I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Prior to taking my vehicle in, I had to renew my registration. My plate sticker is in the mail but I had a copy of my current registration on my phone and my car insurance. I was told they couldn t put an inspection sticker on until my registration sticker was on my plate, but that they took a look and it was fine just it simply bring it back. Fine, I get I guess. Fast forward one week, my plate sticker came in the mail so I slap it on and take it back. Suddenly, after tell me everything was good to go it needed all this work .so I which is it? I don t understand how in one week it from good to go to all of this work???? I m not stupid

This used to be a good place. Last few times I ve been there, I ve wondered if they really put new parts on, or if they just rigged it and told me they put new parts on. Both times, the issue reoccurred within 3-6 months. I had it towed there on a Thursday evening. It took them a whole week to put new tires on, fix my window, and put new headlights in. Both times, there was dirt inside my car when it was returned to me, from the mechanics who finally worked on it. Total nightmare. I was a longtime customer of 15 years, but I will not be back.

Great service. Really helped me out during a road trip. Had an issue with a brake caliper. Had me fixed and on the road in no time. Very friendly staff and they don't try to add problems to your list. They fix what needs to be fixed! Great place!

Passing through town on a trip and my valve stem goes bad, tire pouring out air. Call these boys, explain the situation and they got me in right away, got me fixed and back on the road. Great customer service!!!

The technicians were professional and polite. The service and the price for the new tires was exactly as quoted to us. We will recommend King Tire Service in the future. Thank you for putting our vehicle inside your facility while you were closed. That shows you are a good company that cares. Staying local for smaller business owners is always our goal.

Had an 8 month old tire going flat slowly. Still in excellent condition. Could not see any punctures. Took it to King's Tire to get it looked at and fixed last week on Monday. Their attitude suggested that they were not very interested in doing a flat repair, and told me to bring in first thing (7:30) Tuesday morning.....which I did. When they finally took vehicle in the garage they said I could not go back there. (I get it....insurance reasons, etc.) After an hour they said it was fixed and charged $22 (a fair price). I asked what was wrong with it and guy at counter said not sure. Could tell he didn't want to be bothered more with it, so I left. Two days later it was almost flat again. Had to wait until today (Monday) to take it back as I only have Monday and Tuesday off. Showed guy at counter my receipt and said it is still going flat. He said they couldn't help me today, but once again bring it in at 7:30 Tuesday morning. I left.I was not happy. Wanted to get it taken care of now! Looked for nearest other tire store. Went about a half mile up the road to Best One. It was like night and day difference. Everyone there was happy, friendly, and ready to help even if it was just a cheap flat fix. They showed me the problem and took care of it in 30 mins! Best One Tire earned my future business!King's Tire really dropped the ball. In no way could I suggest to anyone to do business with them after my experience. Drive a little further up the road like I did. You won't regret it.

Blew a tire on the WV Turnpike. Tough time finding tires. Kings Tires came through for me.

Fast friendly and thorough. I had to order a tire and they had it 2 days later, they worked super fast as I had to ride in a taxi with my flat busted tire. They were very helpful. I now have another tire ( not the same one) to break and I've already ordered a second tire from here.

I was told 2 and a half to 3 hrs to swap tires on my pick up. I'm still waiting 6 hrs later. This is a work truck, I lost an entire day of wages.

Awesome folks that work here. Helped me right at the end of their day to get my trailer fixed. Super nice, Highly recommend you check them out.

I went in and asked for a front end alignment and new brakes. An hour later I left with a front end alignment. Turns out I didn t need breaks, had plenty of pad left. Most shops would have given me the breaks and rotors I asked for. They chose integrity and told me I didn t need them. They ve earned my business today and in the future.

After evacuating from hurricane Florence I drove to OH with 3 kids, a dog, a cat, 2 ferrets, and 5 rats to attend my sister's funeral but had to leave OH as soon as I arrived. My car broke down on Friday and Kings Tire Service was the where I ended up. They immediately fixed my car letting my children, pets, and sleep in facility for the four hours it took. They charged NOTHING for their services and gave me $40 toward gas which I humbly and graciously accepted. They did not know my children and I had to take my husband off life support last month, that my sister just died, that we spent that night sleeping at a scary truck stop and I didn't know how I was going to get home. It was fate my car broke down on that exit and I cannot thank them enough or even begin to explain how what they did for us really lifted us up during very trying times.

Very knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing. Fairly quick service. We tend to leave the vehicle and go eat/shop/whatever. They are always done before we expect them to be.

They didn't have the tires I needed when I came in, but they ordered them for me, and had them over the weekend. They mounted them, and the price was reasonable. They even checked out my front end for me, and told me what I needed. Very friendly service.

My family and I were traveling to Ohio and our car had a mechanical problem and thank God and they fixed the car for us, they are a very friendly and efficient team and the work they did to us was very good with all my heart I thank them very much and that God bless and prosper your business.

First come first serve. So I had to be here at 730 this morning. Still setting here over hour and a half later. For an oil change and front brakes......mechanics are rude and dont care about returning customers for sure. Never reccomend this place. Smh I'll do it myself before I'd come back here and get this service. Day ruined.

Love King Tire. Robert always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything.I never get overcharged and service is fast. They've plugged several tires for free over the years I've been going there. I get as much done there as possible!

Super nice people to deal with! My wife was traveling to Camp Lejeune, NC in my truck when she noticed a power steering leak. The local O'riley's auto parts store recommended King's to look at it. Within an hour she was back on the road and on her way with the leak fixed! The staff members were super nice to her and wouldn't even let her pay for the time they spent tightening up a loose fitting! Would recommend them to anyone based on their awesome professionalism and outstanding service! Thank you very much King's Tire Service for showing there're are still great people out there.

I broke down in charleston. I never had work done at kings but they helped me find the right people to fix the car and helped me get to where i was going. They never asked for any money but helped me out a great deal.

WOW!!! Not only was I able to find my tires at a lower price than anywhere else, but when I had a problem they fixed it for free. Exceptional customer service and competitive pricing will keep me coming back.

Stopped there on Friday for a simple inspection sticker. They said to come back on Saturday early. I was there before they opened. They told me they couldn't get to my car till noon.

Ordered tires through Goodyear website and set an appointment at Kings for 8am on Saturday (open of business). Made me wait over two hours in a waiting room to be told that my tires that I paid for weeks ago aren't available. Wanted me to come back next week to waste more time. Extremely disappointed

These guys are awesome and honest...very helpful and they explain the services to you in detail... if they can't fix it there will refer you to someone that is honest and trustworthy like King Tire employees are

Had a lot of things done at this location there happened to be a defective part that was installed and when I brought it back they corrected everything in a timely manner and we're very polite and cordial
