My husband and I had an enjoyable car shopping experience at Mercedes-Benz of Charleston. Our salesman, Eric Slusser, was fantastic. He was personable and very helpful but never pressured us. His background on the finance side of the car business helped tremendously as he talked us through the numbers and options. He went out of his way to make things easy on us, even going so far as to drive the new GLC to Huntington and pick up our trade-in. Now that is service! I couldn t be happier with my new Mercedes. I highly recommend asking for Eric if you re in the market for a new vehicle.

Our family cannot be more thankful for our favorite car guy, Eric. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Unlike your typically portrayed car salesman , he puts your needs first before his. He is never pushy and always just a call or text away if any issues arise. He is simply amazing and I wouldn t want to purchase from anyone else. He is what makes our family keep returning to Astorg Auto for our car needs.

Towed in. Still under warranty. No loner because didn t buy it there. No mention to take me even to hotel. Called daughter picked me up. Had to drive 50 miles Saturday feb 3. Called Monday morning. Tried to find out what was wrong and how much time to fix since I was on my way to SC. Wouldn t call me after three messages. Finally called said didn t know problem which was a lie. Problem was thermostat. Tried to reach service manager. Call text no reply. Finally talked to original person said it was thermostat would be finished late Tuesday or early Wednesday. Went over noon Wednesday. Lies started. Said it being washed. Came back said needed another hour to finish. Two hours later said they had just started when I got there would be maybe 5:00. Asked to talk to service manager. Said he would be down. nEVER CAME. Got car at 5:00 drove to Hilton Head 8 1/2 car ok. Next day broke down again. All kind of messages no power steering. Car towed to Mercedes of HH. Checking problem now. Service Manager SHOULD NOT HAVE AJOB

Great dealership! We have had a great experience leasing and buying several cars, over the last decade, under the previous, and especially under the current management. We have been working with Eric Slusser for the past 9 years, and he has always been very helpful and goes the extra mile for us!

Eric Slusser is the best there! I have bought 3 cars from him. He is motivated to make the sell but always honest. Once your his client, you are forever treated like gold! I will never buy from anyone else!

Amazing Service! We were running out of AdBlue def for our Sprinter we called ahead they had it. The parts guy left, parts dept was closed. The staff went out of their way to call the parts guy, find the dept key, couple guys spent a little while and found us some. If you have a Benz you know what happens if you can t find AdBlue.Super impressed with service and kindness. We will be back. Highly recommend!

I had a great buying experience at this dealership. Valerie was wonderful to work with. Even at this time of low inventory and high prices they were able to get my price below the Edmund's "What you should pay" number. I give them 5 stars!

I had a WV pothole blowout with a tire destroyed and a rim defaced. After having it flatbed to the dealership, Phil Young of Mercedes service got right on it. He was able to find a replacement tire, get it shipped in overnight and had car repaired, Inc wheel refinished, right away. Concierge delivery to my home, car washed. Just excellent customer service. My past dealings with Phil have also been excellent. Highly recommended!

I have owned many luxury cars in my life and have always dealt with the dealerships on everyone that I have owned. This is the only time that I have ever been treated so badly at any dealership. This is the first conversation that I have had with this dealership and it was unbelievable. Very disrespectful sales department. The sales manager should be ashamed at the way he treated me.

We had a 10 oclock maintenance appointment and they took us right on time. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable with individual seating areas complete with TV's. Coffe, tea, soft drinks and snacks were also available. The dealership was very clean and neat and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had Satellite Radio Service work done on my Audi and in between the Mercedes-Benz loaner car and my Audi service rap Malachi I don't know how I could buy a car from anywhere else. They were extraordinarily courteous and supportive in taking care of my issue as quickly as possible. I highly recommend anyone shop there dealership and see what I'm talkin about

My C350 broke down on Interstate, about fourth miles away. Once I made contact they sent tow truck, got me a rental care, ordered repair part and fixed my coupe to be picked up on way back four days later. Sorry I took so long saying thanks. All was covered by warranty. I live a long way from this dealership but they treated me like I was their local coustomer.Thank youDon MansellAthens, Alabama

One of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in my life was walking into this store - They totaled my beautiful 1983 300 and told me I couldn't prove it wasn't broken when I brought it in there; still have nightmares
