Top notch service. I came in just before closing to see if they had a sxs in stock I was interested in. They had it, but it hadn't been put together yet. I was going to come back the next day, since it was close to closing time, but they were willing to get the paperwork done for me right then and they had the sxs put together the next morning for me. Would highly recommend them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience buying a new ATV today.I checked with many dealerships in the area and they had some stock. (No fault to the others. The supply is rough right now). Mac's did not have any additional markup on new vehicles like some of the others. It matched what it was on the manufacturer's website to the penny. The staff from sales to service is great.

I would highly recommend Mac s Cycles, we went in told them what we wanted and in about 45 minutes we were signing for our Tyrex 1000. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the lady that helped us waited to get us the best rate possible. We got it the next day delivered and we love it!!! Thank you to all the staff there and the boys in the back for getting it all spruced up!!!!!

Had a great experience at this dealership. I was looking for the new '21 Yamaha Kodiak 450 with differential lock (new for '21) and power steering in green. They was the only dealership in the state that had it. I drove all the way from Putnam County. They gave me top dollar for my trade, sold me my new atv, and sent me on my way. Please gives these folks an opportunity; Lauren was awesome! Will shop this place again in the future.

Great experience!! Drove from Beckley to pick up the machine. It was ready to drive out and the paperwork was ready to sign. Easiest purchase I ve made in a long time

This is the best place if your looking for any sxs or atv. The staff are all friendly and are highly knowledgeable about all the equipment they have. I will definitely buy from them again yesterday made the 2 purchase from them and can t wait for a 3rd.

Highly recommend! Lauren and all the others there were great to deal with. So glad I found them too go to, other places that I had been in touch with didn t seem to care if you found what you wanted or if they made a sale or not. They were well worth the 2.5 hour drive each way to deal with for superior customer service.

My family and I had an excellent experience at Mac's Cycle. Loren and her team were great. Each time we called and asked for status on our machine they were courteous and professional. We put a deposit on it sight unseen but were super happy with the results. One of her mechanics walked us over the entire machine when we picked it up and even delivered our inspection sticker a week later. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future when we go to add accessories to our Maverick.

Great help with my outlander. Needed a main line fuse replaced they were able to get it taken care of with no issues. Very fast repair. Also showed me where the fuse was located so I could fix it myself next time. A+ shop they are running over there!!

Great customer service and very quick to respond to my questions. I was able to get everything I needed to complete the deal before even stepping foot inside MACS. Once I got there they had the machine waiting for me and full of fuel. I told them I couldn t take it that day because I didn t have time to get my trailer and they were able to work out a deal to deliver it to my house an hour away the same day. Great people and great service.

My husband and I stopped into Mac's to look at a new CanAm Defender. We left our trail riding crew early to have plenty of time to check out this machine and be respectful of the employees' closing time. Upon arrival, we were told that we couldn't test drive any machines. The manager gave us a trade in offer on our machine and then doddled around with a quote for us. There were almost 2000 dollars in hidden fees! When we counter offered, the manager returned to her office 3 times to look at the taxes for accessories, which did not answer our counter offer or even provide her counter offer. She wasted 45 minutes of our time by giving us the impression that she was "crunching" the numbers. We will take our business elsewhere and be sure to tell all our friends. Time is precious, don't waste it here.

I had motorcycle tires I had ordered online put on and they charged $138 just to mount them after mounting them they told me I would need to go to a tire shop to have them balanced. When I put the tires on my motorcycle the ABS lights were flashing upon investigation of why they were flashing I found they had bent the ABS RING. I would definitely advise no one to buy anything from this place.

I had a major issue with my machine on my first day of riding.. Broke my front axle.. We ran it to Mac's Cycle to see if they could fix it but they didn't have the part.. However, they went out of their way to find me someone who had it.. If it wasn't for them I was done riding on day 1 of my trip.. Good group of people at Mac's.. Thank you

The people that work here are extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. We even got a handwritten thank you note for purchasing, along with a Christmas card. Very hand tailored experience that a large chain simply cant compete with.

I like my new Canam outlander. It rides real good, lots of power. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I recommend if you want one go to Mac's cycle in danville, WV. Ask for Lauren she is easy to work with.

If you're looking for service, this is not the place. Took weeks to get a Factory recall repair SCHEDULED, and we were told they would need to keep it for 6-7weeks. When asked why so long, we were told they would have to"fit it in between other jobs". Apparently Kawasaki doesn't pay as much as their other customers, we're not worthy. FYI, called an Ohio dealership and will be taking it in Tuesday for a ONE DAY REPAIR.

Have waited 2 months trying to get some warranty work done...And all it needed was a differential. They will sell you machine, but getting it worked on is going to be another issue.

Made a trip up this way to hit the Hatfield & McCoy trails (Little Coal and Bearwallow) somewhat on a wild hair so none our machines (there were five of us) were really up to snuff. We foolishly tried another place first to get the parts we needed, but they were too expensive/didn't carry them. Then we went to Mac's. Let me tell you, these guys genuinely want to help you get on the trail. The customer service they displayed was like nothing I had ever seen before. Labor rates were VERY reasonable. They stopped at nothing to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. They let us work on our bikes right there in the parking lot and even lent a hand here and there. You can tell that they are just as passionate about motorsports as you are, maybe even a little more. I am so sold on these guys. I'm not the only one either, I recognized another customer at Bearwallow the next day and he was saying the same thing.

Got oil / filter change on my ca am atv. The checked and recalibrated my key and reset the maintenance message on my speedometer. Friendly, Service manager very knowledgeable about their products. I bought my atv from them in 2012. Good company.
