Super good experience buying my car from Subaru of Spokane! My salesman Nick was the best! He wasn't pushy and he got me into the best car! Totally satisfied!

Kaitlyn is the best. 6/5 stars. She was knowledgeable, professional, quick, and courteous. Her work ethic is what sold me on her dealership. I feel like I had a ton of questions but she was patient and answered all of them. Will definitely work with her and recommend her again

Car buying made easy! Steve Blue made the experience very easy, answered all my questions and introduced me to the managers, parts dept and other staff members. The financial manager was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Subaru of Spokane to family and friends.

I wish I could leave a lower review. Please know that if you have a check engine light they charge $200 to plug in a diagnostic computer that many places will do for free. If any further evaluation is needed they will charge you more. And this could take 3 hours to do as it did in my case even if you have an appointment. Most places can do it in seconds.Update:I spoke with Bryan below via email. He seemed to believe that they had offered service that was "above and beyond" and did not feel that anything needed to be done to resolve my concerns outside of a simple explanation of how much they did. (they did nothing besides pull the codes, they had begun further diagnostic tests but when I was notified that these could cost up to $400 more I asked them to stop as I had already been there 3 hours)Main reason I am writing the review is so that others know that the $189+tax diagnostic fee ONLY covers the cost of them plugging in a computer to get codes. If any further work is needed to diagnose a problem they will charge extra. You can get codes pulled at pretty much any parts store for free. Or you can buy a computer that will pull the same codes for $25. Only reason I agreed to pay the money was because I assumed that it would cover more than just pulling the codes. That was on me, I should have asked.

Purchased a life time oil change from them when purchasing the car, what a mistake, takes over two hours each time for simple oil change, this time went in on 10/31 took two hours, but the last few days kept smelling brunt oil, so 11/6 pop my hood just to see, they left my oil cap off!!! Found it tucked under the hood rod holder, i am done with them, Awful service .

Wonderful! We had a bad experience trying to work with another dealership. Eric E. had no problem helping us get exactly what we needed and had us all organized and the car ordered within 30 minutes. We appreciated how knowledge he was on options and add-ons, this made it very easy to make our decision and commit to buy through him. It was the most stress free vehicle purchase we've ever made.

Dropped my car off to get a transmission flush, they sent me a message to notify me that my transmission was in too damaged of condition to do the flush. They offered me a $200 diagnostic just to tell me what was wrong. I was told my oil was overfilled & leaking & ALSO that i needed a new transmission because mine was failing. Also told me my transmission fluid was a little low but not anything that should cause slipping of gears. That the slipping was due to a failing transmission. Quoted me $10,000 just to replace the transmission, as well as a list of other things to fix that equaled over $3000. Took my car back because those prices are ASTONISHING. Took my car to Vandervert Automotive Off Montogemery/Hamilton area & they checked my car out. They fixed my car for less that $500 . the transmission was NOT failing, there were 2 worn out clamps on the transmission fluid hose causing the TRANSMISSION FLUID to LEAK & become 4 quarts LOW, which is actually what was causing the slipping. Got my car back and it runs perfect. Had i not gotten a second opinion i would either not have my car or be completely broke trying to fix it. i will never bring my car here again (:

I have been coming to Subaru of Spokane since 2007 and always received great service. This was my first contact with Kate and she was a superstar! Went way beyond and advocated with the national office to cover the repair of my car's transmission. Kudos to Kate and the service department for their support!!

One of the best car buying experiences ever! Entire staff, especially salesman Eric Eiselein, were incredibly friendly and informative. Eric and his sales manager know how to treat and make a customer feel appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Subaru purchase.

Demi was incredibly personable and excellent at what she does. She listened to and addressed any questions or concerns I had and was knowledgeable on all recall and warranty information pertaining to my vehicle. She was professional, but friendly. I wish all advisors at Spokane Subaru were like her. I ll definitely be back as a result.

Incredibly satisfying experience! Subaru of Spokane has true customer service and support. We dealt with the Service Department, Sales Department and Finance Department during our time here and none disappointed! The Service Department was packed with appointments but still made it a point to help us reschedule and when we showed up they were nothing short of amazing. Steve Greene, the Service Advisor, was who helped us. The Sales Department was phenomenal! Our one year old was all over the place and each salesman was so friendly and understanding. Our salesman, Logan Novak, was incredible. From start to finish, he kept up with all of our questions and made sure to explain something if we didn t understand it right away. The Finance Department really made the whole experience that much better. Mary Alexander, the Finance Manager, was so professional and friendly. Overall we are truly amazed by everyone s attention to service! Thank you Subaru of Spokane!

Michael, you were very patient with me--keeping me posted about the progress on my car while I was waiting. Due to transportation issues, I got to spend all day in the new, spiffy waiting room there at Subaru of Spokane. I was able to get a lot of my own paperwork done during the wait and sure appreciated your texts on the work being done on my car. You managed a nice combination of friendly and professional while dealing with me and were willing to answer my questions in a way I could understand. Thanks

Tyler was very helpful in our recent purchase. He worked with us to obtain a discount, which convinced us to follow through with the sale and travel from Montana to Spokane. Then, when he discovered an odor in the vehicle, he was forthright in letting us know in advance. He worked hard to mitigate the smell while not pressuring us to make a purchase that we would not be satisfied with. He was honest, friendly and personable. We would definitely work with him again if we needed another vehicle. Thanks Tyler!

Service was done quickly and well, professional and friendly atmosphere. I liked that they sent me a video going over what they had done and what needed addressed + why. I've been coming here since I bought my car in 2018 and I've never had a bad experience.

Watch out. After talking to a helpful salesman Brandon and making arrangements to buy a vehicle cash price matching another dealer, a very rude sales manager Brian Wells said they would not honor the arrangements made. After being talked over with a confrontational Wells He said he would call back and make it right and get me a better price. He called back to rub in my face that the owners and managers had decided not to work with me. Great job.

I bought a truck from Subaru of Spokane. They did not put new windshield wipers on it, they did not align the wheels. I brought it back in to them to see if they would warranty it. They game me more problems than I brought it in with. I went in with 1 thing wrong, got my truck back with 5 things wrong and needing immediate attention. I would not spend any money there! If I could give them a lower score I would.

I took my car there because it broke down and was charged a phenomenal fee for an alternator belt that costs 30 dollars. They generally take 20 minutes to put on and the bill was 330$. I waited almost four hours and then my car broke down later that night. I called the following day and they said they're was nothing they could do. I was not impressed with the service and I would never go through them again.

I came in because I was struggling with getting my key out of my 2014 Subaru. I came to this location as a last resort and for some help. The 2 men in the garage seemed to care less and I asked twice for an associate to come out and help me and I was turned away and pretty much told "tough luck".I went to Subaru in the valley and they were so attentive, came outside to try and help, booked our car in, AND gave us a complimentary car to use until ours in repaired. I WILL be going to the valley from now on.These guys downtown didn't budge or seemed to want to help or get out of their chairs.

We took our Forester in for an oil change and a recall yesterday. During their multi point inspection they stated I needed some head gasket work along with brakes and tires. The head gasket work totalling over $3,600 was hard to believe so I went to get a second opinion. It turned out to be bogus. Both shops indicated nothing wrong with the head gaskets but lots of oil spilled on motor during oil change. This is the second time bogus work was suggested by Subaru of Spokane. I wonder if anyone fell for this without getting second opinions. Highly disappointed that a professional organization would do this!

I bought a legacy with only 30 thousand miles on it. It was a certified vehicle. After having it at home I noticed two dents. I called several times and was told I needed to speak with Eric. I continued to call, and received many excuses why he could not answer the phone. He was in a meeting, he wasn't at his desk. I would get a recording asking me to enter a extension, when I didn't have the extension the phone would say good day and hang up. I finally went for a car wash rolled down the window to pay. The window would not roll up. Finally I got it up. It happened again and I scheduled a repair. My appointment was Tuesday at 2:00. At 6:00pm we still didn't hear anything. We started texting and calling to find out what was going on, no response. We scrabbled how to get to work. The next day still no communication. We drove down there. The said my car would be ready by late Thursday or early Friday. Friday came along no communication again. I called and texted several time. To no avail. I finally got a call Monday Morning. When I finally got a hold of Eric he said he would look at the dents, and maybe make a deal to split the costs. My car was there from Tuesday to the following Monday. Eric did not walk across the room to even look at my car, I was very angry for all the poor service. I walk across the room and ask to speak to Eric. I was told to Speak to Chris. I told him about the on going poor service. He told me he would not fix the dents, but the communication would be address. He did not investigate how many times and the length of months I was calling them. I also had a life time oil change refund that was not processed by them until I called and went down there. It has been three month and I still don't have it. I called back to apologize to Chris for my anger. I got a text from Eric saying Chris told him to field my call.I will not, nor should you go there for any kind of service. Unless you like poor and unprofessional service. I am writing this to save you from extreme stress. There are to many other places to go to be treated so poorly.

Waited over an hour for my scheduled sales appt. The car I was interested in was sold in front of me. Salesman was unprofessional and unorganized. Didn t even try to work another deal with me. Went to AutoNation Subaru where I was treated remarkably .drove home a beautiful 2024 Subaru Forester. I m glad I took my business elsewhere yesterday, and you will be too.

I called about a specific car that I had been looking at online. They got me in as soon as I came down. The whole process has been extremely easy. Jacob was wonderful and a huge help in making it a smooth and great experience in buying my first car.

I set an oil change appointment up a week in advance, arrived 10 minutes early and was told the wait time would be 45 min to an hour. An hour and 10 minutes later, text saying it would be about 20 more minutes that s now been an additional hour and no news and no car. I am a finance manager at another dealership and I literally could have bought a new car and driven off with it faster than an oil change..? Doesn t make sense to me! Don t buy the lifetime oil changes at Subaru! Take your car elsewhere.

I have never provided negative feedback reference Subaru but I have to say getting the oil changed in my car this time was NOT a good experience. We booked our service, date, time and told them we would be waiting. When we arrived we were told it would be at least a three hour wait unless we wanted to reschedule. Multiple people left that day including me. I asked why do we make appointments if the schedules aren t followed and how can I be assured my next appointment will not be the same, I was told they would make a note. Drive ins should never be taken before appointments, unless it is an emergency. The next scheduled appointment was much better.

Our sales person Payton McIntire was extremely professional and kind, listened to our needs and worked hard to get us a quality Subaru that we wanted for a price that worked within our budget. I also appreciated Payton s marketing/customer service care via email before we were on site at the dealership was responsive and accommodating, and I thought his use of a personal video introduction via email was a very nice and personal touch! We will absolutely look to work with Payton again for our future Subaru buying needs!

This was my first visit. I was greeted at my car with very friendly service. The waiting area was comfortable and had coffee. My service lasted a little longer than normal but they made it right. I appreciate their honesty and effort to keep my business.

Hands down, the most positive vehicle purchase experience of my life (and I ve purchased 20+). This was my first Subaru and Eric was phenomenal! He took his time to explain all of the reasons that a Subaru should be my next vehicle. I was vacillating between the Crosstrek and the Outback. Eric gave me the facts and I did not feel pressured one way or the other. He was patient with, and extremely kind to our daughter. Eric understood how anxious I was about all of the technology in the Outback. He took his time to show me exactly how to operate the systems so that I felt comfortable before driving away. I can t tell you how rare it is to leave a vehicle dealership with a smile. I will be recommending Eric, and therefore Subaru, to everyone I know.Thank you!!Shannon

We purchased a used 2014 crosstrek last August from Spokane Subaru along with an extended warranty. The car started leaking CVT fluid about 3 months later, come to find out the leak was most likely caused by over tightening of a test port plug that cracked the transmission housing. The cars full service history was performed by Spokane Subaru, the warranty company did not cover the repairs, but Spokane Subaru did. Highly recommend them. Really big if them to step up and take care of the problem. 5 stars
