After almost 3 years of waiting for Ford to build my Bronco, Stephens still honored their original deal. They also went above and beyond to work out the rebates Ford had promised me but then reneged on. It took a few more months but thanks to the dedication to their customers, John Holstein was able to get the program processed with Ford. Thank you to John and the rest of the crew at Stephens Auto!

I would like to thank Joe Holstein, John Holstein, and Jeremy Toler for everything they did during the buying process of my 2023 Bronco Badlands. The buying process was smooth and professional, Jeremy helped walk through some of the Bronco finer points upon delivery. These men honored the original pricing and were honest throughout the entire process. No high pressure add on or any up selling..The Bronco was nicely detailed upon delivery I can t say enough about Stephens Automotive Center. I was impressed with the sales person, Nathan. He was very respectful and considerate.The service department has been phenomenal. I needed to have my car at a garage on a day when I was unable to bring it. Someone was sent to get it and left me a car to get where I needed to for the day you do not get this kind of service anymore!

If your credit isn't perfect this isn't place for you. They won't call you to tell you they couldn't get you financed or they didn't try after I pushed them for better trade in value. Went to another Ram dealer and bought a new truck quickly and easy

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! My father in law and I flew to West Virginia from Orlando, FL exclusively to pick up my new 2023 Ford Bronco. Since the first moment I updated my reservation to Stephens to the delivery of my new vehicle, the service was outstanding. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were greeted by the salesmen, and redirected to Joe, who gave us a warm welcoming. He immediately pointed to our Bronco and gave us the key while he was helping other customers. He then came outside to talk to us and once we finished inspecting and driving the vehicle, we met Jeremy who helped us finished signing all paperwork. Additionally, they gave us a few boxes with some great accessories. I was so happy so excited to open those boxes when we arrived home. I cannot be more thankful with everyone at Stephens. I am definitely making a trip back to WV in a near future when it's time to purchase a new vehicle. Again, thank you Joe, John and Jeremy for answering all my questions and making this purchase a positive experience.

I wish I could rate my experience with Stephens Auto higher than five stars. Purchasing a vehicle should be exciting and not stressful. That is exactly what John and the rest of the staff at Stephens provide. He has been attentive and informative to any and all questions that I have had. Straight forward/Zero haggle with pricing and placing my order has made my decision to drive five hours to pick up my new Ford BRONCO an easy decision. I would highly recommend John and the rest of the staff at Stephens without any reservations!!Just picked up my new ride. Awesome experience. Joe Holstein is the best. And Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for any and all car needs. Looking forward to my drive back to Pittsburgh!!!

It was quick n the guy behind the counter was a good person,friendly just helpful , I didn't buy my truck there, i just was havin my truck-basicaly finding out what wasbwring with it , i sirt of new buy didnt have the right thing to test it with. But the mechanic was helpful just a good experience, except for the news I got bout my truck , sorta already knew , but just had to get it confirmed , cylinder 4 no compression, suggested new motor. But I would recommend the service department to anyone.

My husband and I picked up our new Bronco Wildtrak from Stephen's Auto. It was a great experience dealing with everyone at Stephen's. I live just north of Boston, MA and I went all the way to Stephens to order and buy my new FORD BRONCO! I was tired of being given the run around by all of the dealerships in New England. I found Stephens through an online forum and reached out to them. Easiest transaction I have ever done buying a vehicle in the past 30 years. No BS, just straight forward, no nonsense. Worth every penny and worth my time to fly in and drive it home. I was even offered a ride from the airport to the dealership to pick up my new BRONCO!!!! Doesn t get any better than that. If John Holstein is available, make sure you ask for him. You have a customer for life.

After waiting 939 days for my Bronco, purchasing it from Stephens was one of my better decisions. From the moment the truck arrived, the staff was very accommodating, helpful, and actually meant what they told you. No pressure to purchase anything additional other than the initial offering (i.e., extended warranty). They actually listened to my request (not washing the truck), which to me matters as other dealerships "forget." I would drive 6 hours again and to purchase another vehicle from Stephens Auto Center. The Staff is amazing.

Buying a 2 door 2021 BRONCO from SAC, great price, great communication. I moved my order from a local Orlando dealer who had none of those things. 100% online communication, which I prefer, though I know I could call if I wanted to. Can't wait 'til Delivery time!!Picked up 7/14/22 ! Ford finally built my Bronco and Stephens followed through on every promise/guarantee they made, $1k under invoice deal made over a year ago on a hot rare atm car is amazing.

I've placed an order with Stephens Auto Center for a '21 (hopefully) Ford BRONCO and the entire experience has been 5-star thus far. I've had a great experience with every person I've interacted with at the dealership. I may have to drive a little further to pick-up my BRONCO, but I know it will be well worth the drive to do business with such friendly and knowledgeable employees. Rodney was great once again through the car buying process. I have gone back to Stephens for my last 3 vehicles. This time buying an upgrade for my son. Well worth the 2+ hour drive.
