I've never had a bad experience with Aaron and Chris. I've have known them since High School and was one of their original customers before moving out of state for a while. Now that I'm back in the state of Washington, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I absolutely love this repair shop! We have used their services many times and I ve realized I ve never left a review. Yesterday my brakes were making a horrible sound. I called the shop and they squeezed me in and I had my car back in three hours. The customer service is top notch! When they tell you, they will call you, they will call you! We ve had experiences with the big shops before, and days went by before we heard a thing.We strive to support small businesses, and this business is definitely worth supporting!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They were so sweet and helpful. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. And helped me in a time crunch. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I've gone there several times. Never a disappointment. Honest with his words and prices. They really do their best to squeeze you in when they can To help you out. I recommend this shop.

Long story short: reasonable prices, honest and hard-working mechanicsI know next to nothing about cars, but they never once made me feel stupid or tried to swindle me with bloated prices. They were extremely helpful and managed to get the work done in a day. Seriously, a really great group of guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

4.8 is a 5 ! ! !The oldest review I found is 8 years old.It takes quality to get a 4 score with 10 reviews, let alone over 50. Carroll's has a 4.8 after 8 yrs and I'm sure hundreds of cars serviced.Make sure to leave your own review.You can't make everyone happy. I came here because of the great reviews. I had work done on my truck, the price was reasonable. I would have paid extra if needed. They were able to diagnose other problems beyond the scope of work I had contracted for and repaired them...The only bad thing I can say is " YOU HAVE TO WAIT YOUR TURN!!" They are very busy because of the great reputation they have. Please be patient and you will have a great experience like I did. Follow me for more reviews. Thanks and Thank you Carroll's

This is the kind of mechanic you dream of. Honest, does the work asked for. Just nothing bad to say. The guys working there looked like they worked on cars all day, which is a good sign. Never trust a mechanic with clean hands.

I had an issue with my tensioner on my timing belt the day before a long road trip and they said they'd take a look and see what they could do and fixed it that day, plus changed my spark plugs for a very reasonable price. I was ready to go the next day on time. They even gave me a heads up about my alternator going out which I was able to fix. My father took all his cars there for years, and when we had car troubles, told me they would take care of us too. Great service! Honest and trustworthy mechanics! Aaron is awesome, and will always take good care of you and your vehicle!

They put in a new alternator in my 2006 Honda Civic and now it runs beautifully. Very happy with the work done from these amazing mechanics. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Carroll's Garage!

The clutch in my car went out and took it in on short notice. What they said would take about a week and a half to get me in took them 3 days! It cost almost $500 less than going to another place. We can't say enough good things about this place. We hit a tree last year and were absolutely sick about what it was going to cost to fix it. Aaron did his absolute best to keep the cost affordable. Over the last year we have had to stop in there a few times. Recently, we thought there was something going on with our wiring. Our headlights kept shorting out. I called Toyota because they were right around the corner from my work and they explained they would charge 145.00 for just the diagnostic. We called Aaron and let's just say he did us a huge favor. We will never take our car anywhere else unless we have to. Like someone else said, small garage, big heart.

I can t recommend this place enough, I ve been bringing my car here for years and I am consistently blown away by the great service. Aaron is generous with his time and thorough at investigating any issue.Incredibly honest mechanic that offers exemplary service, every time.

Fantastic service! Just moved from California and needed a local mechanic to work on my vehicles. I definitely found one and will be back. They were quick, cheap and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend utilizing their services.

Good guys that cut through the bs and only charge what is fair. If you're lucky, they might not even charge you at all if there's nothing wrong. I'll always come here first

Great example of an American small business. I have been in the automotive industry for 16 plus years, and I have seen and heard about the good, the bad and the ugly. Very good, personalized work, and very reasonably priced. I have referred my family members to them, and clients of mine that are looking for a BETTER option than dealership service departments. Old school and the office is like an automotive library. Very cool..

My car broke down on 410 yesterday and Chuck at Cascade Towing had it towed to Carrolls. Chuck said he did great work and was very reasonable. That was 10:00 am. I had my car back and fixed beautifully at 2:30 pm. The cost was way less than i expected. I will be going back.

Stop Searching for a mechanic station. Carrolls Garage is the best. We just moved here a year ago from Utah and have been looking for a place to take care of our Vehicles. We found it. They are Honest and do a great job. They are friendly and make sure you are taking care of.

I have been going to Carroll's garage for many years and he has worked on many of my older vehicles. They are good at what they do. they have been honest and have always given me a fair price.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Carroll's garage for about 8 years. It's hard to find a garage you can trust to give you your money's worth but Carroll's gives you just that. I go back to Carroll's garage because I do TRUST them.

A long time friend told me about Carroll's Garage when I started having trouble with my 2002 Mazda Prot�g� 5 and I was scared to take it to a shop for fear I'd be taken advantage of.Lets just say that was about 3 years ago, I plan to drive this car until the wheels fall off and I'm counting on Aaron and his TEAM to help make that happen!Their price quotes are almost spot on and the turn around time better than I can ask for. LOVE THEM!!!!!

Honest mechanic. Hard to come by. They aren't charging you extra to have a fancy place, but they do a good job. Don't be turned off by the appearance.
