The technician was funny, courteous and professional! JC at the Charleston WV office is very professional and kind with quick efficient service and my wife thinks he's very funny and cool, id recommend anyone who has to go through the process comes to the Charleston office, we come from several miles just to go here:)

Been almost a year since coming to JC s Lifesafer shop on Pennsylvania Ave. He has been very helpful even when I was new to the device. Would recommend anyone who has to use an interlock device to drive. Check out this shop first.

My experience with lifesaver in Charleston with JC was great. I was in a bind didn t give him much notice, but he was able to squeeze me in and get me changed out before I have to drive out of town for work. I know how busy he is and made it work a great experience. Very appreciate of the good service

My technician JC in the Charleston WV location has been so helpful through this process. He is absolutely one of the best! He is always professional and processes my visits on time and in a timely manner! He has a great sense of humor and made this process a little easier!

JC @ the Charleston office is great. My handset had malfunctioned at home so I was stuck. He drove a new handset to me and installed it right in my driveway, which was..dare I say a Lifesaver! Always gets me out of there quickly & efficiently. I d recommend this office.

My experience was very nice. The guys working there were really nice. Back-and-forth was really really good. They explained everything to me. As much as it sucks to come to one of these shops JC is pretty cool to talk to and cut up with and does a great job at getting the vehicle calibrated and out the door. Awesome customer service
