Had new Lennox heat pump/furnace system installed. Love this system. Has air purifier I m sold on!Great products, excellent customer care/support! Very professional, and extremely knowledgeable of products and services.I highly recommend Air Tech to anyone wanting quality units professionally installed, and excellent customer care to call Air Tech.Owner Chris, and installation expert technicians, Alex & Andrew are great!Thanks so much for your excellent work ethic and great customer service!

I would never use another company for my HVAC needs. Air Tech is top notch. I have dealt with the other HVAC companies in Putnam and Kanawha Counties, and I always felt like I was being taken advantage of, and lied to about what I actually needed. The team at Air Tech, have always made me feel, like everything is going to be ok, I'm in reliable hands, as well with Air Tech I know that I'm not being overcharged. If you have to choose an HVAC company give Air Tech a chance, and you will never want to work with anyone else again. They provide the best service I have ever experienced! Give them a call, and I promise after talking to the other guys your stresses of your situation will diminish.

The BEST heating and cooling system company that I have ever dealt with! I have had new systems put in while living in California and Florida, and the customer service and professionalism that I received today was top of the chain. Let me also add that when WV was having zero degree weather, my heat went out, and they came and saved me at 9:00pm. Today, I had my new unit installed. So much thanks and appreciate to Chris (the owner) and Alex and Ira...the very best technicians with a wealth of knowledge. Thank you all so much for the pricing and superb customer service. I could not be happier.

The service men were professional and polite. Explained every step of the process throughly. Gave me tips on how to keep my unit running efficiently and keep my maintenance cost low. Would recommend this company highly. Will never use another.
