Where can I even start?! To begin Nick and his team have taken great care of me, as I have been a customer of his for 4+ years whether it s getting my tires rotated, tires patched, alignments, etc Him and his team have not failed to make me feel comfortable while they are taking care of my vehicles needs.Their lobby is always neat, organized, and even better you never see any homeless around!Every time I need to get vehicle maintenance done I know exactly where to go to, and that is the Tire-Rama just across from north-town mall, they ll get you in and out within an hour or two at most!Overall 10 out of 10 you have a lifetime customer Nick and I thank you and your team for all their hard work. All of you deserve some sort of pay raise! :D

A few weeks ago, I was having trouble with a tire and took it in to the Northtown shop. Nick got me right in and quickly took care of the issue. While I was there I had Nick and the mechanic, Mike, take a quick look at another possible problem. These guys were friendly, professional, and new their stuff! That's why I go there!

So I ve come back to change my review. The manager or supervisor likes to hit you with the yes sir over and over when you ask anything that frustrates him. Also I have all my paperwork from every rotation, didn t get 24 month out of the tires supposedly there s a 3 year factory warranty he said. Tried to talk to the manager about this, got a lot of yes sir and no problem .I also paid for extended warranty which didn t work because he never called me back.Never going to another Rama center for the rest of my life. Id rather buy my tires online and sent to my house. 32,000 on the 50,000 miles tires. Plus you ll save $100 of not $1000 buying online.Don t waste your money with this company. $2000 tires should get to at least 40,000-45,000 with all rotation being on time and perfect.

I'll start by saying I like tire rama and I use them regularly. That being said, not all locations are the same. This particular location is terrible. Came in to get tires with only one car in the parking lot and one person in the lobby. They told me it would take all day and id have to leave my vehicle. Telling me it's first come first serve but the shop is basically dead. They came across as extremely lazy and not wanting to work. I personally will never come to this location again, and with so many tire ramas around it's not a hard choice to avoid this place. Running a business like this can eventually run you out of business*Edit for corporateNo, I will not waste more of my time calling you. I am not here to help your corporation, I am not on your payroll and this review is soley to help others decide if they want to support your business or not.

I've used this shop before and used to get quality service. I just stopped in asking about tire repair and was turned away because "they close in an hour. Technicians standing around in the garage. No other cars in the lifts or in the garages. 5:04pm was too close to 6pm for them to start a new job. I am considering buying 4 new tires for the winter but it's clear that Tire-rama should not be considered as a place to take my business.

Yaya, so much stress was relieved today when you guys checked out our car and made sure we could take it on a long unexpected drive, I couldn't find a rattling sound and they found it! Its so nice it's gone. Now i just need to schedule breaks when I get back, thank you so much.I'm really not one to take my car into a shop unless I need to for tires alignments things I can't do here at home, but I tried my best to do most of my work here at home and after washing my hands of my car and taking it in and given up, the shop picked up my car in treated it like I would treat it. we had a hard time finding the part even after I tried finding the part at pull and save it was bent and they sent a mechanic out to pull and save and pulled another i still can't believe it, they went above and beyond what was expected service and got us back on the road. Our car is up and running beautifully with no noise and the tires we got are great! Thanks you guys

Love these guys another shop told me I need my transmission fluid replaced I went to these guy for the service they did some research and told me my Genesis do not need it they are honest I am so glad I went here would definitely recommend them

Excellent customer service. Very fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I guess I had the totally forgotten that if I bought my tires at at Tire-Rama that my flat tire repair would be free. What a welcome surprise! Great experience! I ll definitely remember this if I end up needing to buy tires later!

Super friendly, they helped me out with a valve stem issue and didn't even charge me for the labor. Very fast service, would come here again without hesitation.

I went to less swabs tires on north division today because I had a flat tire a couple weeks ago and the piece of metal was quite big, and I knew probably I was going to end up buying the whole set because my vehicle is AWD, and the tire was not fixable.The guy at Less swab told me it was not fixable and I needed to get a new one. The guy at the counter told me that I needed to get the whole set ($100-$1300). That was it. No other option.I went to Tire-Rama and Nick looked at my tire, and told me I had a few options, which was, buy the whole set since it was not fixable, he could look if they had a used one same size and thread or I could go to a used tire place to see if they had one with same thread and size.He looked in the back and found a used one that would work with my vehicle. I only paid $60 for the tire and instalation.And that made me so happy because the guy was not trying to sell me a new set of tires. He was looking for solutions, and I felt like he truly cared helping.

Came in with a horrible flat and couldn t afford to replace all 4 Nick was so nice and accommodating, he set me up with a new tire until I could afford all 4 and is hosting a class to help women learn more about their cars and how to make them more comfortable in the shop!!!! 10/10 would recommend

The biggest Thank you to Nick, Jurel and team! Stopped by for a simple oil change before heading to the other side of the state- if they didn't take the time to look at my car- my husband and brother would have been on the side of the road with a blown tire.They took the time to find the right tires that would work for my budget. It was a team effort that day to get us back on the road. Thank you again !

Not sure if every person in the building just got some infuriating news or something, but regardless has anyone there ever heard of being kind or friendly?? Maybe they should try it sometime, I'm sure you would probably get more business. Looks like there are lots of reviews regarding the customer service here. Won't be going back and will be telling everyone I know to never go there. Oh and thanks for leaving my vehicle unlocked!

If I had the option for a zero star, I would have selected that. Went in for an estimate, which was double what others quoted me....didn't care! What was really upsetting was the unprofessional, disgruntled, beefed up, cantankerous, uptight, big dude at the counter. He treated another coworker like an "underling" by pushing him out of his way at the front counter. I'm sure the mechanic that was pushed felt horrible. A word of advice for the big guy in the black Nike shirt....kind words work. I'll give you an example, "excuse me (fill in name here) would you please excuse me?" That would have worked much better than placing your hands on a grown man. Besides that, the customer service sucked, no smile, how ya doing, nothing...nothing at all. Way to make your customers uncomfortable, with that attitude see how far it gets you. Best of luck bud...you're gonna need it.

I definitely recommend this location over the NW Blvd location. Even though its further from my house, they pointed out an issue with my rims that the folks on NW Blvd failed to address even after I specifically mentioned that my tires seemed to get low faster than normal. The guys at the Division location didn't need an appointment to remount my tires, took me back and showed me what was going on and gave me an estimate so I know what to expect in the future. Great customer service here.

Always upfront and honest, do quick work, and make sure you leave satisfied with the service you received. Ron and Josh are both very helpful over the phone, always pleasant and professional, and helpful. Glad we found the North Division Tire Rama, and will continue to go there for the great service.

My wife and I had literally just pulled into town on our move to Spokane from Texas when we had an issue with our tire. Chris and Greg immediately ran out to help us and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue. They were kind, professional and took excellent care of us. We were/are so grateful for their expertise and timely assistance.

I am so disappointed in the customer service. I was a regular customer with the location in post falls. If my car had any time of hiccup my car was in the shop. I took my car to them for everything even after they blew my head gasket due to them not tightening my oil filter correctly and made me pay to tow my car there for them to fix it,fix the oil filter not the blown gasket they didnt do nothing for my car they totaled. I still continued to go there. I spent thousands of dollars and now they want to charge me to look at breaks and tires and tell me how much it will cost to fix a issue with the new car my husband bought.i am thinking about making something happen for my car they totaled now.

Their personal customers service is good. They will take care of you. But to save you time make sure they clean the wheels before putting on new tires. I have had to go in 3 separate times because of they are not thorough.

Best professional company that know what they are doing. Ron Chris and Josh are the best guys who work here. And they've went above and beyond to make sure all of my vehicles I've brought in run perfectly fine they're always professional and very thorough overall their work I have never had a problem with these guys. And I will be a forever customer with this company

These folks are ALWAYS great!!!!!! When you need service they are funny, patient, personable, informative and thoughtful. Fast, efficient, well performed tire sales and car service. Never felt like they are upselling or bulls**ting to get more money. Highly recommend both Division Spokane and Post Falls ID.

Had a flat tire yesterday, tried to fill it up to see how fast it was leaking, was able to determine my tire will flatten within 4 hours, and gave the information to the gentleman that first arrived this morning. Poor guy was having as rough of a morning as I was, accidentally sheered his key off in the door lock, but was still able to provide fast efficient service. After my last experience with Les Schwab, and this experience this morning, I will now be a Tire Rama customer for life.

I brought my Mercedes here to price getting new brake pads. The guy at the counter was very indignant toward me when I told him what I was driving. He got extremely annoyed and even yelled at me "you people really need to service these cars at the dealership where they belong!" Then proceeded to say "I can give you a price, but it's going to be very high!" I said never mind, and walked out.

Made an appointment online at the Northwest Blvd store. I was called within 30 minutes by an employee to confirm appointment and also scheduled an alignment and all for a very reasonable price.
