I had a scheduled appointment. Arrived and was told all the service people were at lunch (it was 12:15) and they wouldn t be able to service for an hour. When I expressed frustration and inability to wait Davonne asked if I could return early on Saturday and he would be sure to take care of me. I was there at 0800 on Saturday and true to his word, Davonne had me in and out of there. My experience of not having my appointment honored would have had 2 stars - but Davonne s stellar customer service and demeanor saved the review. Give the man a raise!

I made an apt to have my ignition switch looked at. I was told that my apt was to have an electrical specialist diagnose the issue. I get to the apt and was asked how long they could have my truck saying not hours but days. The advisor told me that my apt was with an advisor not a tech but hopefully one would have time. I was told that a call center gave me the wrong information. Left the truck for the day with no one even looking at it. Arrived to pick up my truck, the advisor handed my key and barely said anything and didn t even attempt to set me up with a new appointment. I was at a loss for words and left. Why would I even want to make an apt with an advisor, that s just stupid. Something needs to change.

Just bought a really sweet car here and couldn t be more happy with the entire experience! The sales professional (can t spell his name right) Danny listened to what I wanted, needed and wanted to pay. Wasn t pushy, did a great job. His sales manager was the best I ve ever worked with in over 50 years of buying cars. Alex in finance just did the paperwork and got us out the door. One of the easiest and fastest car purchases I ve ever done. Really appreciate the professionalism and the way the treated us. Would buy here and recommend to to friends! Thank you!

Tami was the on who was helping us work on our Ford Edge. She was great and honest in what was happening. Ford service was very backed up which pushed us back an extra day but the work got done that was asked of them. Thanks again Tami and crew.

I had a bad actuator for my tailgate release making it impossible to drop it. We were getting ready to leave on a RV road trip and I needed access to the bed of my truck. Although they were booked out they said they would try and get me in. They did and I was so pleased that they got it fixed. Tammy was super to work with and made sure they squeezed me in. Great experience all around.

Nice quick service. Quicker than originally quoted over the phone that the service would take 4-6 hours, only took 2.Nice waiting area with coffee, popcorn and vending machine.Only thing was I stated my name was Maria, gentleman called Marie, I corrected him with my name and he still continued to call me Marie. In fact, the email I received to complete the survey shows Marie.

I had a recall to take care of. My local dealer gave me some song and dance about this clearly they didn t have a clue about the recall or the nature of the needed repair. So I called Wendle where I bought my truck for many of the same reasons ie product knowledge and ease of doing business. I also had another issue which was going to take IMHO some serious time to noodle out the source of the leak and get it fixed. Wendle service shines again. They had the recall squared away quickly and also identified the source of the water leak. They had my extended warranty billed appropriately for the work not covered by any factory responsibility. The truck was all ready on time, along with the bill so I was on my way quickly and painlessly .perfect!!

I was very pleased to have Wendle Ford cover the expense of what was obviously a factory defect, even though our 3 warranties were all mechanical. They did the right thing, which is sadly lacking these days.

I had a great experience at Wendle Ford. I already knew what I wanted to see and a salesman came out right away. We test drove the Bronco and were sold on it. There was no pressure at all. I really appreciate the time Andrew put in to make me happy. He showed me all of the features before I drove away. He even put the plates on for me when I picked them up. I would have to say this was my best experience ever buying a vehicle.

They were booked several weeks out - but, once in, great experience; nice waiting areas (even separate quiet lounge without TV), very clean restroom, vending machines and water available, thoughtful selection of current magazines, Wifi. Speedy service, reasonably priced, and thorough inspection with understandable explanation provided. I was personally guided to a little "Ford Boutique" where I was able to quickly get the batteries in my key fobs changed and check out a variety of Ford hats, T-shirts and unique car accessories. Actually looking forward to my next oil change!

Yeah an appointment at window on Saturday morning. They got me right in within an hour. I was out of there. I had a great experience there. Only thing I would have liked is if they would have changed my tail light but that's okay.

Service writer was professional, but they charged me a full hour for a 20 minute procedure, wouldn't let me see the mechanic's time stamps and told me it would take all day. I called an Uber, and was informed 40 minutes later the car was done, forcing me to pay for 2 Uber rides when I could've just waited for the car.Lack of transparency, no appointments for 4 weeks and poor communication will have me looking for another service provider.

Thank you Wendle Ford for your outstanding customer service. I had a dead battery, so I called around town for someone to put in a new one for me. With Wendle Ford you don'tget an answering machine. I explained I had done business for years with another company who had recently sold their business and Wendle said they could fit me in the next day. When I arrived, Manny greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to Wendle Ford by showing me optional waiting rooms as I had brought some reading material. I asked about how long the service would take and his answer was spot on. If I'm not doing a job myself, .... customer service, honestyand integrity is what I look for and Wendle Ford delivered for me! I would highly recommend you check out Wendle Fordfor your auto needs.

First, I was disappointed when I was having an issue that seemed to be a reoccurrence of a previous fix and couldn t get a appointment for almost 6 weeks! However, when I finally got in Don did a great job of explaining what the issue was, even giving me photos/diagrams of what was done, and it ended up being way cheaper than what I figured it would be even though it was a different issue than the one covered under warranty. He stated and clearly showed he wants me to have faith in Ford.

I was in a bind and couldn t get my truck in for maintenance as I had an unexpected trip in a couple of days. So I called Manny and asked for a referral to get what I needed done. He said, Absolutely not, I will not refer you out, we will take care of you. He made an appointment for me with Shawn on Monday. Got the necessary work done for a 4K mile trip. No questions asked. I told Manny, This is why I bought my truck from Wendle . Thank you Manny and Shawn for your great professionalism and true customer care. I leave tomorrow. You guys rock!!!

Haven't been into the shop in about a year. Service desk is in a new spot. My tech has left. Delt with a different tech. I needed my truck fixed and returned as soon as possible. Left Monday morning and it was done by Tuesday morning. Thank you for expediting the work.

I brought my car in on a Thursday morning for maintenance work and to address an AC issue. Was told they would need to keep the car over night. Could not contact them most of the day Friday called multiple times and left messages. Then was told they are still working on the car and had not even diagnosed the AC problem yet. Ended up not picking up the car until Tuesday morning when it was finally ready . And the AC issue was as simple as a bad battery. They also don t do any body work so I was told that the warranty I paid for for windshield and dents was not covered by them.

Went in for oil change, tire pressure sensor fix and general inspection, and while those three things were addressed, four days later my coolant was setting off more sensors. I brought my car back and was told it s not driveable, and I was shocked that if it was so bad now, how was it not caught during inspection?While they had my car for a week, I complained that the washer fluid tank seemed to be depleting quickly but was told nothing was wrong. They topped off the reservoir, but within two days I had a sensor telling me the tank needed filling. There first fix, just come in to see us and we can refill for free. That s not a fix, that s a bandaid.I felt unheard in my complaints about my vehicle and dismissed for being to picky or that missed checks were chalked up to the boys can t catch everything . I will not be taking my vehicle here any longer.

I had my new vehicle Simoniz at Wendle and they were very prompt getting it into service and very prompt getting it done. The gentleman at the service counter kept me informed and got me on my way. I have never been disappointed in Wendle and I have been buying vehicles from them for over 20 years.

I was very pleased with the service and the work performed on my 2012 Escape. Kaitlyn was very helpful and explained all the issues very clearly. I am comfortable driving now that the problems are fixed and having imay car washed when I picked it up was a nice touch.

I brought my newly acquired car in for an oil change before a 2000 mile trip which I was embarking on the next day. Wendle Ford s inspection revealed that my brake, radiator and transmission fluids needed to be flushed. It dawned on me that even though my car had very very low mileage, it was 22 years old and had never had anything but it s oil changed. Wendle Ford serviced my car that day and got me on the road. I completed my trip and my car ran like a champ. If I hadn t know about the needed fluid flushing or chose to ignore the need I m sure I would have broken down somewhere on my cross country trip.
