computer to tell what is wrong. But he kept looking until the problem was solved. Thanks to Nick for a job well done. And again today fixing a electronic shifting problem.

Excellent service! Rent vehicles from them on a regular basis and they will go above and beyond to take care of you. Kurt & Josh are great guys that will take care of your needs. The trucks are always kept in great operating condition by the shop.

I ve used several truck rental companies including Penske and Ryder and its sales team and staff in Dunbar are as good as it gets. Trucks were clean and all ready to go for pickup as soon as I got there. I d recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable truck rental company!

Great service and attention to detail! Rented a truck for the weekend and everything went perfect. The sales people were very courteous and professional and happily assisted with questions I had. The trucks were super clean and ready to go as soon as I arrived. I couldn t have asked for a better truck rental experience!

We used Ryder for one of our larger events at work and had used them previously at other events. The most recent event attracted over 1,500 people, and we needed a freezer truck to keep 240 gallons of ice cream cold. Kirk and the guys brought the truck down on Friday and gave a quick tutorial of the it and how to use the reefer unit. For a 16' truck, it was breeze to drive, and the reefer unit kept everything at the needed temperature. The truck ran perfectly over the weekend, and I couldn't have been happier. Ryder is a breeze to work with, and I would definitely recommend them for any truck rental.

The truck has been at the Ryder shop four times with the same issue and they do not fix the problem. They hook up their computer to the truck and just turn off the engine lights. That doesn't fix the problem that keeps making the engine lights come on and when that happens the engine break quits working and the turn signal quit working. This is not safe. They only do a little to nothing to make it work till you get a few miles up the road because the truck belongs to a Wilson north Carolina Ryder shop. All the trucks belong to Ryder so the location you originally get it from should not matter when it comes to fixing the truck. At this point this truck is a hazard and unsafe to operate. I spent 2 weeks in a loaner truck while I waited for it to be fixed no reason to pick it up today. I will say they did fix what the starter but it was bad this other problem is going to take time they are going to have to look may a little trail and error something and can't get them to do it.

EXCELLENT people will take care of rental needs. All trucks are in good condition with current DOT inspections. They have gone above and beyond on every rental.

Ryder people at this location are great. Trucks break so if you are complaining about that you need to complain to the manufacturer. Rental trucks are abused that's not there fault eather!

Sat out in the office for a while with nobody coming to help us. Had to call them on the cell to get them to come out. Truck had some issues, but grudgingly made the very short trip we had to take. But they were the only place we could find with a lift gate on a small truck.
