Great service from the staff at this large location that has a bunch of bays to service many vehicles at once. There are three RV electric/water sites if you need to stay with a little grassy area perfect for dog exercising that includes 2 picnic tables. We had a lot of work done that took way over the quoted hours and they did their best to keep the bill as reasonable as possible. I've been to several other locations and this is by far the most customer oriented location yet.

I can t say enough good things about the service at this Cummins dealer. We had two 45 foot RVs that had just returned from 60 days in Alaska and were in badly need of some TLC. They let us stay at their 3 RV spots with water and 50 amp service. The service ladies Tia and Jennifer were extremely helpful and the technicians were meticulous and detailed with their service reports. Even the waiting area was dog friendly. Highly recommend them!

They came to perform maintenance on my home generator. The tech was wonderful and knowledgeable. The office is trying to charge me $3.95/mileage plus a travel charge which is for the tech's time driving to my home at the same rate as their labor charge of $236.50/hr. How can any employee be "doing labor" while driving? Isn't that the cost of doing business when you visit the customer's home?

Taking my motor home to Cummins was one of the worst decisions I have made. This is a state of the art facility staffed by a high number of well paid people and of course the customer pays the bill for that huge overhead. The Bosch injectors that came in my Cummins engine can be purchased for $500 to $600 but when the same injectors come in a Cummins box, the price is $800. A quality rebuilt turbo for my engine is $3k to $4k but from Cummins is $7,800. The majority of their business is municipal vehicles(busses, fire engines and emergency vehicles) which means it's taxpayers money. So $50k latter, I feel like the prisoner who makes the mistake of bending over to pick up the soap in a group shower.

We took our motorhome to Cummins Sales and Service to get the generator repaired and Jennifer, who greets you with a smile at the service desk is absolutely percent about customer service and satisfaction. When we picked it up I asked Jennifer if I could speak to a service technician and she introduced me to Gerald and I asked him how to maintain my generator and he sat down and took ample time to answer all of my questions and gave me some great tips on how to keep our generator running great. Cummins Sales and Service definitely gets 5 stars and a highly recommended rating.

Absolutely unprofessional! Cummins in summer will put a bandage on! Just enough to get you out the driveway tell you all is good take your hard earned money AND lots of it! Only to leave you sitting on side of the road with what they say they fixed Only to fail the minute you drive away. Or in my case 30 min. ZERO stars! people should all get together with the same experience from these thieves ! Spread the word . Do not use Cummins. Ever

We use Cummins for our warranty work. Some gets done at our shop location and the overload gets done at Sumner Cummins. The whole group are great, from the field techs, to office and parts people they always come through for us.We work closely with them and share info and support. We are using their new electric drive system and the tech who usually works out of our location was one of the first to be trained. Which means he works directly with a lot of engineers. You can be sure that this group is well trained and professional. The facility is fairly new and updated. It is centrally located and Easy to get into and out of.

I would give them zero stars if this was an option. I took two trucks there for engine repairs. I told them the first one had a blown engine and wanted an estimate for replacement. They charged me nearly $1,000 to tell me what I already knew, that the engine was blown. Then they wanted over $25K to replace the engine. I pulled that truck out and got it done for less than $15K at another shop. Took the second truck in and it was there for six weeks. Had to keep calling back to get status. Service rep said he would look into it and call me back. Three times I called and never got a call back. Called the service manager, no answer, left voicemail, never got a call back. Finally went it had it towed to another shop for repair. Bottom line is I would never use these guys as the are very unreliable and extremely expensive.

I called them in advance to make an Appointment to adjust the valves on the engine and they said that if you bring the truck in the evening, then in the morning we will do it in 2-3 hour s left the truck a day earlier. I called the next day at noontime and they said that we need two days to adjust the valves on the engine, they are so deceiving customers ....

Called the service department in sumner on a Tuesday morning and I was told that they were not to busy to go ahead and bring my dump truck in. Once I arrived I asked when they thought they would be able to look at my truck and the service writer said this coming Wednesday or Thursday I called Thursday afternoon and he said they haven't got to it yet. Called friday same response then Monday I drove down to cummins still haven't looked at it. He gave me a bunch of excuses then said maybe later that week. I decided to pull my truck out because this is my only source of income and can't have it sitting. I found another shop that not only looked at it but fixed the bad injector the same day that i picked it up from cummins in sumner. The guy in the service department at cummins doesn't seem to care about your problem and doesn't keep you up to date. The reason I took my truck there is I thought I would get great service and quality work but failed. Cummins is probably one of the most expensive shops to go to at $180. An hr. Which I don't mind paying if they didn't leave me hanging. I lost over a weeks work because of this. I know I'm rambling on but when your a owner operator uptime is important to survive all I'm saying be aware that your vehicle may take two or three times longer than what they say.

My experience is poor at best. I brought our truck to Cummins. After scheduling an appointment I called to check status on our truck a day later. Service writer says fire truck came in and had priority. So two weeks later and 4000.00 I scheduled a second appointment for engine lights are on again. After 13 hours I call and ask what's the status on our truck. Well a fire truck has come in and has priority. Really again? Truck not looked at and we had an appointment. Its Friday and now the truck will sit. As a manager I would expect after spending 4000.00 we would get better service. Very disappointed.

Arrived a day early with rv. To have generator diagnosised and repaired. Repeated attempts to contact service department and technicians. Requesting an update to repairs were unanswered. After driving to this location. I was advised in person no one had look at it.When verifying my appointment time and date a week before. I requested a time frame for repairs. None were given.

I am really happy with Cummins. They've taken care of my generator in my camper place now. A little pricey but everything works on a dime. The place is immaculate and the employees are very first of all. I would recommend Cummins in Sumner

Used to offer after hours drop off for RV trailers. Attempted to make arrangements to drop off on a saturday (they were open saturdays 2 years ago when had warranty work done). Service writer asked if i can remove generator from RV and drop off to them. Totally unacceptable. Total lack of customer service. Go somewhere else.

Called to ask a question about my Onan generator and was told they don't have a tech to give support or answer questions. Doug, the generator supervisor never returned my call and never answered my phone message. Receptionist couldn't even tell me who to call to get answers to my question. Terrible customer service and after reading prior reviews, will not even think of taking my coach there. I will spread the word via Internet media.8/17/16Doug did finally call back and gave me a number to onan.

I recently ordered parts on 2 occasions for an Onan generator. Very helpful parts department, and convenient hours - (until midnight I think). Both "Tim's" were great to work with.

The ECM in my motorhome died. I had the coach towed to Cummins in sumner. I received top notch, 100% service!! Everyone I dealt with was awesome from the night supervisor, to the service supervisor to the techs. All were very professional and went the extra mile. And when the ECM reprogram didn t go smoothly, they never gave up, did what it took until it was done properly!I would highly recommend using this service centre

This is the worst facility on the planet. The genset tech doesn't want to work on anything in a coach, only on the shop floor. The electrical engineer doesn't know engines at all, and doesn't understand RV's in any way.Put the two togther and you will waste thousands on a faulty repair job that isn't even complete or thorough. Don't waste your money here, pay the extra fuel and go south to the Coburg, OR facilty or east to Spokane. Those places know what they are doing, and how to take care of you.Cons: poor location, narrow entrance, lousy parking, no rv hookups, cramped lounge, too far from any other services, illeducated techs.Pros: absolutely none.

Very nice & knowledgeable staff. Options were suggested, pricing, and time constraints for each area. They were happy to help each customer

Staff tried hard to fix a problem. Could not get it done, but we're fair on time and didn't just start throwing parts at it.

Very unprofessional mechanics, did a wrong diagnostic and gave an estimate of 15k for work and parts that I didn't have to change...
