Probably the friendliest garage I've been to. Prices seemed very fair. They use an online system to send you a link to a full copy of the estimate when they've looked looked over your vehicle and you can approve the work through it, which was very cool and convenient to get a full accounting of what you were looking at. Would highly recommend.

Save yourself. Don't take ur car here. My control arm bolts was left loose. Alignment was not done. Joe Holland was the one that told me all the bolts was not tight at all. I even gave them extra day. Just so they didn't have to rush. I was told it was gonna be 107.00 and it was not 107.00. Price went way up to almost 300.00 bucks. Hope yall have better luck then I did.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I ve used this business multiple times. My dad got me started with them because he trusts them himself. They will show you exactly what needs repaired, they will look up the price of things directly in front of you. They do not short you on keeping your car the best it can be. Being a woman in 30s, knowing not alot about cars, they have kept my Subaru perfect for me. So for the last 4 years I ve only been to this place and I will continue. My first experience with Almost Heaven far exceeded my expectations. Besides excellent service in a very reasonable waiting time, I was treated with friendliness and respect, and was shown the utmost concern about my rather aging vehicle. The mechanics were honest and charged much less than I planned on paying. I feel I have found the best mechanics in the Charleston/Elk River area.

Trust worthy mechanics are worth their weight in gold.Our AC issues were corrected promptly. Mike was friendly, educational, and above all trust worthy. Best of success to everyone there; we wish we didn't have to move out of state! Call these folks up.

Mike made my day!!!This is my first time and now my auto repair home!!! When I called to get a quote on my rear sway bar Mike was so helpful and friendly. He was able to find me the best prices for parts and labor without breaking the bank. Car repair is something we all will need and it is helpful to have someone that is knowledgeable, affiliated with a recognized association, offers service guarantee, upfront price estimate, and excellent customer service.

Awesome shop!! I went in with a clunking noise, they showed me where it was coming from and fixed it in an hour. They also notified me of two recalls on my 02 tacoma. Found my go to shop!

I was referred to this business by my employer who spoke very highly of Almost Heaven Auto Repair. I was not disappointed in the least. Even with most of the employees out sick, they still completed my repair very promptly and efficiently while at the same time being helpful and gracious to a new customer. In a business I don't necessarily have great things to say about most of the time, this place is a diamond in the rough. I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

The guys who work in this place are absolutely amazing! I took care of me they made sure everything was handled very quickly with no questions asked. I went in for my inspection sticker and they were able to get that completed as well as answer any questions I had about possibly getting new tires. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a shop that is willing to take care of their customers.

I definitely used your services, under a different name silly. My husband's vehicle. What if i said black vw tiguan? You broke my car and charged me for it. Scum bags.To fix the power steering is going to cost $4000 on its own. You're terrible people. $2500 to fix everything else you broke.

Very happy with the service I received from Almost Heaven. They worked with me on a very busy Friday to get new tires and an alignment for my truck. Mike and Doug were friendly helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them for your car care needs.

Price was closer to the lower end on estimated price ranges online. The guy (owner?) I spoke with tolerated my complete lack of car knowledge and was polite/kind. Quick repair. As good as an experience as you can get in a day you need a corroded fuel line replaced.

I have had multiple great experiences here. Service was fast, informative on possible problem along with possible solutions. Fair pricing also some work done at no cost just to see if it was the problem. Friendly people, clean environment. I feel a clean business means a organized business.

Great service, friendly people, and awesome military discount. They always are truthful and don't try to unnecessarily upsell anything. Plus, I can pretty much always get an appointment when I need to. They are my go to shop, and have been for the last year.

We discovered these guys a couple years ago and they ve done work on all three of our vehicles. Honest guys, and they ll even tell you if something doesn t need to be done. And the prices are fair. I m impressed. They got my business for good. Thanks, Mike and Doug!

Sadly my car broke down heading from Massachusetts to Kentucky, thankfully the owner was extremely helpful & polite with the whole process! He got us out of there in an hour & back on the road! I highly recommend him to anyone who breaks down in this area

Took my vehicle without an appointment, diagnosed the problems promptly, I answered the obligatory phonecall, repaired my vehicle in time for me to make my afternoon appointments. Very courteous, fairly priced, excellent service.Thank you Doug

Apparently there's a self-guided art walk around Columbus! I happened upon site 110. When I called the posted phone number and entered the site number, an interesting recording played that told about the history of the area in which I was standing, the names of the art pieces installed there, and even where to stand and the vista that location would provide. It was a few extra minutes of fun on that day's explorations.I'll have to get a list of all of the locations of these installations.

Holy crap. While driving from New York to Georgia my car stalled, and the cruise control shut off and began to blink. Apparently the person driving was putting it in neutral on downhills, trying to save on gas... Anyway, these guys diagnosed and took such great care of us. I would recommend them for anyone. They went above and beyond just because they're good guys. They literally rolled out a carpet for us. I am fortunate to have met them!

They put a crack in my windshield when I went in for an inspection sticker and then told me a rock busted it. If a rock did that I would have heard it. Reported to the BBB. Also started that since my wheels makes a noise when it turns sometimes it needed a new steering rod. Owner is disrepearful as well. Do not go here. There s a reason they are never busyEdit:I check my windshield everyday! I would have noticed it. Also would have heard it hit. They don t wanna pay for damages they caused. I would advise you go somewhere else for your repairs and stickers.

I just moved here from another state. I needed an inspection for my car. The service was excellent. This is where I will get my car serviced. The integrity of the owner was very apparent.

Great place. The office manager is easy to talk to. They don't rack up a huge P.O. and try to scam you for your money, like other shops do. Ran by a great Christian man. Top notch establishment.
