Visited this store to have balance beads removed and wheels/tires rebalanced while traveling from Seattle. Brand new wheels and they damaged all 4 of them. Called the store when I realized they were damaged after I washed the truck and they told me to email pictures and they would let the manager know to expect an email. Sent the email/pics over two weeks ago now and have been completely ignored by the store so unless you don t care about damage to your vehicle or wheels I would probably steer clear. They got one star because I was in and out pretty quick. Damage to the wheels displays a lack of caring about the customer though and it shows

The Tire Store helped me out in real quick. I ran over something that gave me a flat tire near their shop. I had just enough tire pressure to make it and they patched my tire up. Thanks to the employee named William for helping me out.

I CAN-NOT express the amount of gratitude and gratefulness I have for the guys at THIS sprague store. I come it quite often for tire issues (being a newspaper deliverer). I bought tires from them earlier this year that due to other issues they wore down faster than they should have. The tire store is paying forward a set of tires to me free of charge! I definitely cried I am so happy and blessed to be surrounded by such good people! They genuinely want to see you do better and make it clear they want my family and I to be safe on the road.Thankyou Tire Store I will continue to be a loyal customer

These guys are top notch. Always friendly and helpful especially when you're a responsible customer. I send my people here. I'm a collision technician I-car certified so when I send someone to a shop it means something.

Great service except for they did not put my spare tire underneath my truck they just left it in the back of my truck That's what cost that fifth star

I called every tire store in Spokane for four studded snow tires. They had the best price and they were unable to find the original tire they quoted me and upgraded me to a better tire for the original quote price. Very positive experience. Good job guys .

John and his crew had my car up and running in a hour and half. The price was great what my places wanted just to do my serpentine belt itself. I will be customer for life, John was honest and took great care of me will definitely recommend the tire store to everyone. Thank you again John***Update 05.06.23 I went today to the tire store and Alex helped me get new tires and had me back on the road in less then a hour. I can't say enough about how great of service and financing option. This is a great business that helps everyone in the community, thank you again Alex and the whole crew at the tire store I am a customer fr life.

Be careful of their in house financing! You will continue to make payments on your tires even after you have them paid off! Look over your statement, add up your payments vs. the amount you owe and call them on it OR you will continue to make payments to them. They are very dishonest people. They continue to call you over and over again. If you do not get back to them in their timely manner they will start to contact the people on your list of references! Just watch out for these shady people! I have asked for the balance on my account several times and it gets higher each time I make a payment. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!

Called and asked about a warranty on my tire because the sidewall has a bubble in it. The guy on the phone said my warranty was for 2 years or 2 30seconds wear. I get to the shop from Montana and a different guy tells me that it s 2 years and 3 30seconds and that my tire is not covered. He then stated I didn t understand the guy. These people are dishonest and I will NOT be going back. I would suggest any other tire place over them!

Love these guys. Always treated with respect. As a woman that is not very common in auto shops. Brian is great with customers. Payment plan makes it possible when otherwise I'd be on the bus. They get it done fast and as a mechanic I believe they are accurate with diagnoses and only do what they have to to make it safe and get you back on the road

these guys are awesome. they have always been willing to help me out with my F150. Jon and Curt have helped me multiple times in the past and I will always come back to the tire store for services. thanks to all the rest of the staff as well I always leave feeling like my truck was done right and all my questions have been answered. I definetly recommend these guys to family and friends every chance I get. very trustworthy nice people.

This is a bit of an unusual reason to leave a review, but these guys deserve a shout out for their non tire-related service.About six weeks ago, my elderly mom ordered a bunch of puzzles from an online store. They were expensive and she ordered a couple more than she intended, but she patiently waited for them to arrive for weeks before contacting the online store. They told her they'd been delivered shortly after her order.We double checked the address where she'd had them delivered, the same address where my sister has lived for almost 20 years. Somehow she got the address totally wrong! She'd put in the address for the tire store.Not expecting much, we called the folks at The Tire Store and asked if there was any chance they'd received a package in June with my sister's name on it. The guy immediately put me on hold and was back in a jif to tell me he had ALL my mom's puzzles!We swung by later the same day to pick them up. My mom was so relieved. We're really grateful to the honest guys there who just stuck the weird, random package they received on a shelf until we could track it down. Next time we need tires, you know where we'll be going!

These guys are super helpful, super knowledgeable, and super nice to deal with. I wouldn t go anywhere else for my oil changes and they are awesome when it comes to explaining/fixing my truck!!! Love these guys!!!

I purchased tires from an online seller, who also confirms an installation appointment at a local partner. The installer canceled my appointment, and told me they couldn't get me in until next week. Today, we had a major snowstorm. I went to another local tire company, stood outside in line for 40 minutes until they opened, only to be told they had maxed out their capacity for the day. I called The Tire Store and was told to come on down! They told me it would be 30 minutes to 1 hour, but by the time I got there it was a 2 1/2 wait. They took my information, got me in the queue, and I went to get breakfast (he told me to come back in about an hour). I got back just inside an hour, they had my truck in. the bay within 5 minutes! Total time in the store was about 40 minutes! They did an awesome job installing my new tires, even though I purchased them elsewhere. I highly recommend The Tire Store. Very professional and great customer service! 10 stars if Google would allow it!!

Even though their shipment was late that had my tires in it, they kept their promise of having my new tires by noon. The staff is awesome and worked with me to make sure I got exacrly what I wanted and for a more than reasonable price. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back to them to keep it in its best running condition and safe.

I have gone to The Tire Store a couple time and just went today. They did a tedious small task on my car with no hesitation in under 40 minutes when they seemed to be very busy. With no charge. There employees are always very nice, and efficient. I will go to The Tire Store for all my car needs. I'm very happy with there service everytime. Thanks guys!

My girl friend took her car here. The tires wore out in less than a month. They said they sent one back to manufacturer and they said it wasn't covered. Because she drove the car. Drove the car to the side of the road. She paid additional money to have the road hazard on them. We ended up repairing the front after only one week on these tires. We went and got used tires from the wrecking yard. At a third of the cost. They have out last these new tires by Four months. Got to a tire shop that keeps their. Word. One that stands behind the products that they see. My girl is broke now. She worked hard for that money. They lack respect when dealing with there customer. I needed tires for my truck, went to discount, my friends need tires, I will tell them to go elsewhere.

The place to go for everything concerning your vehicles. Not sure about electric cars but I'm sure they can do everything else. Very good customer service! Prices seemed good if not great especially considering what things cost these days.

Very nice staff and great discounts! Always helpful and payments are very reasonable along with the prices. Bought a set of snows for my 2001 Durango and they were used but 98% tread. Paid off in six months instead of twelve and for sure going back for more!

I bought tires from here in July 2016. Pricing was average 436 for 4 tires. With the payment plan bumps it up to 535. I'm still trying to pay them off after 7 months with payments of 80$. They seem nice enough but they attempted to swindle me. I got a free break inspection when I got my new tires. They said my break line was broken and fluid had leaked every where and had damaged my whole break system and I had no back breaks. They quoted me about another 400 dollars to get it fixed right then and there. I had already told them I needed to do a payment plan for the tires because of tight finances, and that I was going on a trip across the state the next day. Anyway. I had to leave thinking my car was half way in a ditch already. I got a second appraisal from a family member a few weeks later and my breaks are in perfect condition. There is no damage other than normal ware and tare. Don't go here. They will rob you blind.

Came in not long before closing. Asked about how much it would cost to do an oil change on my cummins diesel. They quoted me about $100. Not bad after just getting a $200 quote from Jiffy Lube. Asked when the next time they could get it in. Guy said they could do it now. Got it in, and wasn't more than 30 minutes, and I was back on the road. Very friendly people, and top notch service. Would recommend to anyone who wants vehicles worked on at a reasonable price.

I wanted to first give my positive thoughts about this place. I bought tires from this place a couple of years ago, and have been very happy with them.A couple of day ago I took a different car into them, and check on my brakes. I just want to say thank you to whoever fixed the squeak at no charge. I went back in the next day and was told I also needed new tires which would cost me more, and that was not added to the quote from the previous day. I didn't have the funds at the time, so I thought it would be a good idea to get a second estimate from a different place. I'm glad I did because they told me my brakes were fine, but I did need new tires. I ended up paying less than half, as the tire store.I think this place is okay if you know what you need, but I'm not sure how much I trust when they diagnose something.

This place treats you right. And they work with you on a payment plan for tires which makes it affordable. I did have a tire fixed today there and I noticed they didn't put my spare tire back in my trunk. I did call them to leave a message because its after the business hours. So I might be changing my post on Monday if they don't make it right. I'll keep posted!!!!! Update; so they did have my tire and were on it very fast to get it back to me Monday morning!!!!! These men that work here have never disappointed me!
