Great service! The manager Emily was awesome! She went over all the oil change options with me so we could decide what was for my car and my wallet. 10/10 would recommend!

I felt bad pulling in 10 min until closing but my car wasn t sounding pretty. They kindly accepted my presence and finished the job within that 10 minutes! Super quick and friendly service! Will definitely be going back and definitely recommend!

Not only did they take time out of their end of the day cleanup to pump up my tires for free. But they always hook me up with a smile. They're super speedy fast and it's reasonably Priced and the staff is the best in town and they always give me a free bottle of water. Best oil change place in town. 3 extra stars for the awesomeness.********

Great Service! Manager and staff are very helpful and informative. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Facility is clean and professional the entire time. Prices are fair and affordable. Recommend to anyone.

This is my second time going, these guys were great, so helpful. Very professional, showed me all of my filters that needed to be changed, compared to new ones To show they weren t just trying to make money. I will definitely be going back. They tell you what they are doing and even ask for permission to check certain things!

I was very pleased with the service technicians and store manager.I have one item and it may seem silly to some. They gave me my receipt to look over and I saw that it contained a list of services provided. One of them was wash front windshield and when I asked if that had been done the manager said they would do that.They did not!As I say it may seem silly but I do believe that when they present list of services which have been provided I expect those to be done.

They actually told me wow.Your oil is super clean.Come back later. They also looked at a drip that was on the bottom of my motor. They were the best young men and I gave them each a nice tip. Looking forward to returning. My hair dresser likes them too.

Stopped at this location purely for that fact that are open until 7pm! I was very surprised by the customer service, professionalism and knowledge that Nathan, Skyler and other gentleman (he was under the car) gave me. I was greeted with a smile and a fresh cold water bottle. Then I received fast, efficient service. Thank you guys! I will spread the word of good service and forever use Take 5 for my needs!

I live in Seattle but make frequent trips once or more a month . I have been stopping by the Take 5 at the Y in north Spokane for my oil changes . Caleb and his crew are friendly and professional . I appreciate the extra attention from the dog biscuit for my pup to them checking all the things to make my car safe and fluids are full . I like that they keep me informed along the way . They are a great crew there and I will continue to go there !!

This was my first visit to Take 5. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the thorough inspection and recommendations of my car. I drive around 400 miles a week and it s good to know that everything checks out. Staff was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. I cannot recommend it more. They're SO quick, and I have never been communicated with more about my car maintenance. They explain what they're doing and why with every step. They also do free top-offs for all fluids and fill your tires to the correct psi at every visit. They also clean your windshield at every visit as well.

Quick, informative and helpful in letting you know services they provide (changing wind shield wipers, top off coolant or wiper fluid, etc.) and not pushy with products you need to buy or upgrades. Thanks for making my visit so fast and stress free!

I normally have a great experience here! I ve always loved that they hired women and younger lube techs, you don t see that often. However last night I went in for a FS oil change around 6:30 and the wait was extremely long with only 1 car in front of me and the young girl was pretty rude.

Sat in my car for over 10 minutes while 2 cars were in 2/3 bays. Not a single person came to tell me hi, give update, nothing! They just stood in there yawning walking around. Went down the street to OIL CHANGERS and got right in with great customer service!

Very professional and personable. One of the crew remembered my car s air filter from memory. When told they were out of stock - he took it upon himself to go look more, and he found one. Very impressed with the extra effort! The entire crew has won over a new customer. Go check them out.

They were super friendly and communicated that there was a system problem so it took longer than normal. They were super sweet to my foster dog I was trying to teach manners of people outside the car. The only complaint is they didn't check my tire pressure so now I gotta go back

Take 5 is always friendly, professional, and thorough. I ve always felt like a welcomed guest and never been spoken down to, treated rudely, or had to deal with aggressive service upsells. I rarely have to wait to get in, and my car is always in good shape when they are done. You should come here!

The Take 5 team did an outstanding job throughout the whole process both the male Manager and female technician, Tessa, where very professional and courteous. The on-duty Manager explained the need for everything we added to the oil change process. Great up sale technics without being pushy! Well done by both of them!

Thorough, quick service, didn't ask me to flush everything out, free water, and they asked me twice if there is anything they could do to improve my service. They even added some zip ties to something under my car where the bolts were rusted and beginning to thread out... That's better than not having zip ties, right?!

Excellent technical skill. Felt like a 2 man crew pit. Amongst places that I've had my oil changed, they are fast and efficient.There's a surprise additional $3.99 fee, and the prices are for up to 5 quartz. Mine took 6.(Wish i was quoted higher, and then paid the same price, so i could drive out thinking that they ended up giving me a deal. "Under promise and over deliver")Overall, they are very eager to do a good job, and i appreciate that.Thank you Leonard and Sorren!

The whole staff were helpfulI had a nest being built where my filters were and they got everything taken care of.... They were so nice, polite and friendly . They kept me informed about anything they were doing to my Ram.

Great experience. Friendly staff, competent and communicative. I had my oil changed and wiper blades. I had to go back a couple days letter because one of the blades was defective and it was replaced with courtesy. Thank you!

These guys are fantastic! Professional, expedient, and very friendly. Plus, it was approximately $40 less than what I'm used to paying for an old Mercedes ML 320. As long as they are in business, I will be their customer.

During my visit at Take 5 Oil Change, They were very prompt and professional. The manager on shift gave me a free water bottle to drink while I waited in my vehicle during the oil change. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with my oil changed and all my fluids topped off and tire pressures checked and filled and my windshield washed etc . I definitely recommend take five oil change for people like me with crazy work schedules for great fast service and great positive customer service with a smile.

I got an oil change for the first time at this time establishment today and it was amazing! They were so fast and nice. I got to stay in my car the whole time which is amazing since I have little ones and hate having to get out when I get my oil changed. I will definitely be back! The service was amazing!! Every single employee was friendly and helpful.

So it was a good experience until end they told me I had a major oil leak and I was in for an oil change and I took it to a mechanic to have it looked at and got laughed at as there was no leak no nothing they told me I had all these issues with my oil and I had a mechanic tell me they were idiots to have told me that. I can t stand going to a place like this and having them do that they tried to get me to buy every other item possible I despise places like this for this very reason but I was in a bind and needed it done and it could not wait. There prices are also very high. I was shocked at the cost. One worker also looked like she was still in highschool and would constantly roll her eyes at the guy doing the oil change when he would speak and ask what when he couldn t hear her when even I could barely hear her and I was closer to her. If I could leave no stars I probably would. Consider going to a non Chain location that you ll get better service and not lied to or being tried to being tricked into more services that cost an arm and a leg.
