Now I will preface this with , I had no issues with my tires BUT they almost gave my appointment to another person with the same car and almost put my tires on her car . I was honestly just frustrated because they didn t ask her for an id or anything but asked me a ton of questions . If I were any later they wouldn t have noticed. Once the mix up was cleared up it was fine but I just am not confident this won t happen again .

Went in for an oil change and they broke 2 of my hub cabs that I now have to replace. When I questioned what happened they kept saying they were already like that, but they were not. Avoid this place.

Avoid this place. Had our oil changed there and within 3 days the check engine light comes on, take it to the dealership and whoever done our oil change didn t put the ring back on and all the oil was all over the bottom of our car. I immediately called Walmart and the manager offered us a free oil change. Will never be back there. Don t trust your car in their care.

Came in to buy a battery for the car. 3 employees were gathered around the counter discussing personal lives, and completely ignored me. I needed help finding the correct battery. When I finally found it without assistance and was standing there waiting on them to finish their conversation so I could check out, all 3 employees walked off and left me standing there. It was like I was invisible, I will NOT be back. ... For anything.

Had issues with the Goodyear assurance tires. Service is awesome. Manager Scott is great and offered a full refund after many trips there. Even offered to rotate and balance my new tires I bought elsewhere. Would highly recommend this auto care center, would not recommend Goodyear tires. Instead, order tires online and have them shipped here.

Went in for a new battery. Just moved here and my tire pressure monitor has been acting up for over a year and previous dealership servicemen could not figure it out. Not only did they take care of it, but I had not even asked them to look at it, and was planning to take it to a dealership here at a later date. I would recommend them to anyone, very professional and friendly. Thank you Ray and your great team.

The gentleman that took care of my tires was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Would have given them a 5, but the wait was almost 2 hours. Not his fault, they were just packed!

I took my Toyota Camry for an oil Change and a tire..when I left my car started driving like it missing..my check engine and traction lights came on.. .because it was after they closed, I took it to auto zone after all kind of test, found out they forget to put my air filter valve back on...yes I'm mad..im from Mississippi n I have drive back today..i can't because I need to take my car back to them...this is ridiculous..

The lady that was shop supervisor was rude. A few customers come in well after me and they were served first. Work was good, but was dissatisfied with the service

Not enough worker's to service everyone in a reasonable time. I left without getting my tires I bought from Walmart a few months ago balanced and rotated

The managers here are very friendly and personable, staff is knowledgeable but interactions with them are limited.

A little coming out to help me, even though they only had one car in one of the other bays. Not the oil changing bay. Staff in back was friendly
