Easy to work with dealer.The most depressing part was there was a required port addon for 4 USB cables for $70; already an absolute rip-off (Not Buckhannon's fault). Went to organize the truck today and finally look inside the package. Someone took the only 2 that were usable with the truck out of the bag leaving 2 useless USB-A cables. The truck only has USB-C charging ports. So not only do they sell you 4 cables for $70, 50% of them aren't usable and then someone ripped off the other 2.Love my truck and everyone was super nice. Thanks for not adding any shenanigans like lojack, vin etching or other nonsense. So many scammy dealers, at least these guys are straightforward and I really appreciate that.I'd buy another truck from them in the future!Update: My salesman reached out and is helping out by sending the missing cables. Thank you!

I traded my 2007 Ford Ranger 2WD in on a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road. I had initially stated a number I would accept for the trade but I changed my mind when I saw what was being offered for my truck. Todd James, one of the managers, was understanding of my indecisiveness and immediately agreed to my request. I was very appreciative of his effort to secure the deal. Amanda White, my salesperson, was also very helpful and kind. I would recommend Buckhannon Toyota to anyone looking for a fair deal and good customer service.

What can I say about this fantastic service team? When our family s Toyota broke down far from home (we live in Canada) we limped it into the service department last Friday night (Nov 17) very close to closing time. Despite being busy, the service receptionist Summer and service writer Alicia managed to get our vehicle checked out by Mike, a seasoned, friendly and highly competent mechanic. While the outcome of his diagnosis was that our vehicle had to remain there for a good part of the next week, which severely jeopardized our Florida vacation (we still made it), how the Buckhannon Toyota team responded next was what really warmed our heart. Both Summer and Alicia were outstanding with their communication and assistance. From arranging some rides for us to a couple of different hotels in the area while we figured out next moves, to ensuring the warranty process dealing with out Canadian vehicle visiting a US dealer was seamless and pleasant. Our mechanic Mike was thorough in his diagnosis and went far above and beyond to fix the problem and explain it to us. Every single person we spoke to at the dealership and service department was so absolutely friendly and helpful. As a 20 plus year employee of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, I have witnessed many fine examples of what the Japanese call Takumi , a perfect blending of honed skill and a willing spirit to proudly use it. The lovely people we met during our unfortunate breakdown displayed that Takumi in an exemplary way and should be very proud of the work they do. A big thanks again to Summer, Alicia and their manager Josh. Thanks to Kevin and Robert for driving us around. Thanks to Mike for making our vehicle purr again and a big shout out to the few other ladies and gentlemen we met whose names escaped me. Keep up the great work.

Sick and tired of the ridiculously over-inflated prices and purposely limiting inventory (toyota problems not necessarily dealer problems). Nobody wants to pay almost $80k for a tundra or sequoia (both with unnecessarily complicated powertrains), over $50k for a minivan, or over $50k for a quarter ton Tacoma with a 4 cylinder amd cloth seats and not even a hybrid for that price. People paying these prices are insane. Toyota thinks they are cashing in on buyers' impatience (which they are) but they're also losing a lot of market share in every class due to the majority of buyers going elsewhere for alternative vehicles.

Just a PSA for anyone considering a new vehicle I would strongly discourage you from going to Buckhannon Toyota or Toyota USA in general. We had my wife s RAV in twice under warranty due to the AC system making a noise. The first time they claimed they couldn t hear it and told us to get a video of it and make another appointment. We get to Weston Sheetz and it starts so we record it and turn around and head back. The technician that had looked at it comes out and got in the vehicle with me and finally heard it. He said it wasn t going to be easy to find as it was somewhere in the dash in the AC system, and that our appointment was over and he didn t have time now so we needed to make another one. We made another one this time a different tech claimed he couldn t hear it even with the video and just said we needed to change the cabin air filter. The air filter had nothing to do with the issue as it was the AC system itself. So we let it go since the warranty was almost over by that point. Fast forward to this summer and it made a really loud noise and completely went out. After dealing with the service manager they finally agree to give us one hour of tech time to see if they can find the issue and go from there. We drop the vehicle off and they call us saying they can t hear it and we now need to pay almost $400 to recharge the AC system so they can try and find the leak. We refused to do that and go and pick it up and proceeded to file a claim with Toyota corporate. We just kept getting the run around with them. Everytime they d call us it would be a new person that would just simply say we trust our dealers and they say there was no noise. We continually asked to speak to a supervisor and was always told one would have to call us back as none were available. We never received a call from a supervisor just simply another customer service rep who we would tell the whole story to and they would understand and say they could help us. A few days later a new one would call back and say there was nothing they could do. Eventually we were told the AC system was a wear item and that s the last we got from Toyota corporate.

Buckhannon is the best Toyota dealership in the area. Their deals are good, vehicles have a great resale value, are great on the roads, and their service department is not only efficient but great at what they do. If you're in need of a new ride, Buckhannon Toyota is the place to shop!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I went in thinking that it was going to be a hassle getting into a brand new car and boy was I wrong! Gavin my salesman was absolutely amazing and he got me into the car I wanted and needed! Not only was he very knowledgeable about all the new vehicles on the lot but he was super easy to work with! Gavin is the sole reason why I will continue to get all my new cars from this dealership. Went in for scheduled maintenance on my year-old Tacoma. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Free Wi-Fi. They even washed my truck for free. Very positive experience.

Myself and Dallas Martin had broke down in Elkins and had our Toyota towed to Toyota in Buckhannon on Sunday evening.Come Monday morning we contacted Toyota in Buckhannon and explained the trouble we were having with the vehicle not coming out of four-wheel-drive, they called us a few hours later and explain to us what they believed was wrong with the truck and that it was going to cost us around 2000 maybe a little over to fix. Mind you this truck is less than two years old.We decided to rent a trailer and truck and go pick up our Toyota and bring it home to Ball Toyota of Charleston on Patrick Street, receiving a call from them a few hours later that they had fix the truck it was going to cost us $251.13 with a complementary multi point inspection free.I cannot say if that would be their mechanics fault or Buckhannon Toyota itself just being greedy, but we are so grateful for the mechanic Danny Pauley at Ball Toyota of Charleston for fixing our truck thank you.

I was not quoted any fees about having diagnostics ran on my truck. My check engine light came on and I called and setup an appointment. You then tried to charge me $140 for the work. I advised I was not paying that as I was not aware. I was then advised by the service manager I should have known of the fees. How would I have known there was a fee just to advise why my check engine light was on? This was after I got a text that I missed my appointment today because no one checked the drop box where I left my keys for my truck that was parked right out front the service entrance. I didn't purchase my Tacoma from Buckhannon Toyota because of a negative interaction from years ago. I offered a 2nd try with you and you screwed up again. I literally went out of my way to buy my toyota from another dealership because of how poorly your dealership has been anytime I've interacted with you, today was another great example of why I won't go through you all for anything.

We certainly had the best experience purchasing our car at Buckhannon Toyota. It is remarkable how well organized and smooth the whole process was. Mr Todd James one of the Sales Managers came and spoke with us during our purchase concerning an imperfection in the windshield that we otherwise would not have seen. This kind of treatment is what makes a business successful. Our sales associate Amanda White was awesome. She had such patience with me being undecided. She was so well informed on every vehicle we looked at and made it a great experience. She is a wonderful asset to them. We will definitely be purchasing from here in the future. Stopped by to look at a 2023 Sequoia as I hadn t seen one in person, but loved the pictures I was seeing online. This was the first one I had seen in the wild. It seemed strange the website listed the MSRP as Call For Price. Anyhow, we arrived on the lot, beautiful vehicle. It was as stunning in person as they looked on Toyota s website. Talking to the salesman and noticed the $10,000 market adjustment sticker on it. I asked the salesman and he said they had sold one earlier in the month that had been resold over seas that had only a $2,500 bump sticker on it. So they raised them. I gave them 2* for actually having the vehicle on the lot as shown on the website.

I recently bought a 2022 Rav4 from this location. I went in and was promptly helped by Zack. He sat down and explained the current ordering process and I was able to pick a car quickly. Though the estimated date of arrival for my car was in 8 to 12 weeks, it managed to show up in about 3 weeks. Overall I am very impressed and had a seamless time purchasing my vehicle at Buckhannon Toyota.

I stopped in here unexpectedly after my battery fails coming out of Virginia and I was received with a smile and offer of help. Alicia and Earl, Tag Teamed a warranty battery at no charge on my 2002 Land Cruiser and I couldn t be happier. Turned me around in less than 30 minutes and I m back on the road. Thank you!

I had spoke with a young sales lady. She was very nice and helped with questions. The sales manager and a couple other people ( I guess we will call them men because I will keep it PG) was sitting in a cubicle said that my truck was worth $6000 less than I was told at another Toyota dealership. So I inquired why another dealership would be offering me a lot more than they would. All of the sudden one of the (men for lack of a better word) that was a salesman said very loud well why don't you trade there! And they as "men" started laughing like something was funny. So I went to a different dealership and bought another new truck. Myself or none of my family will never stop there again for any reason. I hope this will help someone else find a decent automotive dealership to go to. Fairmont is not very far to drive to save that much money.
