I would like to thank John Meadows for helping my son with replacing his headlight. My son attends West Virginia State University and I live in Georgia I was concerned that his light was not going to be fixed. But my son was able to go to AutoZone and Mr. Meadows stated that it would not be a problem to help my son. I really appreciate that type of customer service. Even if that is a service you all provide to all customers, I really wanted to Thank you!!!

My favorite is that the staff doesn't judge your sex. They are equally helpful to each customer.

The store supervisor that worked this evening went above and beyond his job to help me the best he could. I don t know much about cars. He not only got the windshield wipers I need at a great price but also I talked them for me as well. Will definitely be returning. Super friendly service.

Fantastic customer service! I have been assisted by John each time & he is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. Makes sure I m getting the correct items & the best deal. Going to Autozone on Mountaineer is super quick & easy.

Lifetime parts remanufactured from Mexico put a starter on my car didn't last a week solenoid stuck fried starter and chewed on my flywheel. So far second one has lasted over a week.

I Purchased expensive headlights in February and today the end of May one of them burnt out. I was super upset and I had a picture of the receipt but I didn t have the box and they were nice enough to replace it for me even though that s not usually their policy. Big shout out to Owen thank you!

Never entered the store and somebody not greet me. Super helpful staff all of them are very knowledgeable about the parts that I've needed. This is a dudes superstore and if your not sure what you need chances are one of the guys or girls can point you in the right direction.

Major shout out to the corridor G Auto Zone. Jason and his crewallowed my daughter's soccer team to have a car wash fund raiser in their parking lot recently. The employees were very nice. THANK YOU!

The staff is so helpful. We were in Charleston shopping at Sam's club and our handicapped scooter holder on back of vehicle broke and we couldn't drive because it was dragging the ground. I called around and couldn't get anyone to help us. I seen the autozone across the road and called them. They said they would help us. We had Sam's club employees to bungee it up off ground a few inches so we could drove over there. These guy's took the holder off the vehicle and put it in back so we could drive home. We were 3 hrs away from home. They wouldn't even take any money. They saved us alot if money and were super nice. I highly recommend them. So honest and friendly. Thanks again.

I have a 07 Chevy Uplander I as them if they could do run a computer check and they was very rude the guy said I guess and it show a sensor was out when they look up the par they don't have it on there computer the guy said they don't show a 07 Chevy Uplander he just didn't want to help me I'm done with that store

My wife and I ended up stranded with a broken CV boot on our 89 VW Vanagon. No parts were available to replace the OEM boot so we started to look for towing options. While waiting for the tow an employee came out and said I m pretty sure I can fix it to help you get down the road. About an hour later we had a temporary fix that allowed us to get back to Charlotte North Carolina. This was amazing service that went above and beyond. The work was more than his job scope but without him we could have been stranded for days.

Staff was very nice despite my obvious cluelessness. Came in, didn't wait long, got my diagnostics and battery tested. Needed a battery replaced, and they took care of it quickly.

Clean store friendly staff easy to get to just off of 119. The parking lot does not look around the building so remember that when leaving.

It said on the site that they were open until 10pm. They locked the doors before 9pm. I just needed one specific thing and I was late for everything the next day. I went out of my way for nothing.
