Great RV shop! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Though they did a replacement roof for me, a part for the front between the side window and front window couldn't be found because they don't make it any more. They are still trying other companies to fabricate one. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also they put all gas coaches inside at night so their catalytic converter won't get stolen!!

Jim, Michelle, and the team at Infinity Coach are absolutely amazing. I basically asked them for a miracle, and they delivered. Infinity Coach was able to rebuild the inside of my class C RV that I tried to "renovate" on my own. After I demolished interior, they installed all of the cabinets and fixtures, BUILT a couch/storage bench and desk, and they did it in a timeframe that was almost impossible. I cannot rate them highly enough for any RV project or repairs.One word to the wise, if you are taking on a project of this size, definitely give them a significant amount of time to work on it. They are excellent and everyone in the community knows it, so they are understandably very busy.

I have been using Infinity for 4 years I also use a great shop in Bend but since we live in Bellevue they save me 6 hour driving time. FOL, Aqua hot, Fuel filters and Trans filtersThis place is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and honest.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Want to thank the folks at Infinity coach. We hit a Ballard at a gas station. Took out the sewer door, aqua hot door and rear fender on a 2020 allegro bus. No RV center in Fife would even look at it but Lynn at Infinity understood our dire situation 2800 miles from home, no access to sewer compartment and a fender that stuck out 2 ft into the other lane. They squeezed us into their extremely busy schedule and got the doors functional, road ready and safe for travel so that we could continue our journey all in a matter of hours. Forever grateful. Not only quality work but EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Would highly recommend.

Easily one of the best and most helpful RV shops around. We had a complete solar system installed on our fifth wheel a couple of years ago. Very professional work. Works great as promised until a bank of dead batteries the other day had me super concerned. A quick call netted an almost instant return call from the owner, who was able to explain how to get everything working again. Turned out someone left some lights on in the RV and the solar couldn't keep up with the limited sun of winter. Totally our fault. Great customer support from Infinity Coach!

I ordered a wd hitch through Infinity Coach. Unfortunately it didn t get to them until the day I was leaving on a big trip. I happened to be passing near to Sumner and called to see if they could fit it that day, they squeezed me in to a busy schedule and had me on my way in less than an hour. Awesome service, great people. Highly recommended.

This place is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate that they take the time to listen to your questions and needs and don t just rush you through the door. We had our brand new car setup for toad towing and not only did they offer a great product at a very reasonable price, but they also took the time to explain the process and functions of the products installed. They took great care of our car and we couldn t be happier with the quality of work completed. We will be taking our new Motorhome in on Monday for some suspension upgrades and I am confident that we have finally found our go to RV service center. If you have been RVing for any length of time you know how hard it is to find an honest shop that does quality work, from what I ve experienced so far I look forward to many years of doing business with them and will recommend them to all of our fellow RV ers. Even though it's a drive for us to get here, the service, owners and staff are awesome! Very knowledgeable with Tiffin warranty process and work hard to make things right for the customer. Highly recommend Infinity Coach for your RV repairs! Thank you for all you have done for us!

I have had Infinity coach work on my motor homes for over a decade. First class service and great craftsmanship. They have done everything from oil changes to custom interior work and I am very satisfied with everything they have done.

Staffs and mechanics were polite and welcoming! I had them inspect my slide and leveling jack. Communication was great and the job was done on time as promised. I highly recommend them!!

I called the morning of 6/30/2021 to get pricing on suspension parts and installation for my class c. Was told the quote would be emailed to me. Called back later in the afternoon, since I had not received a quote. I was rudely told, it s not like that s something that can be done in 5 minutes . I told them to forget it and hung up the phone. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human.

To date the work performed by the Infinity staff was excellent, timely and affordable. We are now remodeling our coach and we cant wait to see our final product. You can't go wrong at Infinity.

Blue OX recommended Infinity Coach when we were having trouble assembling our KarGard II. I called and we went in the same day - the technicians took 15" of their time to complete "step 1" of the assembly process at no charge. While we were there, my husband mentioned the problem we were having with a slide-out on our Winnebago (would not extend due to a well-known and documented issue with the lock jamming) and the fact all the RV Centers we had contacted were much too busy and could not even look at the problem for several weeks. We had been on the road for 5 months and were on our way to Alaska, so we did not have the luxury of waiting for weeks, but the manager at Infinity had us come back 2 days later - and they fixed the problem within an hour! They also fixed a roof fan which had stopped working - again at no charge. Infinity Coach, Thank You for exceptional service and customer service!!!

Outstanding called in the morning talked to Michelle said to stop by and Jim would look at it when he had a chance we got there about 3:30 Jim took the part and Michelle said if we wanted to wait she thought he was going to diagnose it right then about 20 minutes later with what was wrong and the cost to fix said he would do it right then all together we were in and out in 1hour very happy would highly recommendWill be a return custonerThanksRon Lovell
