I was traveling from Northern Indiana to Myrtle Beach when a warning light turned on.I pulled off the interstate and googled Autozone because they have always been very good at diagnosing a problem. Well. It seems that they are good all over. I can trust them in Charleston WV as well. They not only diagnosed it on a Saturday, but found me a place to have it put on. The garage isn't open on Saturday, but the employees of Autozonewere able to spot the garage owner who agreed to help us. Thanks Autozone and R&L Auto repair. You two saved the day for a very thankful family.God Bless You

Best experience We were passing through Crosslanes WV and it was raining terribly. We stopped to see if we could get someone to help us with our wiper blades because we could not see a thing. Bobby S was so helpful. He answered all of our questions, found us some wiper blades and even installed them. Thanks Bobby

They put 5 quarts of oil in my wife s car when it was 1/2 quart low I had to drain it Gm Josh said I should have took it and got oil changed and that it s my wife s fault for telling them it s low on oil and the manufacturer said that s how much it took lol this pic of how much I had to take out

I always receive wonderful, prompt, and polite service when I visit this store, but tonight was beyond comparison. I stopped in for what I thought would be a simple purchase, I planned to buy trans fluid and head home. After toying with my vehicle in the parking lot, I dropped the cap to my transmission fluid reservoir. It disappeared into the abyss of my complicated engine and I couldn't drive off without it or else I'd risk debris mixing with the trans fluid (NOT GOOD).(To top it off, the replacement is factory only and has to be ordered)Dylan came out and offered to help me. The store was close to closing so I didn't expect much. This guy helped me troubleshoot and try to find that piece for close to an hour. Explaining it here seems a simple, but my hot Fiat engine and the 5000 hoses that were in our line of sight (and couldn't be disconnected) say different.I'm grateful that people like Dylan still exist. It was hot as hell out, and we got dirty, but he was so kind and remained helpful to the very last moment.Dylan, Thank you! I hope life treats you well and that you can remain kind through it all!! Somebody give this guy a raise!!

Very helpful and actually didn't mind if you ask a question or ask for help like other parts stores get rude when you ask them for help. Cross lanes auto zone has the smartest most knowledgeable person on automobiles and she's a she! Yes sir Milly knows more than most men. Try em out...

Ivory was beyond helpful. Her knowledge and personality were unmatched. She was kind from the the moment I walked in. She went over brands and pricing with me. She insisted on installing my windshield wipers even though I didn't want her in dealing with it in the rain. She also gave me insight on another matter once we opened the hood. She will be the reason I use this location again.

Right parts at the ok price.. lol. Auto parts and supplies are usually not the cheapest thing to purchase.. everything about owning a vehicle is expensive.. friendly staff and local knowledge. They had the part that I needed, so I bought it!

Once again, Autozone in Cross Lanes has taken care of my vehicle in the best way possible. #1 They employ smart and practical women. One of these women tested and changed my battery around a month ago. #2 They do not sell you something that you do not need. A male employee took care of my other vehicle today, ruled out anything that I might need to repair or replace and I left there without spending any money. I will never use another store (and there are several to choose from) because this crew is genuine and trustworthy. All customers, especially women and seniors can shop here with confidence.

Nothing is by accident! I actually had no idea about this place or even where it was being new to WV entirely. I honestly had just about all I could handle when I walked in & that lady... She absolutely changed my life! Went in for 1 piece so I thought ended up needing more than I could afford. But I left with more than I've had in many years. The wealthiest things in life don't come from money!

The employees of AutoZone in Cross Lanes, WV, should be commended for the polite, considerate and professional help they offer to their customers. Also,it is especially nice to seea female working in what is often an all male environment. I would highly recommend AutoZone in Cross Lanes for any automotive needs.

They have everything that you need to keep your autos in tip top shape. If they don't have it in stock they will order it for you. If you need repair advice, they will glad to help.

They always seem ready and willing to help with anything you need. They're my go to auto parts store for just about everything. Most others have arrogant "know it all" types that you can't talk to.
