I went to another tire shop in town at 8am, when they opened; to find that people had been in line since 6am to get an appointment. I waited in line and when I got to the counter, was told to come back early tomorrow. I called Tire Rama and was told to come on in! The price was great! The staff were friendly and helpful! Got my snow tires mounted, balanced and installed! Fabulous experience! Thank you

Short versionWent to a competitor and I came to find out that I had a cracked rim (from a pothole, thanks Spokane)The other guys said I need to buy a new set of wheels for 2000.00 .Well I didn't, I decided to stop by TireRama and they said "try this guy"They sent me to a place to have my wheel fixed.150.00 later it was fixed and I went back to Tirerama to have it put back on my truck and guess what, they didn't charge me!This is exactly how you gain a client for life!I always tell my clients (I am in sales) that it is not always about the money.I am buying a new car and guess where I am going for my wheels and tires?Thanks guys!!!!

by far the best customer service at the front desk i have ever experienced in a mechanic shop.(i don t remember his name but he was a older gentleman with tattoos) he went above and beyond.went in looking for new tires and rims, thinking i would have to come back for an appointment or have to special order they had everything i wanted and more, the manager even walked me out to my car to show me what it would look like before putting them on and purchasing. very impressed and satisfied with my experience!

I usually go here for my vehicle maintenance however today they were extra wonderful! I had a super flat tire and they got me in and out very fast, was only without a car for an hour or so! Thank you so much you're all so great

Zero stars. Had 4 new tires installed. My rear tires were still in good shape. So I asked that they use my best rear tire for my spare. I came there w 5 rims. When they were done, I checked the spare. My spare was put in back of my van w no rim. I went back inside and they said they would take care of it. I then took my spare back, 2 weeks later, after finding it went flat. John (w hand tattoos) looked at it and said there was a hole in tread plus a nail in the side and nothing could b done. The argument is, why would I b sent down the road w a bad spare. Especially when they were supposed to use one of my decent tires. I tried explaining and John threw his hands up and said he wasn't going to listen to me. I'm so weirded out and angry but no way to prove it. I will never go back of course. And I will try remembering to video my conversations w service people. It's just so unbelievable. They never called when my tires were done either. I drove there about 6pm and found out the tires were done. John got the name on the receipt wrong . And my new alignment still pulls to the left. beware of john w the hand tattoos. He's a complete moron. The owner did replace my spare tire w a new one. But still so much wasted time and tons of aggravation.

Never had a bad experience and have been going to them for basic maintenance for 15 years or more. Always very nice and seem honest and thorough. Have had multiple vehicles go through their shop on 29th in Spokane.

Great place!! Nice people & fast service. Tried to go other places, but this one is a winner! Great staff walking in and they helped me find the best option for my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back(:

Needed to get TPMS replaced on an old car and they came through! Called and they said no wait, I could just come in. They said it would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs and they kept to that. Everyone was nice easy to deal with and game me a feeling of honest and straight forward. I will go there again.

Great place! Let me ask you this, How many cops and tire specialists does it take to unlock a pickup truck? The answer?, 4 cops and 1 tire specialist! Sounds like a joke but that happened to us just down the street. They were super friendly and didn't even charge us a dime to help us get into our truck!

They were awesome great and quite fast I had to pick up my son and needed them to be done at a certain time so I could leave town at a certain time and they were an hour early which was super cool. I did the same at Les Schwab and they weren't done till half an hour after closing 7:30 p.m. I need my car at 4 p.m. that was ridiculous. I recommend this place

Tire-Rama has been my go-to place for many years. I never really had any issues with them. They are always professional. I did have a small incident where someone didn't tighten the oil filter housing tight enough, so it was leaked oil, gladly we noticed it on time (the next day I drove my car), New there was still some oil left in the car. I took the car back and hey tightened the oil filter and added oil. This could have been a major issue but luckily we took care of it in a professional manner. I just say to say thank you to the staff who do their best. Never give up on the quality. I support this shop, I know that most if not all employees do care about their job and us (customers). God bless you all.

Tire Rama is top notch! I called around and got several quotes and they were by far the best deal. No one came within $100 of their price. The staff is friendly and very helpful.Update 6 months later: I have had a couple flat tires since getting them here. I took it in both times and they had things fixed up within a half hour. Was great to be back on the road so fast and if course no charge!

Went in for what I figured was a belt issue. It was an hour wait even with having set up an appointment, but understandable since this is usually the busy season with tire switch outs. They were friendly and upfront about the wait time. The issue ended up being that my belt was good but just needed to be tightened, which they did plus fixed my squeaky driver door! Well worth the $25 in my No-mechanical-skills book. Pleasantly surprised and I would go back.

Great staff, I was greeted by Josh when I walked in, I came in for an alignment after a suspension install, they found out that I had a shot lower ball joint and went ahead and replaced it quick and all at the same time Greg found me a steal of some cooper tires. Great experience and savings on tires. Friendly staff that know what their doing. Definitely would recommend people to go here!

My family and I have used Tire Rama for 15 years. They are a great place to work with and are reasonable with their prices. I trust them completely with my car!They let you know how much time it would take to make the repairs on the car. They will hold off on repairs that don't need to be done right away, in order to save you money.Ken and John are great to work with!

I noticed one of my tires was almost flat so I went to the nearest place I could find which was Tire-Rama on 29th on the South Hill and they helped me for free. Dennis was so nice and checked all of my tires. Had to fill all 4 but said the one was really bad. Thanks so much! I will definitely come back if I need to fix or purchase new. Five stars guys!!!

I needed to have the air checked in my tires today. I stopped by Tirerama and, in spite of being totally swamped with tire change outs, the fellow who helped came on out to help. Thank you so much! For your sake, I hope the workload slows down again soon. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recommend the South Hill location without hesitation. Good prices and service on tires. My 150,000-mile vehicle and I always feel well cared-for by the front desk and the shop guys. Really happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Just went in for oil change. Was out in about 20 minutes. Reasonable prices, they won't try to over sell you on things you probably don't need. I bought my last 3 sets of tires there as well. Decent quality products. No complaints here.

Don't go anywhere else--these people are the best for ANYTHING tire related. Jon/Jonathan took care of us yesterday when a chipped off razor blade (?!) got stuck in our tire. Quick and cheap patch job. I will be coming here for any tire needs in the future.

Tire Rama does most of my maintenance work on my car including tires. Ken is always friendly, easy to talk to, and formative. I brought my car in for a tune up and the check engine light turned on a day later. They took my car right back in to figure out what the issue was with no extra charge. These guys have passion and a lot of knowledge in what they do. I am always grateful for their work!

Honest, hard working and knowledgeable. My entire family has gone here for years. They don't try to upsell me things I don't need. They've also taken care of my kids when needed, such as when my daughter thought her car wasn't running the way it should. They looked at it, topped off fluids, let her know all seemed ok and told her to say hi to her dad and grandfather. They always give great service and they are trustworthy.

I had my check engine light come on in my jeep and while i had the guys perform a tune up on my vehicle they called me back to let me know that the code reading was. It was a fuel issue they told me i would need a fuel line flush and it worked. The check engine light has not come on since. Great service

Always very helpful and friendly. They guarantee there work. I bought a pair of wiper blades at a great price then couple days later one brock and went back and they replaced both wipers free. Then it happened again on other side so went back and they replaced for free again. They also checked my tires and fluid for free to make sure I was safe cause a tire looked low. Great poeple.

There are 2 people at the front desk named John. The younger one is very rude. Talks harshly to customers and I personally heard him mocking a customer that he had just talked to on the phone. He needs to be taken off the front desk as he has no public relations skills. If I owned the business I would fire him.

Fast, dependable service. They did an oil change on my car and were so polite and professional that I sent my son over for his car. They fixed his brakes and tie rod issue. Great results. Not sure what all the Altons reviews are about. This is the Tire Rama on the South Hill.

I came in for a very simple suspension part replacement (takes 5 min on a lift) and they have no idea what I am talking about. Never heard of the part or what it does. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a store that works on suspensions. I will not be back. oh yeah, I have 5 vehicles that always need something... your loss.
