Traded my 2022 Yamaha Yxz xtr for 24 exact same model. I was treated like royalty and have never purchased any there before.The Salesman Pete, the parts people and management all were so friendly and helpful.I would rate Smittys Suzuki a 10. Very rude over the phone and could care less about helping you out!!! I just called to get an estimate and Ron Smith answered the phone and was rude as could be. He said that they never serviced anything that they never sold, even though my bike had a suziki engine. After I told him it did, he said WE'RE COVERED UP!!! This isn't very good customer service and poor business ethics. I will be traveling an extra 2 hours and giving my business to leesons in Bridgeport.

The location is close to the highway with staff ready to assist you as soon as you get through the door. They have side by sides, motorcycles, ATVs, and dirtbikes as well as replacements parts for anything you may need. The staff is down to earth and personable. Thanks for taking your time to explain options and discuss the pros and cons of different manufacturers. I will definitely be back!

Although they couldn t figure out the code as to why my check engine light was one, they have an hour of their time trying to get it figured out- didn t charge me for it either. Much appreciated guys!

Spent 400 dollars on service..called 2 days later to get a tire changed (already off the bike) and they wouldnt do it because I didnt buy the tire there .... my money will go elsewhere from now on

Only Kawasaki dealer between Uniontown PA and Elkins WV that had the part I needed in stock. And the part was actually cheaper than anywhere online. First place I call when I need an OEM part.

Worst customer service. parts are never on time if they order them at all and they're service department is the worst in wv.
