Terrible and rude driver. Driver wanted to debate where my car should go and what the problem was. I told him I just wanted him to take my car where it was designated. He kept debating and finally walked off saying I could just have someone else tow it. I called where I had booked this service and reported driver as being one of the worst people I've ever dealt with.

Called them for a service call guy came out refused to help him to get him to safe location demanding us to have it towed by them for extra fees also said if we move truck he would call police for unsafe vehicle. All over 1 bad brake. They wanted us to tow trailer or to wait till morning when convenient for them to fix since they don t really have a shop. We refused there service called some one else had us up and going. I would never recommend them to anyone

Stay away by all means!We called them for towing service on monday evening around 7. The lady told us that they were busy and it wouldn't be before next day am and we gave them pick up and drop location for the truck which was pu from Pilot Charleston where they are about located and drop at TA Hurricane WV 18 miles total one way, we were quoted max 2.5 hours which was $750 and didn't have too many option but to accept it. They showed up at 4 pm next day almost 24 hours after we called them first time. And each time we called them during the day, they kept saying that they had been 2 hours away... So they finally showed up and guess what! They asked $1000 for it, yes they made us wait for 21 hours and then Jacked UP the Price. We didn't accept it. After a nasty negotiation, we agreed for $850 and then the owner/driver asked the fund in advance. Highway robbery! I offered them take the truck to TA get the fund before you unhook it, they accept with a lot of F words.when they understood it was radiator issue, they offered to my driver to take the truck their shop and wave the towing fee which they can rob us better with repair fee and luckily we didn't fool it. Matter fact they even didn't give us an invoice for the shady service. So don't fool their reviews, most of these their family/friend from their local community. They are the worst by far and it is shame that we have these kind of people in our industry, especially during the pandemic is going on and we are trying to deliver the essential goods.

We were on vacation down here near Alloy, WV on July 30-Aug 1st staying in an Airbnb. Had the keys locked in the truck the night before we had plans to go white water rafting. We waited 4hrs for AAA and they never showed up. We called Progressive and opened a claim with them, and no one ever showed up. We called the Police and Firestation nearby and they weren t helpful. It was frustrating to say the least! But Glen s Towing was phenomenal!! They did whatever they could to send their service guy out here (he drove 40 mins from Charleston) and went OUT of his way to help us since we were in desperate need to get the car keys. The service guy came out at 3-4am and helped us! We got updates from the lady (I can t remember her name) but she was super helpful in keeping us updated when he was on his way. Thanks so much for Glen s Towing making it possible for us to get to our white water rafting trip this weekend. We appreciate their willingness to do whatever they could for our situation. They were called on a road call for a semi at about 3:30 in the afternoon on a very cold January day told the bring 20 gallons of diesel fuel they were approximately 12 miles away. originally we were told it would be 60 minutes maybe 90. 2 hours later when we call the shop they were unable to even locate their repair man and did not know where he was and apologised. I called back 45 minutes later while sitting in a freezing semi and they were able to reach him this time he was in a town 25 miles away they had no idea why he had been there but he would be at our roadside in about 25 minutes he arrived With 20 gallons of diesel fuel and charged us 299.89. Bad service price gouging yep They will be hearing from the BBB. If I could have given - stars it would have been a. -10!Service: Fuel delivery

Call to use their service to get out my truck from shoulder mud. They charge me 730$ for 30 min job and hour round trip from their shop. Their truck driver looks like don t know how to count charge me 3 hours. Office lady acting like she don t know how to deal with this. They take my driver out fast five stars for that. Unprofessional and stilling money 0 stars.

We were stranded in our motorhome on the WV Turnpike on a Sunday night with a tire that needed a replacement valve stem. After one provider didn't show, my ERS company dispatched Glen's Towing. After several unsuccessful attempts to make a valve stem that he had work, Don drove 50 miles to the only truck stop that was open to get us the needed part. Don assured us he wouldn't leave us stranded by the side of the road like the first provider did, and this was comforting at a really stressful time. We really appreciate Glen's Towing service.

My car broke down on the highway on my way to Myrtle Beach from Ohio. I had my 3 kids with me and it was outrageously hot. I googled tow companies and the first one that came up was Glenn's. So I called and hoped for the best. Rob made it out to us in less than 20 minutes. He took all of us to the tow shop to look and see what the problem was. I was really scared because with it being a Saturday, I wasn't sure if any shops were open. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Rob was able to fix my car and send us back on our journey. For the tow, part, and labor... I was surprised at what my total came to. VERY reasonable!!! Thanx again Rob!!! We never had any troubles the whole trip and back to Ohio!!!

Beware.... This place is very shady... took 7 hours to replace a drive tire which ran my day out so ended up staying where my tire was replaced. Woke up in the morning and that tire was flat. Ended up the tire they put on my truck had a nail in it. Tried to blame me for running over a nail and I hadn't even moved since it had been replaced. I think they recycled a tire and was hoping I would be driving down the road and couldn't go back on them for it. Nice try Glenn's towing!!!!! I hope they did not recycle this tire on another driver.

My co-worker and I got a flat tire and had to call AAA. This company showed up and Todd changed the tire for us! Amazing customer service! They fixed the issue quickly and I'm so thankful!!! Wonderful business!!

I am 8 months pregnant and Glen s rescued me, my two toddlers, and my husband on the side of the highway when our car broke down on the side of the highway on our way to our vacation and brought an extended cab tow truck in order to fit our two car seats and family of four. He towed us to a dealer and dropped us off at a hotel. Very thankful for their service!

The Tow truck driver was very prompt in getting out there and getting us out of a very dangerous situation. We had a flat tire on I-64 in a section where you could not pull off the road very far. We were then taken to the closest Wall Mart tire center & fitted up with a new tire. Both myself & my friend are retired Fire Fighters and have experienced the dangerous working conditions on these interstate highways. These tow truck drivers have their lifes on the line every minute they are out there. We really want to thank our towing guy & this company who hired him. Stay Safe. Pat & Jerry

BEST TOWING SERVICE IN TOWN! My car was in the absolute WORST spot it could ever be in to have to be towed. In a small ally, car battery dead, no way to jump it because the hood latch wouldn't catch...esc but then here comes the almighty Curtis (I believe that's what his name) He knew exactly what to do and did an amazing job! I was truly impressed and wish I could have recorded it! He made it look as smooth as butter but I know it was rough on one man! And to top it off, he was extremely pleasant and had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and continue using them myself (:

had wheel bearing go bad on the turnpike. Glen's towing was very prompt and made a bad situation much more tolerable. Had over an hour to tow to our mechanic shop but our driver Nathan talked with us the whole time and kept our minds off of our bad situation. would highly recommend.

As general manager of a trucking company pulling JIT freight, I appreciate Glens. I've had to use them on a couple different occasions and they are always courteous, professional and timely. Forget Fleetnet, I'm making a call to Glens directly if in need in their service area. Thanks guys

A little higher on cost then most but you get what you pay for, have always got the job done correctly the first time for me and as someone who manages delivery operations over 3 states, my time is limited and I greatly appreciate efficiency and performance

Broke down on Christmas Day.. Glens in Charleston was quick and easy to work with. They gave us great service, and a great deal! Highly recommend! Great guys at Glens!

The tow truck driver who towed my truck was very friendly, and very personable. We talked about a lot of different things while driving me and my car back to my house. Very laid back and cool!

Amazing service had to call really early in the am they answered phone instantly had a tow truck to my son in minutes wonderful service helped in every way and getting my sons truck exactly where it needed to be to get fixed in the most safest way took time went the extra steps to make sure of it definitely recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again when neededService: Car towing

I called 5 different towing companies and none would come out at 5 in the morning but I called blends towing no problem great people and quality service and you can't put a price on that!!!!

Worst service I have ever received in my life, two idiots where sent out to work on a vehicle and had no tools and wanted to charge me 360 dollars, I called the manager thinking he might care, obviously I was wrong, not only did he not care but then cursed me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
